Though the chicken was crispy and juicy, the seasoning lacked depth. It tasted just peppery to me and the coleslaw almost tasted store bought. The chicken was so moist and crunchy and not dry at all. You have the option of either dark or white meat when you order. I definitely recommend trying the onion rings, they're so good. Everything came out fresh and was only about a 5-10 minute wait after I ordered. They also have teas available to buy here as they partnered with tea station, I wasn't able to try any teas this time, but it's probably worth a try! I think the spice description was pretty accurate (I usually eat mild at boiling point), it catches up on you slowly so be careful! I think I would say its in between a mild and a medium but leans toward medium spice. But if you can usually handle your spice it's probably not going to be enough heat for you. The sandwich itself was pretty good! I think the flavors were on point, the chicken had a good crunch and the sauces were in good proportion to the bread. It was also HUGE. I split it with my boyfriend since we both weren't too hungry and it filled us up well.
