(New Renton location) I order my food via the mobile app so I can get the points and when I'm in a rush. The food is always delicious and they have amazing customer service skills. This was my first time coming to this location and it was a bit hard to find the dining entrance. We ended up having to pick up our mobile order through the drive thru which kind of felt like we could have just ordered when we got there. Their chicken is really good and I love their fries/ hash browns. Also their mac and cheese is actually pretty good. It's cheesy and creamy. Just add salt and pepper if you don't like bland food. I absolutely love this location. While it opened super recently, there was no line at the drive thru when we went in on a Saturday night around 8pm. We were still dressed up from a photo session to celebrate our wedding anniversary. When Casey, an employee, asked why we were dressed up and learned it was our anniversary, he offered us free milk shakes. They were delicious! What on earth happened here? I came here last week prior to heading home for the day. I have been to all the locations here in Washington and have never ran into an issue. I decided to go through the drive through and that is where the issue started. Upon me attempting to order, I advised the girl on the intercom that I could not hear what she was saying. There was an immediate voice change and it went from friendly to one along the line of a bad attitude. I chalked it up as being an intercom issue because this was a new location and that it could be bugs that they are still working on. As a I pulled up, the attitude continued and the girl seemed to be upset at me for just being there. She handed me my order and I had asked for a side of ranch her facial expression at this point set me off. I am genuinely shocked that a Chilk Fil A associate could act so childish and so rudely to a customer. What did I do wrong? All I did was come to order dinner before going home and all I get is attitude. I forgot to mention, when I had asked the associate to scan my Chik Fil A, I truly thought fire was going to fly out of her nose. Horrible service and horrible attitude. I typically love Chick-fil-A however this one is disgusting. I went on a Friday evening, yes it was busy, but there were multiple employees wandering, going to the hidden area near the bathroom to be on their phones and talking to customers that were obviously their friends. Completely unprofessional. To add to this, the disgusting part, there was trash everywhere. I mean literally put anywhere possible near the trash area and utensils stations. Why? Because the trash bins were showing as full. When I finally got my order (20 minutes into my visit) I was short one sandwich, a spicy chicken. I get that this was the only spicy chicken in my order, but when I told one of the employees meandering around the floor, she said she'd let someone know. 10 minutes or so later I figured I'd ask about the sandwich. They said no one told them about it. I said that I did let an employee know, but they tell me I should have said something sooner to them at the counter. Luckily I see one of the workers in blue and they bring me out a sandwich in a few minutes. Thank you to that employee, but I still cannot believe how this store is ran. Multiple employees on the floor doing nothing and letting trash pile up is a bad sign on where this Chick-fil-A is going. I feel sorry for this owner and I hope he can make this store better because it's a great location and a lot closer to me than federal way location. Wow!!! The first time I've ever been to a Chick-Fil-A and could pretty much say I regretted it. All the 5 star reviews are from a couple weeks ago when training staff was here. Well, they're gone. It definitely shows. If this was my first experience going to a Chick-Fil-A, I would think they were pretty lame. Good food, pretty awful service. Since I have been to several other Chick-Fil-A locations (both in Washington and in Tennessee), this CFA is just not anywhere up to CFA standards. 1. Parking is OK. Not as bad as Bellevue, not as good as Federal Way. 2. Food was fine but for probably the first time ever, the food wasn't the usual fresh & hot. It wasn't cold, but on our way out, we did hear people complaining they received cold fries. 3. Getting our food took something like 15-20 minutes and another 10 to get a second to-go order as we were about to leave. (by that time it had cleared out quite a bit) 4. People walking around aimlessly, making laps carrying food for unknown people they can't find. 5. Manager was there just bussing tables, not managing his staff. 6. Guy taking out order didn't know what Honey Roasted BBQ sauce is. He started handing us honey mustard and BBQ sauce cups and I had to reiterate it was in little packets... he still didn't know. We were frequenting the Federal Way location but decided to check this one out because it's much closer. It's not worth waiting 20 minutes for something that, at Federal Way, often takes less time than it does to find our seats. I don't know when we would come back to this location. read more

It's the hottest restaurant in Southcenter/Tukwila right now. They took over the area where Ethan Allen furniture store was located; it's in the complex across the street from Red Robin. The employees were organized and polite. Got that southern hospitality vibe--sparked some good memories when I visited ATL. Great teamwork and communication on the floor. The food came out fantastic: perfectly cooked and not slapped together like a hot mess. You may think that I'm weird for writing about a fast food chain but I was quite impressed. Even the garbage receptacles electronically open and close. Why? Why not, I guess. The large dining area was nice; I could see it jam packed on weekends except on Sundays. Before I left an employee was passing out gift cards for free breakfast sandwiches. Maybe you'll get a free card too. We went there and ordered two spicy chicken meals. The bun was so greasy you could squeeze the grease out of the bun like a wet sponge. The chicken wasn't crisp and the waffle fries were not cooked enough.
