We received cold fries and our chicken fillets were not how we ordered. Very Dissapointed. There are signs in the drive thru posted saying have payment ready so they can keep there cars per hour up. As if there racing to get you thru the line. Maybe they could slow down a tad and get the orders right. Was a completely different experience than our first one. read more

I loved this restaurant. when I asked for a good place to eat breakfast was. I was directed to chic fil-a. I had never tried a breakfast meal from chi-fil-a but was pointed in there direction by Cimico signs. Any place can open up brand new and stay good for a little while. But the sign of a good establishment is consistency in it's products and services. Unfortunately, the last several months this place seems to have gone downhill. I don't think I will be back. They are always very pleasant and kind but there seem to be some issues. After rolling through the drive-thru tonight they seemed a little unorganized at the window asking to see if I had already paid or not. I grabbed my order and noticed it was missing two items. I drove back around through the drive-thru waited a few minutes and I was informed that they don't do anything at the drive-thru window to correct wrong orders. They told me I'd have to go inside to correct it. I laughed and drove off. They can use my final payment as a donation to their causes. When I got home my criss cut fries were nearly white, and cold. Almost like they weren't even cooked. The chicken strips were pale and Limp with no sign of being properly fried. This place is too expensive to have half done food. Waited in line for over 30min, not a problem. New girl taking orders say your total is $22. I'm like I get this same salad at every location it should be $12.63 or $12.74. She recheck and said she made a mistake. I say no problem. Get to the window its wrong. I say no problem. It's a manager he retake the order and tell me to park to the side. I do and wait another 5-8 minutes. The young bring out my order and it's wrong again this time with bacon added and I don't eat pork. So before the young white girl even take 10 steps I tell her it's wrong by simple looking in the bag and eyeing a piece of bacon. She say ok but she can't take it back cause I touched it. I say BS I didn't order this she say it's not on the receipt. I say cuz you guys already messed up the order she say I'll check with my manager. He comes to my car and say I didn't have no bacon on my order. I say the new girl must have messed up the order. He say ok and bring me out my money back after waiting a damn hour with no apology or nothing so I left hunger back to work and 30 min over lunch. If ask me they looked at my skin and treated me like I was begging for a salad not a paying customer. read more

I was surprised at the amount of mistakes that were made in one transaction especially because there were not a lot of cars in line. We weren't given a receipt and he didn't repeat our order. The guy who took our order was nice, but he made a mistake that was an easy fix. He accidentally put us down for one deluxe meal and one regular sandwich. We went back to the drive thru kindly asking for them to switch our sandwich and he admitted his mistake and called Abbigayle over to fix it. She tried to blame it on us and all she offered was to give us the cheese and veggies on the side. She was rude and she clearly did not care. When we got to the drive thru they told us to pull forward and asked us what we needed and we explained the situation. They thankfully gave us the deluxe sandwich instead of some cold cheese and veggies we would have to put on the regular sandwich. After leaving, we realized that they didn't even give us our sauces and they gave me Dr. Pepper instead of Coke. DO BETTER THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE. This is the worst experience I've ever had at a Chick-fil-A and I am very disappointed. Count your nuggets! Ordered two 12 pack nuggets and an 8 pack nuggets. Got home, opened boxes, looked light so I counted. Both 12 counts only had 10 each. 8 count had six. Shorted 6. Not the first time. Called three times, no one ever answered. Went a few days later...manager says, too bad, you never called. In grand scheme of things, no biggie - but I paid over $20 for a cheated, skimpy meal- management did NOT care ( boo! Bad management). Not worth it. Overpriced. Am in service industry and tell all my customers to double check their orders when they go to Chik Fil A in Vacaville. My 2 year old can count to 12. I absolutely love Chick-fil-A but for some reason this location can NOT get it together. The staff is very kind but out of the last 4 times I've visited, my order has been incorrect. From ordering a regular deluxe meal and receiving spicy to paying for a large fry and only getting a medium. if i could leave this place 0 stars I would. My family and I have been regular costumers at Chic-Fil-A for years and never would i have expected to see such a bothering sight in my life. We had just recently left this restaurant and during lunch hour we noticed 2 woman (who appeared to work in higher management) and a female worker sitting at one of the outdoor tables. At first glance you wouldn't think anything of it, but within about 10 minuets of us eating our meal we noticed this worker bawling her eyes out. We have absolutely no idea what they were talking about but it was obvious it wasn't something pleasant. To make matters worse, there was also two young workers sitting a few tables away from us that we're talking about this situation. Granted we have no idea what the context of situation was, we just feel as though matters such as these should be dealt with in private. That worker was left to cry at the table alone, until she stood up to go to her car, if i was her I would be absolutely humiliated. Mind you, this also took place right after lunch hour on a Saturday, so as you could imagine the restaurant was packed. My entire outlook toward Chic-Fil-A has forever been changed. Let me start by saying love Chick fil A!! Today, however, it took 10 minutes to get my food and all I ordered was chicken nuggets (dining in). I was there at 3:38pm (not rush hour) and saw many workers that were not very busy. Frustrating when you are limited on time and hungry. Frustrating even more when you see others that came after you get their to go items. I brought it to the attention of the staff and apparently my nuggets had been sitting on the "ready shelf". Not sure what miscommunication happened but I could tell the nuggets had been sitting. Another time we came to this location and apparently the worker had put down that our order was to go when we were dining in. We sat near the back of the restaurant and when too much time went by and others after us were getting their food, I brought it to the attention of a worker. Well, apparently they had been calling our name for quite a while and never went to look for us in the lobby. We had clearly told the worker that we were dining in. Food was cold. They replaced the food only after I told them I wanted it hot. Come on Chick fil A, Vacaville. We are used to great service and food from Chick fil A so please step it up a bit. read more

Today I visited this location and it was POURING outside.. and I mean like wind blowing sky just falling pouring and as I pull up to the speaker to place my order I see a girl under the umbrella taking payments.. and when they first started doing this during the summer I thought it was a great idea.. it really sped up the line..HOWEVER! There are conditions and ethics that should be taken into consideration. I do not think that the pouring rain is an appropriate condition to have someone outside taking payments for a drive through when there's a window not even 10 away that is perfectly capable of doing the same thing. Yes I may have to sit in the drive through for 2 extra minutes but I would be more than willing to do so, so that someone isn't standing outside in the middle of a storm. This poor girl was shivering and shaking she was so cold. When I called the manager to complain her response was "well they are provided with a rain coat and an umbrella, and we rotate them every 20 minutes" are you kidding me?!?! That umbrella is not going to protect them from this sideways rain wailing around. I was in my car and I didn't even want to have the window down because I was getting soaked! And I thought they were a Christian company. As a Christian the way they are treating their employees is just unethical! I will have to seriously reconsider the next time I think about going to chick fil a and everyone else should too! I don't know if this is a corporate policy they have or just this store but it's absolutely unacceptable! I think that they should really have to explain themselves for this one.. I hope someone from the store ownership or corporate reads this because it's a complete outrage how they treat their employees!! read more

Just stopped in and seeing cars backed up we decide to walk in for order. The worst service ever. Very unorganized. A worker dropped a soda on my daughters new pair of uggs! Then continues to just stand there. Upon exiting the lot the drive thru is backed up again. And we see the problem...the walking cashier has cars stopped instead of walking alongside taking orders. We had to beep to get her attention so we could exit. We won't be coming back. Work on your customer service! read more
