I already thought Chick-fil-A had great customer service through the drive-thru, but our cashier, Serena, was absolutely amazing. She was so kind, patient, and sweet with my kids. The way she interacted with them genuinely stood out and made our visit feel special. Then we sat down, and I was surprised to see employees regularly coming around to check if anyone needed refills, extra sauces, or anything else. They were even walking around offering samples! It honestly felt like customer service from another era. I wish more restaurants and businesses treated people this way. Moral of the story: don't sleep on dining in at Chick-fil-A. The food is always great, but the people made this experience.
