Things close down early in West Jordan and while i enjoy the peace and quiet, when I need a milkshake at 11 p.m. there's only one place to go. And milkshakes makes me want crinkly waffle cut fries, a spicy chicken sandwich with pepperjack cheese, and chicken noodle soup. I can't get over how friendly the staff is here as well. The few times I went through the drive-thru, I was met with a cheery greeting and quick service. The saccharin sweetness of the people who work here is absolutely unreal and a little jarring for a girl from a big city. Having read S. Truett's book, I feel this location should make the Cathy family proud. Service has always been amazing, and the food always fresh and hot. The chicken is moist, the batter light and delicious on the crispy items. The iced tea is real and I've never been served one that tastes off (old). I know what you are thinking...5 stars for a fast-food place...are you insane! Well I just love this place and I will give you three reasons: 1. Chicken Nuggets that are juicy, fresh, have a light crust, and a great taste. Paired with the chick-fil-a sauce its hard to beat them. 2. Fresh lemonade. This is the real deal. For me it is second only to the lemonade at hot-dog-on-a-stick. 3. Carrot-Raisin Salad. OK, quick, name another fast-food place with carrot-raisin salad. Ya, thats what I thought! This stuff is so good because it also has pineapple in it. You gotta give it a try. So, go give it a shot if you haven't already. I had quite an interesting experience at this location, the lines for the drive-through can be a little nerve-racking, I had gone before my shift at work nearby, and I ordered an eight piece grilled chicken nugget meal and ask them to prepare it away from gluten because I just happen to be gluten intolerant. I drove up when there was space since there's the other road that cuts into the line so beware of that. This girl asked my name and I replied yes and she told me my total. I asked what was the price difference between the 8 and 12 count meal and it wasn't much so I asked if I could change it and apologized many times (I know it sucks when people do that) she gave my new total and I paid, I fumbled some coins because it feels like the person behind you is impatient so you hurry as fast as you can.I apologized again and thanked her;she said your welcome(which later caught me off guard). I drove up to where they hand out the food and they told me to pull up to the spot where you wait for your food. I gladly moved up and waited, a minute later and a different girl comes and gives me my food and before I could check or ask anything she was gone. I checked my bag to see if everything was in there and they forgot the sauces I asked for! No one was near so I rolled down my window and tried to make eye contact and ask for someone to come help. Finally after two cars got their order the girl comes up to me and doesn't say anything but gave a look that she was annoyed or irritated. I told her I didn't get any sauces with it and she asked what kinds, I told her and she came back with them. I told her thank you and she just said "mhm"(which again caught me by surprise cause it's the first time Chick-fil-A workers didn't say my pleasure and the first time they seemed angry or irritated.) I drove to my job and parked to eat,I dug into the bad and started eating; the nuggets tasted way different,tasted like old hotdogs despite it being chicken, it was tough rubbery when I bit into it and the fried tasted stale like if they had been sitting out of heat. I continued to eat since it's all I had and when I was done I looked in the bag for the napkins I always get and none. No napkins at all. Feeling shocked and disappointed I put all the trash in the bag and went into my work building. I was shocked because the character Chick-fil-A workers have makes my day and makes me smile. But this time. I got the opposite and it's just disappointing. No my pleasures,no smiles no energy and the vibe was just off. I know this sounds very Karen like but I promise I'm not,I'm just shocked that this is the first time Chick-fil-A has don't this and the first time I felt this way. Got a text for a free birthday meal and the only thing that I was confused about was when I ordered the meal and a cookie sundae the cashier said they don't sell them anymore. WHAT? Don't be discouraged by the long line in the drive through! Seriously, the fastest drive though I have ever been through!! You can't beat it. I went here during a very busy lunch hour and there were probably at least 5-6 cars in front of me. After I ordered my food it took less then a minute to get through! The employees ensure that you are taken care of and make sure to get you on your way so you don't have to spend forever waiting in a line. I would give this store NO STARS if I could!!!!!! Worst management ever!! I have been going to chick-fil-a for years (I grew up in Georgia on this stuff) and I have never had a bad experience...actually I LOvE chick-fil-a. But I moved by this store and have had a bad experience almost EVERY time I go!!!!! The employees and managers are not friendly! They give you tiny portions (my husband and I swear they cut their nuggets in half ). They charge extra anywhere they can (come on... I have never been charged extra for lemonade!!!!). They accepted a coupon for two days that every other chick-fil-a we called accepted for a week. They advertise free breakfast Tuesday's (and don't put until supplies last) and then give you some crap coupon that you can't even use that day for breakfast! Seriously the WORST!! I ordered four large trays of food for catering for our kids birthday party. Ordered days in advance and prepaid. Set pickup for 12:45pm on sat. Showed up at 12:40 and no one acknowledged me standing under the catering sign near the register (Granted it was crazy busy for lunch but when isn't it?). Anyways, I asked the nearest cashier for help and it was clear he didn't know how to look up my order and tried ringing me up again despite me prepaying. The mgr came over to help, got the receipt for me and left (No words to me at all). Stood there for 15 mins and I finally asked the same cashier for an update. He ran back to ask and before he gave me an update he started ringing up more customers???? We waited another 5 or 6 mins before I asked him again for some type of update as it wasn't even clear if they had someone working on it. Another two mins later, he comes out with another employee with the food; no apologies or anything. Is it so hard to ask for updates and communication for their catering process? For me, I'd be okay with all of this if: A) someone apologized for it being close to 20 mins late and B) they gave any update on it's status when it is late and I'm waiting. Still gave three stars as the food was still good as expected; maybe a bit too much apples and not much of the other fruit in the fruit tray, but still fine. Probably won't do catering from them again or at least this location. read more

Never been a fan of chick fl a. But wanted to give it another try. Only positive was the staff was friendly. The restaurant itself was filthy. There was food all over the floor and it wasn't that busy to where an employee or manager couldn't sweep it up. My chicken tenders seemed like they'd been under a heat lamp for longer then they should have been. The spicy deluxe sandwich was decent. They need more heavy duty buns to hold the amount of chicken they give ya felt like it was a burger bun from Walmart it just fell apart. After our meal we went back and ordered a shake. I got the strawberry which tasted good but the cup wasn't very full... for the price I'd expect a full shake?! Over all most likely won't be back to this location or any location as I'm an not a fan of the food. read more
