They were slow(4 or 5 people just standing around talking while I was waiting for my order), the lady taking my order was rude and the worst thing they didn't get my order correct. I expect amazing things when I go to chick fill a, that's the only reason I go there. The number one thing I expect is great service and they can't even do that. Awesome chicken sandwiches! Their food is great, and they have pretty cool looking ketchup packets. The service is so much different from going to a McDonalds, as everyone is very nice and helpful. They come and refill your lemonade as your eating, and, when I went to throw away our trash, one of the workers came and took it for me. Would definitely come again. read more

This is now my go to fast food restaurant. The employees are extremely friendly. They get my order correct everytime and the order is ready quickly. The food is fresh and delicious. Their sauces are amazing. The restaurant is always clean. I appreciate the fact that an employee always comes and asks how our meal is and if we need anything. I've never received that kind of service at any other fast food restaurant. As a homosexual, morman, vegan, I for one, like this place. You may be thinking, "what? how?" How could I, a person with these qualities, enjoy chick-fil-A? There is one item and one item alone on the menu that makes me return time and time again. It is not the lemonade nor is it the french fries. No, it is the infamous Polynesian sauce. I walk up to the counter, ask for sauce with a spoon, find the emptiest corner and settle down. With spoon in hand, the Polynesian sauce disappears. I get looks of course, and when people stare, I respond with a variety of phrases: "ITS BECAUSE IM MORMAN/VEGAN/GAY" They turn right away and leave me alone. This location is sorely lacking in customer service. They hand you your food rarely saying anything, then act like they kind of hope you will just leave. The floor staff has never once in the 3 times I have been there ever come to ask if we needed anything, a refill, napkins a shovel or anything. Big thank you to the manager! After I placed my order in the drive thru, I realized I didn't have my wallet! When I got to the window I told the lady, "Sorry, I didn't realize I don't have my wallet!" She told me to hold on and said something to her manager, he said, "We got it." In all my years, I have never had the original breakfast sandwich from any location. This was my first time, and it left me speechless. Something as simple as fried chicken in a mouth watering butter biscuit just took me by surprise. I never wake up in time on Saturday to get breakfast, so I have always missed out. This just happened to be an early morning that I was headed to the bay and had the influence of a friend who wanted to pit stop here before heading out. I am so happy she introduced me to the breakfast sandwich. I think I am a fan for life of this simple sandwich/biscuit. It was so good, I could just eat the biscuit by itself. As for the tater tots, they were just okay. I much prefer crispy tots over soft and semi soggy. Nonetheless, they still complimented the breakfast sandwich. I have not had any other menu items from this specific location, so my review is basically for the chicken and biscuit breakfast sandwich. I just wish all locations were open on Sunday's because that is when I find myself craving breakfast the most. Oh well, can't change a religious motto. The place is pretty sanitary for it being busy with a lot of customers. The food was fresh but the batter was so light it felt like I could've just made the chicken tenders I ate at home like the microwaveable ones. Instead of giving up, she came back with a little stuffed animal for her and won her over. This restaurant is extremely clean, and the staff are very friendly. There is a small play land for the kids inside the restaurant. I took my 11 year old daughter to daddy/daughter date night. She loved it, they had a certain section that was decorated, and people actually came to our table and took our order for this event. The chicken sandwiches are excellent, along with the fries. While not the healthiest food, Chick-fil-A is better than most fast food options, and it's chicken as opposed to red meat. I've swung by the drive through of this place a couple of times while I was in Vacaville and have had no problems. My orders were made properly and the wait time was minimal. Overall, not a bad experience with this location and would come here again. I just wanted to try something I have never tried. I usually go to Panera or Boudin SF when I want a salad. But, last night I tried Chick-a-fil. It wasn't bad, but definitely not the value if you compare it to other restaurants. I expected fast food prices. My total for a salad with a small amount of chicken and a drink was the same as I would have paid at the businesses above. Not really a bargain. And, the food was not as good, plentiful, or as fresh. I did appreciate the diet Lemonade. That was good. The service was OK. The girl at the counter wasn't really focused on the order. But, some of the other employees were friendly. When this place first opened they were amazing! The last couple of times I've been here they have gotten my order wrong or forgotten to include one of the things I ordered. I was in the drive through, line wasn't very long and when I went to pay the girl at the drive through window had tons of attitude for no reason.
