5 stars? For fast food? Yes, I have to admit that I have a major soft spot for that God-fearin' chicken. I grew up in the metro Atlanta area, so I also grew up with chick fil a and it's inimitable flavors. It's delicious, consistent, and as far as I'm concerned, it transcends politics and religion. It's damn good food served fast, supported by great customer service, cheerful employees, and a pretty good mobile ordering system. Closed on Sundays, which is always that day when I get the most serious Chick fil a cravings. This location does a ton of business, and it gets SLAMMED during peak hours. It can be difficult to even get into the parking area during the dinner hours, so plan accordingly. I find that the drive through line is what usually holds things up the most. I recommend ordering ahead of time with the online app, selecting the carry-out option. When you arrive, park wherever you can (not on the 24 hour fitness side), and then go in to pick up your order. It will be quite a bit faster than waiting in the drive-through line. As far as food recommendations, the regular old chick fil a sandwich topped with some Texas Pete will always be my mainstay. Chick fil a Sause is my favorite dipping sauce. For breakfast, chicken minis are quite good, but I almost always go for the chicken biscuit. One place where Chick fil a doesn't shine: the coffee. As much as I love their breakfast, their coffee is pretty atrocious. Acidic sourness without any real body. Avoid it. read more

So I received some spectacularly patient service from Tori. I had a lot of questions since I do not typically go to these type of establishments hence the name (I am a plant based eater on a more then norm bases). She was able to really be attentive when taking my order. They had some workers asked how things were at my table as if I were at some high end restaurant or something. I was quite astonished. There are some rush paced workers here I noticed but the establishment is packed at any given hour. The fruit bowl did have some white residue on it which did not sit well with me. I let one of the workers know. Also the second time I had been to a chick fil a and the second time I received a rather warm chicken sandwich. I like my food hot! Overall very enjoyable experience. Oh one more thing there wrap would be soo much better if the chicken inside of it was hot or freshly cooked to balance out the coldness. I get lemonade, which is .25 more than soda... why not? lets live it up. Before I pay and get locked in I am warned that it may take up to 10 minutes. I really appreciate their honesty. I look around the restaurant as I wait. Real flowers are at every table. Everything is squeaky clean. The umbrellas outside and just getting opened up for the day. Before I know it... much less than 10 minutes later my burger gets delivered to me by name. There is a great system where you get a bucket with your BBQ sauce and receipt and it lets them know where you are when the deliver. I snarf down my burger. The chicken is juicy. The hand breaded crust is crunchy. I can tell that this isn't what you get at Wendys. No parking available between 5-7:00pm. Talk about inconvenient! No parking space available and you have to literally compete with the 24 hour fitness customers for any reasonable parking space. I also use the gym and am pissed I cannot use this gym during those hours nor can I dine in here due to lack of parking space. As this is my favorite fast-food restaurant, I have nothing but good things to say about the food. I've been eating here since the 80s, and the only thing that's changed are some added menu items and them taking away the coleslaw (I'm still salty about that). My opinion about this location is they are always busy! I've been here during the week, on the weekend, afternoon and early evening, and there is always a line. Not complaining, but the parking is limited and sometimes difficult. And because I'm driving miles, I always dine-in. Staff are usually always friendly and the food is generally good. This last visit though, the chicken nuggets weren't as fresh as they could have been, but the peach shake was made just like I asked for -- extra thick. My spicy chicken sandwich was damn spicy, but fresh! I usually just stick with the original sandwich (sans pickles), but one time, I received the spicy sandwich instead of the original I ordered, and it was really good. So, I'll probably go between that and the original during future visits. The salads also are really good. For 5 stars, they need to bring back the coleslaw! read more

Sadly this is the closest Chic-fil-A to my area. I was really pumped about trying out their meals this year starting February and I'm honestly disappointed. I've driven multiple times to Walnut Creek and out of all the times I've decided to eat here, they always forget my chocolate brownies. You either order in the drive thru or you can order inside as someone else waits in the car and keeps a lookout for parking. Many of us understand that working in a Food Chain contains a lot of demand for good workers and fast action. That's what keeps the place running. However, if being rude to your customers and just ignoring them is the way this place works , then I can guarantee it ain't it coach. Reason why the workers here are 50/50. My friend had ordered a milkshake and it didn't come to table with the rest of her order. When she tried getting a workers attention, the lady sneered n did a hand signal at her then dipped. After all the hype, I finally got a chance to try a Chick-fil-A sandwich! When I got to the restaurant, there was a line outside the door! I have never seen this at a fast food restaurant. To my surprise, the line moved very quickly. I got their spicy deluxe chicken sandwich ($4.29), a box of chicken strips ($3.79 for 3 pieces), and some waffle fries ($1.99/large). To my delight, The chicken to bun ratio was about 1.5 to 1, which made me very happy. The chicken was on the spicy side so order at your own risk. The waffle fries were pretty good also. If you are a light eater, a large order of fries will definitely be enough for two people. The entire staff was very friendly and helpful, which you won't see in other fast food restaurants (maybe except for Jack in the Box in WC). There's ample parking on site, but that could change when the new 24 Hour Fitness opens. Drive thru service is available at this location. As our former governor would say: "I will be back". read more
