I just spoke with Angel the "manager" at Chic-Fil-A and asked specifically to add hot chicken to my wrap. She refused. She made a lame excuse in terms of why I needed to eat cold chicken. The double lane makes zero since they do not know how to manage it. Literally sent everyone to park in the red fire lane with hazards on to wait for food for like a min so it was pointless. Plus we're all parked in no parking area, when they had the bypass lane and we're not using it... there were two people standing by the pickup window super awkward for an introvert. Paid $50 for food here and when we got home, we observed a small black hair in the jack cheese of the sandwich, a black hair on a French fry, and an additional black hair on a chicken nugget. We called to speak to the manager who left us on hold for 20 minutes but we disconnected after waiting that long. We wanted to give the manager a heads up but they refused to answer our call. I'm a sucker who fell for the drive thru failure more than once here. I know better... the first time they failed to put our waffle fries in the bag for all three meals. I call the restaurant and they say no problem, come back another day and we will replace the meal. So I keep the receipt and write on it no fries. I go back a couple of weeks later and go inside and the explain to the cashier what happened. She takes the receipt and walks over to the manager. The manager walks over to the drive thru crew and asks them about it. Obviously they knew nothing about it. About 5 minutes later the cashier walks over with a bag with three fries in it and says "here you go". Ummm, really, this isn't replacing the Mel but I don't have time to argue with them. Now today, I decide to give them another try. I am given my order and I have to ask for my drink. I start to pull away and think I should check for my fries. They are here this time, great. I get home and the Large superfood salad I ordered is as small as the ice cream cups and I take a sip of my drink and it is lemonade and I ordered tea. I call the restaurant and explain the drive thru failures and the manager give me the same spiel as before. Come back another day and we will replace the whole meal. Went on my lunch break and drove thru. I asked for a sandwich with fries, a lemonade and two sauces. Received a sandwich, a drink, no fries, no sauces, and was pretty much ignored at the drive thru window. She literally said "alrighty here you go" and turned her back. At Chick-Fil-A of all places?? With all the excitement for Chick-fil-A finally landing in the Las Vegas area, I found myself craving some. Not wanting to deal with any possible crowds, I figured we'd make a pit stop during our California trip last weekend. The most convenient location ended up being in Upland. The restaurant was easy to find, right off the 210 freeway. It's an area I'm not at all familiar with. We seemed to be in the middle of a huge shopping district with a plethora of restaurants to choose from. Yet here we were at Chick-fil-A. Not that I regret that decision. The spicy chicken sandwich was as good as I had hoped and my girlfriend's chicken salad was equally satisfying. Service was quick and friendly. So quick that the server had to follow us to deliver our meals as we hadn't even picked our table. read more

Normally chick fil a is on point with service and with the food but today it was just off. The guy who took our order in the drive through kept calling us boss and we had to keep repeating ourselves because he wasn't getting the order right. Our Order was wrong at it sucked!! We had to go all the way back! Being Vegan we wanted to make something we could eat. We got a wrap with added veggies no cheese no chicken and they put the CHICKEN!!! No!!! Good news is they did remake it and gave us new fries but had to wait in the line all over again.
