We wanted to finish our U.S. trip with Chick-fil-A, so we visited the Sunnyvale location. There, we experienced some of the best service we have ever had. I'm not sure if I remember the name correctly, but I believe the employee was a Korean staff member named JW Lee. It was our first time visiting Chick-fil-A, and he kindly recommended the menu for us and explained everything so carefully. He was very thoughtful and friendly, and we were truly touched by his kindness. Thanks to him, we were able to end our trip in such a happy and warm way. Of course, the chicken burger and chicken biscuit were so delicious, and the sauce combinations he recommended were perfect too. It was more than just a meal -- it became a really special memory for us. Because of him, we now have such a beautiful memory of this Chick-fil-A location, and it made us want to visit again someday. I really think employees like him deserve recognition, so I wanted to leave the best review I could. More than anything, I hope he sees this message. I truly want to thank him again. Thanks to his kindness, the last part of our trip became a very happy and unforgettable memory. Thank you again so much.

It's all standard affair for a Chick-fil-A. There's a small little playground here. The service is actually worse though than a normal Chick-fil-A. No one was at the mobile pickup area, and when they were, it seemed like they were talking to their friends first even with me waiting in line. Nothing too tragic for most fast food joints, just so for Chick-fil-A. The tables are clean and they have fresh carnations set up on all of the tables.

Service was pretty good per usual. I always try to avoid drive through bc the lines would get too long. I'd recommend to go in to order. I got the deluxe chicken sandwich meal. Huge fan of their waffle fries (but it's only good fresh, so eat them while it's still hot!) the sandwhich is pretty straightforward and had some lettuce and tomato. I feel like this location is particular needs an expansion or bigger parking lot to accommodate the incoming and outgoing traffic and it not affecting the drive through line with all of the cars. I've also tried their b fast items but the drawback is that it closes early @10:30. Wish it stayed open longer or had the option for al all day breakfast.

Best chicken nuggets ive ever tasted. Im a relatively decent eater but those nugs are so good i order the 30 count. Service is amazing. The restaurant is usually busy but you feel good being in there. 10/10.

Waffle fries fail.... All little bits and pieces.

I live in Santa Clara and I drive to Sunnyvale Chick fil A as this restaurant has been consistently clean, friendly and tasty. However this time, the waffle fries were a huge disappointment as they were collection of little bits and pieces...

Looks like someone ate some... what say you??

I do love the food at this location, customer service is good. In the past I've given the location 5* but I can't today which makes me sad. I'd LOVE it if you're reading this review, give me some feedback. How would you handle same situation in my place... See pictures. I understand prices increase as the whole nation feels and hit hard... But serving this, I don't know... Let's see if I get a call back.

Chick-fil-a never fails to satisfy my chicken sandwich cravings. The sauce goes so well with the fries and sandwich. I love to get the spicy chicken sandwich with extra pickles and a side of waffle fries. My favorite thing to do with my sandwich is to add Buffalo sauce on the chicken for added heat, fries on next, and chick-fil-sauce. After eating the sandwich this way, I have not gone back to a plain old spicy chicken sandwich. A lot of the workers are fairly young (probably high schoolers) but with good manners. They treat their customers really well. The lines can be pretty long when coming during busy hours but it goes by quick. Ordering inside is usually quicker for me. The window art are all so amazing! The artist did well on enhancing spring art on the windows and makes the drive through more enjoyable.

Breads are baked fresh in house and the menu offerings consist of: handcrafted sandwiches, soup, salads, flatbreads, and even has a kid's menu. Purchases: * HAM & TURKEY [on honey wheat bread] * PASTRAMI REUBEN [on sourdough] Sandwiches are made on sourdough bread by default and includes house spread, lettuce, tomatoes, onions, mustard, & cheese. Customizations are welcome. Sandwiches were good and very filling. The only complaint on my end was the shredded lettuce that made for messy eating- I would have preferred whole leaves. Honey wheat isn't recommended if you plan on eating your sandwich later- this bread is softer and will become soggy quite quickly. 4 stars. The bread to protein ration is fair, food is tasty, and the staff was kind. I'd say this was a good first experience.

The ambiance here is really nice as well, especially the outdoor patio. We went with a group of 7 smart was awesome! The service was also fast and prompt which was quite enjoyable. For food we tried: * Crab Cake Benedicts - these were delicious and the crab cakes were really well made and fresh. The side of potatoes this came with was also awesome. They were well spiced and the potatoes were perfectly soft. * Biscoff lotus pancakes - these were absolutely divine. The pancakes were perfectly fluffy and came in a stack of 4. They were huge with fresh whipped cream and a biscoff sauce. There was also maple syrup. The combo was out of the world and would definitely recommend one to get this when visiting! The food was very good to say the least, this amount of food was perfect for us. Though not too much of an issue (if this is the case) but the pancakes to me taste very very very similar to pancakes made with the Krusteaz brand pancake mix, I only say this because I had pancakes that used that specific brand's mix not too long before eating here. Regardless, the food was very delicious. For me and my girlfriend, the drinks were OKAY at best. To me, the coffee didn't have much "churro" taste in there besides the little churro treat that was added in the drink as a topping. The 5 minutes of Heaven shake threw us off a little because we weren't expecting the drink to be almost room temperature, we would have liked it to be cold like how our coffee was! Overall not too bad of a visit, definitely would come back if I'm ever in the Palo Alto area again.

A double order of chicken is 5 oz. The squeeze of lime is you getting lime wedge which I guess is ok. And the avocado was hard and tasteless. For a salad that ended up being $22, this is a travesty. I'm embarrassed by spending so much, and I don't want to eat it. Maybe if you're there in person it's better. It's been a few years since I ate at Sweetgreens and the experience wasn't sweet. I came to this restaurant two days in a row because I really enjoyed my first experience…read more Unfortunately, my second visit was noticeably different, and it really highlighted one of the biggest challenges for any restaurant: consistency. First Visit - Nearly 5 Stars On my first visit, I ordered: * Beet Poke * Mushroom Bao * Kale Caesar Salad with Falafel The beet poke was fantastic. It was fresh, light, and packed with seaweed, with a delicious dressing that brought everything together. There were great textures and flavors, and I would have happily ordered it again. The mushroom bao was another standout. The mushroom was perfectly fried, tucked inside a soft, fluffy bao, and topped with a tangy slaw. Great combination of crispy, soft, savory, and acidic. The kale Caesar salad was also delicious. Fresh, flavorful, and satisfying. At this point, I was thinking 5 stars and was excited enough to come back the very next day. Second Visit - A Different Experience I ordered: * Beet Poke * Mushroom Bao * Kale Caesar Salad * Potato Pizza Unfortunately, things were much more inconsistent. The beet poke was probably the biggest disappointment. There was barely any seaweed, very little textural contrast, and the dressing tasted completely different from the day before. It was also barely dressed. If this had been my first experience with the dish, I honestly would not have ordered it again. The mushroom bao was still good, but it didn't taste the same as the previous day. The slaw was noticeably spicy this time, whereas it hadn't been spicy at all on my first visit. It made me wonder if there were different chefs or if the recipes/preparations simply weren't being followed consistently. The kale Caesar was the one dish that remained consistent, still delicious on day two. The potato pizza was underwhelming and definitely something I wouldn't order again. The flavor combo wasn't working with me. We also got the gluten free crust which was not great. Almost more of a cracker than a pizza crust. The Verdict: If I were reviewing this restaurant based only on my first visit, I would have given it 5 stars. The food was fresh, creative, flavorful, and genuinely memorable. But after coming back the very next day and having several dishes taste noticeably different, I had to take a few stars away. I'm not sure if there were different chefs, different prep, or something else going on behind the scenes, but consistency is such a key part of a great restaurant experience, especially when you're paying restaurant prices. When a dish is fantastic one day and just okay the next, it's hard to know what experience you're actually going to get. The ambience is great, and while the service was friendly, it was also a bit slow. Overall, I still see the potential here, and my first visit was genuinely excellent. I just wish the second visit had lived up to it.
