Someone greeted us at the front, but then continued talking to someone else, so we were left trying to figure it out ourselves. The biggest issue, though, was the FLIES!. And to be clear, we were sitting indoors, not in the outdoor seating area. There were flies constantly flying around and landing near and on our food, and we had to repeatedly swat them away while trying to eat. The restaurant has a large opening between the indoor and outdoor areas, which is probably allowing them to come inside, but something really needs to be done about it. Having flies flying around and landing near your food while you're eating indoors is just gross and makes it difficult to enjoy your meal. The other issue was honestly shocking: there is NO baby changing station/table in either restroom. As a parent, I find this incredibly disappointing and, frankly, pretty inconsiderate and disrespectful to us moms.... Our baby unfortunately had a diaper blowout while we were there. I checked the large stall in the women's restroom, hoping there might be one of those fold-down changing tables on the wall. Nothing. I even had my husband check the men's restroom, and there wasn't one there either. Thankfully, we had brought our bassinet with us, so we ended up having to use that to clean our baby up -- essentially doing a full diaper blowout cleanup in the area between the men's and women's restrooms. It was stressful, embarrassing, and completely avoidable. Restaurants that welcome families (didn't see a no kids sign) should have a safe, sanitary place for parents to change their babies. Not having a changing station anywhere in the restaurant puts parents in an awful position. Not every parent has a bassinet with them, I saw other babies in regular strollers, and parents should not have to figure out where they can comfortable clean up a baby's dirty diaper. Please consider installing a baby changing station in at least one, preferably both, restrooms, even dad changed diapers too. This is a basic accommodation that would make a huge difference for families. The food was decent, but the flies -- even while sitting indoors -- and especially the complete lack of a changing station made our first visit much more frustrating than it needed to be. I hope management takes these issues seriously and install a changing table as soon as they see this.
