I love Chick-fil-A. But, unfortunately, this location has 100% lost my service. I have been here countless times, and I always order the same exact thing. For whatever reason they ALWAYS get my order wrong. I have only received ONE order out of literal countless that has been correct. Normally this company prides themselves in getting orders to the T! This location however, does not seem to have the same standards. I would not be writing a review if it was one or two little things that they got wrong whithin the order. But that is not the case. My ENTIRE order is wrong, without fail. I am allergic to tomatoes so know for a fact I ALWAYS order the plain sandwich. What I love about Chick-fil-A other than the menu is their vast variety of dipping sauces. I'll admit, I'm not a fan of every single dipping sauce, but my day ones are: -Polynesian -Chick-fil-A -Zesty Buffalo -Honey Roasted Bbq (in the packet) Of course, I love their classic chicken sandwich, but I usually order their grilled chicken sandwich, waffle fries and Arnold Palmer with unsweetened tea. Chick-fil-A is the best when it comes to the drive-through. They have two employees standing outside ready to take your order. Quick efficient the service is superb. I'm pretty sure you've eaten here at least once. This place has plenty of parking people working here are very cheerful and the service is above and beyond. They have one of their team members going around asking if you need anything, every 5 to 10 minutes. And is located right next to a shopping mall. Would definitely come back. read more

What a surprise to find them in my drink AND even bigger surprise that CFA corp or Doordash care so little about this experience. Incredible food, stellar service, awesome atmosphere! I ordered my usual, a chicken sandwich meal with extra pickles and a Diet Coke. The sandwich and fries were hot, there were plenty of extra pickles, and the soda was crispy. That's all great, but what I'm really here to do is tell you how amazing Jackie is. I have seen her here multiple times and she has ALWAYS been so kind and attentive, checking up on each table, offering to take trash or refill drinks, and making sure the restaurant and bathrooms are clean and stocked. I'm 99% sure I got food poisoning from this place 2 weeks ago, 8/2. I had heard later on that there was a power outage that lasted 15hrs and only ended about 5hrs before I came in to order dinner for takeout. I had heard about an incident with a drunk driver running into a power line, but hadn't realized it caused an outage that affected so many businesses. I ate my food between 6-7pm and felt unsatisfying full (all I had was a sandwich and a few fries), woke up at 1am and my body completely rejected whatever I had eaten. My roommate got a salad with chicken on it but ate it slightly later and her side effects hit her slightly later but the same as mine. We were bedridden for half the day on 8/3, had to call out of work. I've had a hard time eating ever since. Now I've worked in the service industry - whoever is in charge of food safety should have double checked and tempted every piece of chicken before OK'ing it to be sold after such a long outage or thrown it away. I would love to know if anyone else was similarly affected. read more

Today I went to the drive thru and my meal was prepped efficiently and accurately. Everything was warm and fresh. What really stood out to me was a manager on shift in the FOH. My husband recently deployed and loves CFA and its sauces. As I was driving away, I decided to pull back in and see if I could purchase some sauce. So I place an order for delivery at 1153am. Said my order would be delivered 1245-1pm. It is now 1240 and the app still doesn't show that it's being worked on. Only says order created still. This isn't my issue tho. My issue is, when I press the "contact restaurant" button, it calls a automated message that plays in a loop. No one to confirm my order or anything. I'd normally just wait, but this isn't the first time. Last time this happened they completely forgot my order and called and asked if I had it yet. So am I supposed to just sit and HOPE they have my order? HOPE it's getting made? HOPE they call me if they realize they missed an order?? Horrible service. Yes the food is good, but at this point I still have no food. Update: called the store, spoke to a manager who said they didn't see any of the orders even come to their system. I love chick fil a but when ordering online and picking up in the thousand oaks store was such a pain. I submitted an order at 11:27am and arrived shortly before noon to pick up my order but they did not make it yet or start the process. The first staff member told me "when you arrive, click the button that says I'm here and we will begin making your order." Why? What's the point of ordering online but having to park, go inside and wait for my order to be ready. They were busy as always, I understand but it was just a bad experience and if i decide to get chick fil a again here, I will plan to just eat there because I won't expect to pick up and go quickly. First timer today at Chick-fil-a. Finally needed to check this place out! Brought my kids ages 5 & 9 for an early lunch on a weekday at 11am. Parking was easy with only a few cars in the lot. Once inside, we noticed a wide dining room but which way to the counter??? To the left, we went and ordered our food. Ordered an 8 piece chicken nugget meal and a Cobb salad. Everything was about $16. All the way to the opposite direction you will find a small play area for kids under 54". I love that they offer unlimited sanitizing wipes right outside the play area. Seats are on one side of a glass door, the play area is on the other. When our food was delivered to our table, it looked like regular fast food. Nuggets were smallish, sauces were tinier than at other fast food establishments. The taste and quality was better than average though. The salad was filled with yummy toppings, not just lettuce! The avocado lime ranch Dressing was tasty too! My one gripe was that they do not have a self-serve soda area. I guessed they offer free refills but I thought it was closed off and inconvenient. Then a nice employee approached our table halfway through our meal and offered to refill our drinks. So I'm ok with that. Overall, I will remember this first visit and look out for this chain for another visit when on the road. read more

The food is tasty and the quality is not bad. However this particular location is such an overrun and busy hotspot. I just ordered a side of fries and a salad and the gentleman who handed it to me through the window spilled the entire bag of fries as he was placing it in my hand and the fries got all over my car and he did not apologize or offered to replace the fries. He simply walked off and I had to stop in the middle of traffic and get out of my car and remove all of the fries from under my seat and in front of my seat. Food prices rival those of local restaurants. This is a fast food restaurant chain whose corporate headquarters is located out of state so it's not hard to decide a sit down locally owned place rather than get food here. A bowl of chicken tortilla soup is $10 alone. This is not inflation but corporate greed. If you're looking for healthier versions of fast food this is a good option but again it will be overpriced. This is the only thing really worth it is the convenience of a fast food restaurant with salad and soups options that make for healthier choices. read more
