Man I don't know why the heck this place is so popular. Kids cant hear shit. Everytime I go SOMETHING goes wrong. The food is cold ASF. The kids are dumb ASF. I ordered nuggets, he asked how many, I said 10 he said there's only 8 or 12 SO I SAID 12. WHY DID I GET HOME THERES NO NUGGETS IN THE BAG?! What were we talking about? The fucking weather? 12/21/19 this review for this particular day. Normally I would give 5 stars to chick fila but not today. We eat here just about once a week because My daughter loves the chicken nuggets. ( usually inside). She had been sick and asked dad to pick her up some to bring home. I asked him to get her a 12 ct for her so she can have some left overs for tomorrow. Long story short my husband used the app to order. Got 2 sandwiches, 2 fries, side salad and side Mac and cheese along with the chicken nuggets. He has to drive 25 mins to get there and another 25 to get back home. He came home to find out they forgot the chicken nuggets. Our daughter was so sad and we are out some $$. He refused to drive back. It was a long hard day at home with a sad sick kid. My advice. Always always always check your bags before you walk out. read more

I loved Chick-fil-A when I lived in Dallas and I was so happy when they opened one up in Henderson just five minutes away from my house! For breakfast I always order the Chicken Biscuit and eat the chicken separately with mayo and then eat the biscuits with strawberry jam. I also love their Vanilla Iced Coffee. It is insulting how rude the staff was today. I'm a long time chick fil a fan, but what we experienced today was far from "pleasurable". The staff was terse and unresponsive, and told us to come in and order - then told us rudely to leave because we needed to order outside. We were simultaneously confused and frustrated, but waited outside anyway. We waited for 15 minutes with no cars in the drive-thru and no other walk-up customers, while they refused to let us come in but also refused to take our order. Me and my wife went to Chic-Fil-A hoping for the amazing experience we have come to know. When she ordered a medium Combe and I ordered a large I expected to get more fries than her in my combo. This wasn't the case. Instead I received a large box with the same amount of fries in it as her medium. Normally I would have chalked this up to a one time mistake but this is the second time in row it has happened. I'd never had Chick-fil-A before other than on a University campus, so I was skeptical. However, this was pleasantly surprising. The sandwich was cooked well, super light breading and you could tell it was actually chicken. The nuggets we unlike any I've had, since you could actually see the fibers of the meat and the breading was thin. Surprisingly too nothing was greasy. Today, there was an older gentlemen that was training, giving me attitude and rushing me to place my order. He then kept trying to finish my sentences when I was not even done speaking. I like Chick-fil-A. Just make sure you have time to be in a very long line. But so worth the wait. My favorite there is the Cobb salad with the avocado lime dressing and add the tortilla strips, chicken nuggets with Polynesian sauce and a the frozen Lemonade is amazing.
