I've never had a bad experience here in four years. Friendly, fast service is always at hand here. The little things matter to us. We have a large family and spending a bunch of time sorting out misprepared orders, missing items, etc. is a drag. That simply has never happened here no matter how complicated we make the order. Plus we always have at least one employee come by to make sure we are doing OK while we eat. This location like many in this chain, is extremely busy. The drive through backs out off their lot and into the street at times, blocking or limiting access to the other business in the lot, a huge gym. That's not their fault and they more than make up for the long lines with speedy service with a smile and getting the order right. We love Chick-fil-a and this location does not disappoint. Their customer service has always been great and if something is wrong they fix it as quickly as possible. The food is usually hot, although better eat those fries because they cool off fast. They give you whatever sauce you want which is good because we love sauce! My favorite combo, is dip in chick-fil-a sauce, then ranch, then buffalo. It's a little bit of sweet, creamy and spicy. Delicious! We have tried everything from the nuggets to the grilled and fried sandwiches. They are all yummy. Whatever you order, you won't be disappointed. Definitely check out this location but be ready to wait in line between 11am and 2pm for that crazy lunch rush. read more

I love Chick-fil-A! I love their chicken! I love their waffle fries! So why am I giving this location a three star review? The drive thru is always outside the lot and is often out on the street. I like using the Chick-fil-A app and I'm a red member. I love being able to use the app to order carry out. During the pandemic it was way to park in the adjoining lot while I went to pickup my food. The gym that uses this lot is back open so there's no parking in this lot anymore. So, where is parking available? In the Chick-fil-A parking lot! But you can't get to it because of all the cars in the drive thru line. How about allowing those who are going here for pickup to be able to get to your parking lot? I'm sure your customers as well as the gym next door would appreciate it. read more

This is my go to Chick-fi-A location. I tend to go with the spicy chicken deluxe w/ waffle fries. It's funny that this location is across a 24 hour fitness. haha. If I went to the gym there I would probably reward myself with a sandwich more times than I should. This plaza is tiny and gets crowded. They have designated lanes for drive through and the exit, but if it's packed at the drive through and your car is parked closest to the restaurant you might be trapped in between cars. Service here has always been friendly and restaurant clean. They do charge $.25 to adjust your sandwich toppings so if you prefer to have things off your sandwich I would just remove it yourself. read more

I enjoy coming here every now and then it's a 25 min drive from home. I was really disappointed last week when I got in the drive thru ordered my food and drove back home just to find out my sandwich was missing the spicy chicken patty. HOW DOES THAT HAPPEN!? Best service until today 9/21/23 at 5/15pm. Person packing food "and" the safety net standing outside the window did not do their job. I was shorted a Spicy Chicken sandwich, drove back to get it which they did a good job inside providing the missed meal and apologizing but when I got back home from the trip I realized the only sauce was the Buffalo when I asked for the chick filet sauce also. Didn't go back but it basically ruined the meal for 2 of us having only a hot sauce. So frustrating for the customer. If they are not checking food why pay them. Anyone can call out a name and read a receipt. Just check your own food also. read more

Every time I'm around Walnut Creek/Concord area I can never resist going to Chick Fil A. Their chicken sandwiches are just the best... and their chick fil A sauce??? phenomenal. I like to use their sauce to dip not only my fries, but on my burgers as well. During the weekdays, the drive in is usually long at around 8:30 pm to 9:30 pm (the time that I went). The line inside is usually short. But as it gets closer to their closing time (10PM), the line inside starts getting short, and the drive thru line is basically non existent. Everything was fine, other than the fact that the server got my order wrong: I ordered a Spicy Deluxe, and a Chick Fil A meal, and I got two regular ol Chick Fil A Deluxes. This Chic-fil-a is run worse than my local DMV. Long lines and extremely unorganized. I've supported this Chic-fil-a throughout the pandemic and the service has been nothing but great. What happened to this place? Chic-fil-a as a corporation is renowned for managing and circulating the traffic of the long lines in the drive-thru; except apparently the Walnut Creek location. They used to have 3 workers out with ipads take people's orders and it took a lot less time than the system than they have now. What the hell happened to that?!? Going inside is a real hit of miss... The ordering is easy, but receiving your food has never become so difficult. Every single time they spill the drinks all over the table and it becomes a wet mess. They will hastefully place down the bags of food in hopes that somehow one of the 40 customers waiting for their food gets the message that their order is ready (in other words, they will not shout your name when it is ready). Weirdly enough, it will take your food less time to get out than your drinks and ice cream. The food will be out in less than 5 minutes and your drinks will take more than 10 once you have asked 3 times to check on the status of your order. I understand that managing that amount of people is not an easy task, but pre-pandemic their system had been highly functionable! All in all, I am on my last straw with Walnut Creek Chic Fil A on North Main Street. These long lines make the delicious food not worth it. You will never be disappointed with Chick-fil-A's customer service, or so I thought.. until I visited this location. Chick-fil-A's food is always great and it's reputable for its customer service. It's known for its kind workers and they always say, "My pleasure," whenever you thank them for something. However, many of the workers here seem very dgaf and seem like they don't want to be there. There was a girl who was working at the pick-up station and whenever the customer asked for something they wouldn't say a single word and just grabbed whatever the customer asked for. No single "Sure," or "My pleasure." Just pure silence. Also, a customer asked another worker for sauce and they had dropped it on the floor while grabbing it. Instead of handing her another one he grabbed it from the floor and just handed it to the customer. That's highly unsanitary because so many workers were going back and forth in that area and who knows what kind of bacteria lives on their shoes and on the floor. All restaurants should be especially careful and sanitary during this time because of COVID-19. The customer left very startled by his action. Food is 4 stars at this location but the 2 stars for this review is for their customer service. Probably one of the worst Chick-fil-a's I've been to regarding service and I hope management works on better training their workers! read more

I can't speak for inside dining or the drive through window but I can speak for door dash. I order from here nearly every day morning and lunch and the quality assurance is lacking. I always order 3bbq 2/ketchup and most of the time I don't get any or I'll get 2/1. They nuggets are usually cold and the fries are usually wet and soggy. I've noticed that sometimes the restaurant will put cold ketchup packets literally on top of the fries so it might explain that. I'm not sure. I work all over the country and chik fil a is my favorite place to eat but this one just isn't on the same level. I know this place is extremely busy but so are the ones across the country and they don't have the same QA problems read more

Came tonight to get my usual chic-fil-a fix. Lines were long but expected. Food was delicious. But the service has seemed to have slipped in the past couple months. I totally understand the strain on workers during the pandemic. However, the chic-fil- workers were extremely sub-par today. I drove to the window to pick up my food, and the window workers were all laughing at something. As I waited for my food, they all were loudly talking about how bad the milkshake they just made was... my milkshake. They noted how the shake was made wrong with only a handful of Oreos in the cookie and cream milkshake. They then saw I was there, didn't care about it, and gave it to me. The food was good and I honestly didn't mind the milkshake. BUT it was not great to have workers comfortable joking about food quality. Makes you wonder about other aspects of Chic-Fil-A's quality control and staff. read more

My friends and I partly enjoyed our breakfast meals that I placed via the mobile app. When ordering, I specified the sauces I wanted. But when I returned home, I realized NONE of the ketchups and Chik fil a sauces are present. I know of their sauce shortage which limits how much you get, but are the sauces really nonexistent? The Chicken Biscuit was tasty and moist. The sausage and chicken burritos are great. It could have been heavenly with their signature sauce and ketchup with the tots. However, we did somehow get Jalapeño Salsas for all of the meals. Their Frosted Coffee is good, but like a dessert. My message to those ordering here: Make sure to stop and look through your take out bag to ensure you are given what you ordered. I hope this issue does not come to you. So I am always a huge fan of Chick-fil-A. Living in COVID-19 American has been tough but this location has been amazing. As one of the only locations in the San Fransisco bay it's always popping. As of late, it's been extra popping. The employees still have been nice and caring. They do take appropriate procedures and have installed a speaker outside so you can remain 6 ft away for taking out orders. A drive-through is an option but its always very long. I would recommend parking on the main street and ordering from your phone. They will alert you when your order is ready so you don't have to hang around people. To go inside you are required to wear a mask, just be aware. The food is always spot on. The service is amazing. During this time it is really needed. read more

I love Chick-fil-A, I've never had a bad experience at any location until yesterday (10/29/21). It was crazy busy I couldn't get Into the drive through lane so I went inside. I waited maybe 25+ for my food and when my name was called the girl picks up my food (6 different meals stuffed into one bag doesn't even make sense) but anyways the fries and all of the sauces fall out, the girl doesn't even help clean it up She's just says "I'm sorry and runs away". I was so Annoyed I picked up the sauces and stuff and I am brought new fries. When I get to my car I'm forgetting a 4ct strip and go back inside. When i finally got home I was beyond disappointed in the quality of the food. Didn't even taste like Chick-fil-A, the chicken had no flavor and was dried out. I went through all of that for nothing. First time visiting chick-fil-A on a tuesday night. I must say the drive through lines are ridiculously long! Longer lines than In n out. I waited in line for almost 30 minutes in order to order our food. My sisters like chick-fil-A so we waited in the line. Neways we got up to the speaker to order our food, we ordered food paid for it got our bag and left. Turns out they forgot one of our orders. The lines were way to dam long for me to turn around and go complain tht they missed up our order! we decided to leave. The food over all was alright, i don't see the hype or what the talk is all about. It kind of reminded me of Wendy's with a better french fry option.
