This was my first time going to Chick-fil-A after about 4 years and boy did this hit a whole other spot! I always try to look for healthy options on the menu and went for the grilled chicken sandwich (extra lettuce, no tomato) and two side salads. The sandwich was perfect. Soft bun, chicken cooked just right, and it went really well with the Chick-fil-A sauce. I asked for the light Italian dressing with the side salads, and it was quite a disappointment. I went back in and asked for the balsamic instead and it was a much better option. The salad dressing serving size was quite a lot though and I barely used a half of one packet for both salads. One thing I really liked was the crispy red bell peppers that came with the salad. It tasted so good just by itself. Pro tip here: add some of that crispy bell pepper thing inside the chicken sandwich. Real game changer! I can't wait to do this again next weekend. Only downside here was that they actually charged me for asking for extra lettuce in place of the tomato on the sandwich. The staff are such hardworking amazing people! Charly or Charlie was limping, so he obviously had a hurt leg yet was still making sure every single table was clean and wiped down. Ignacio came by and asked if we needed anything else and made sure we were taken care of. Been coming to this one for a long time now, especially since it's near one of the 2 Lowes in the Bay Area. Chick-Fil-A is just always tasty and between this and the Redwood City one, can't say one does better than the other. As with both branches, the nuggets are amazing, the basic sandwich is tasty, the salads are surprisingly good (love the spicy southwest), and the kids toys (usually cute fabric finger puppets) are a hit with my daughter. What I noticed: * Queue was longer, but to be fair, their parking lot (behind the building) is way bigger so unlike the much-hated-by-local-residents Redwood City branch, you're not stopping traffic by being in line and you won't be waiting in the street. If you want an idea of HOW long, it's a 2-lane waiting line that snakes around the parking lot. However, it's surprisingly efficient and service is super fast -- the guy taking the orders had everything we asked for in no time and the line moved consistently, but seems a lot more sane than the RWC branch (where the staff seem to be under a ton of pressure to move the line due to the traffic snarling at Whipple and Veteran's Blvd). read more

I took the bag and gripped it as I pushed out the double glass doors and straight towards my vehicle. I drove home with haste, but under the speed limit I might add. It was time to EAT. I noticed that although I ordered 2 buffalo sauces and 1 ranch, the generous Chick-fil-A employees instead gave me 3 buffalo sauces and 2 ranches. I was astounded as my experiences at previous restaurants such as Popeyes found me paying 50 cents per sauce!!!! UNREAL! The chicken was still warm, breaded in a golden brown wave of delight. I savored every bite of the salty, yet sweet chicken nuggets. The fries stood out to me. Unique in their waffle shape, it reminded me not of a restaurant, but of Grandmas homemade meals. Chick-Fil-A is the late evening go-to spot for me and the family. It is local, easy, convenient, quick, and always friendly. Tonight, the family feast had multiple food items. I personally had to have my seasonal Chicken Tortilla Soup, and a spicy deluxe with bacon and cheese (Pepperjack, or I don't want it). My 10 year old son said the Spicy Chicken was "bussin." I have never been disappointed in the appearance of this Chick-fil-A, very well maintained inside and out. They also have a play area, which make lunches with the wife and kids a nice enjoyable time.The ambiance is very family fastfood vibes. Sometimes, they have decorations. The staff is always welcoming, and we have never had any major issues. Big reason I keep coming back. That and BINGO, please bring back BINGO if you see this owner or GM. read more

Been coming here for quite a few years, seems I never reviewed. I feel this restaurant is managed well. Been offered replacement items or free items when orders were wrong in some manner. Today did drive they about 4pm. The line was short, only One car ahead of me. The employee taking my order was very patient and helpful. We usually order the same things, so it was pretty easy for me to place the order. It was nice that they have a small cheat sheet with the menu on it at the car so you can see what they offer. Currently they have the Cloudberry sunjoy tea, which is like an Arnold Palmer but with a little berry flavor. This is a limited time item, so I had to get it! Had two spicy sandwiches one deluxe sandwich one large order of fries one cookies and cream milkshake and the cloudberry sunjoy tea. Everything was spot on Chick-fil-A flavor. Sandwiches were very fresh tasting cooked well, milkshake is always awesome just right sweetness and consistency. Cloudberry tea was a nice change from the regular Sunjoy, it's just a little bit of a berry kick to it. The only issue I had with the order is that I could not get the fries well done. Some people are not aware of this but at many Chick-fil-A restaurants you can order the fries well done, which means they get fried a second time. This increases the crunch but still allows the center of the fry to be soft. For some reason this restaurant is not currently offering this option, and I was sad about that so -1 star. One of the nicest Chick-fil-A's I've ever been to! It's located on a busy street and has a relatively small lot. Drive-thru line is long and wraps around the perimeter of the lot, and there's a good amount of parking available too. It seems that their indoor dining space has recently been renovated. I dined in but ordered online via their mobile app, and my order was ready about 5 minutes after I checked in. Pro tip: order on the mobile app to save time and get points easily! The food was pretty consistent with other locations and I didn't have much of an issue anywhere with my meal. Bathrooms were also clean, and the employees were kind and attentive. read more

After spending the entire morning looking for a replacement for our Washer that had conked out, we eagerly looked to improve our mood and fill our bellies, by quickly getting to- go from the drive through of the closest Chick-fil-A, the one in Sunnyvale on El Camino. This was our regular until the Santa Clara branch opened which turns out to be closer to our home and thus our default since it's opening day. Well the Sunnyvale beach has changed their drive-through lane marking and it took me two tries before I got the correct approach into the drive-through lane and not end up in the parking area. We ordered: 1. The spicy chicken deluxe meal, our regular and better half's favorite 2. I ordered the spicy grilled chicken sandwich meal, my new find that is really liked by my stomach as it does not seem to like breading too much these days. 3. With that we ordered their new Lemon Kale Caesar salad. While the quality and service was just as we knew it from our earlier visits, and food was just fresh and toasty as before, the prices seemed to have hiked a bit. But we will continue to enjoy their burgers and salads and support these local businesses during these times when things are slowly but surely returning to normal!! I went during a weekday Wednesday at 1030am and from 11 till 130, all the tables were occupied and the lines were long. You can order on the app in advance before you arrive and pick up via drive thru, inside the restaurant, OR IF YOUR SITTING DOWN, they can bring it to your table. Each table has a number for easy tracking. The nuggets are really good, super crispy. What I really loved about the kids meal treat is that you have an option to not have a treat at all or choose one of the many alternatives such as an ice cream, board books, or table topics. It's cool because if you chose the no treat it reduces toy waste. I've been to other play areas attached to a restaurant and it's always been a super messy area. The service here is always exceptional. I always see the employees constantly cleaning the tables , the floors, the play area, and organizing the chairs. Busy busy busy. Friday night was hella crunk. I would always order via the app then pick your food up if you wanna eat here. We had to do a U turn and the line was about 15 cars deep in the far right lane of a 3 lane road. The parking lot was packed to the brim there was only like 2 seats inside. Customer service here is the worst!!! I had a very disappointing experience during our visit around 9 PM today 08/24/24. My family and I went through the drive-thru, and before leaving, we checked our order in the parking lot only to find that a sandwich was missing. We returned to the restaurant to inform them of the mistake, but what happened next was completely unacceptable. Three Hispanic female employees, including the managers/directors on duty, immediately became defensive when we explained the issue. Despite showing them the receipt and returning the original bag with the missing sandwich, they insinuated that we were trying to steal a sandwich. They claimed that everything had been packed correctly, dismissing our concerns and treating us as though we were in the wrong. This kind of accusatory and disrespectful treatment, especially towards my mother who was only trying to address the issue calmly, was completely uncalled for. read more

I usually just go through the drive thru and never dine-in. Today, I decided to dine-in because the drive thru is always seriously long. Instantly, as I entered, I was amazed at how clean and nice the place was, almost felt like I was in a restaurant and not in a fast food place. To top it off, the service was unexpectedly pleasant. They bring the food to you instead of you having to walk up to grab your order, which I wouldn't have mind doing but I really appreciated the extra service. Let's not forget the food. Love the sandwhich, I do enjoy it better than Popeye's, it is just my opinion. The fried chicken sandwiches are extremely delicious. For first timers: start with the classic chicken sandwich, as is. The chicken is perfectly cooked and in between a perfectly buttered toasted bun. The pickles provide a nice taste, which goes well with the chicken. Chic fil a sauce is my favorite. I would order some chicken nuggets, as these are real nuggets and not processed and no MSG to mask fake flavors. I do prefer the Spicy chicken if you want that extra kick. Their chicken is always juicy and never dried. Fries are okay, wish it was seasoned. I do enjoy their breakfast burrito, hashbrowns and chicken nuggets in a flour tortilla topped with some salsa. I'm not a huge fan of Chick-fil-a but will occasionally stop in for a spicy chicken sandwich or a delicious Greek yogurt parfait with granola. The spicy chicken sandwich has a kick to it and the addition of pepper jack adds to the flavor. The Greek yogurt with granola is delicious. I order honey packets on the side because the yogurt can be a bit bitter by itself.
