I was hosting an Event for some Clients of mine and figured placing a Fone Order 3 days ahead of time would help prevent any mishaps or delays, boy was I wrong. The day of my event, I sent my colleague to go pick up my order.. and to her surprise, our order was not ready. After she spoke to the staff, they stated it would be ready in 10 minutes. Fast Forward 50 minutes, she was finally given our order. The way things were handled during this inconvenience definitely put a damper on my event. The falafel sandwich was good but the condiments overpowered the taste of the falafel. But still very good. The garlic purée was the let down. No Garlic flavour. Service was slow in the beginning ( register issues) but the server was very nice as I popped questions and asked recommendations 12-14 minutes to get the food. So now that we got that out of the way, I have something to share. I ordered the fettuccine alfredo with chicken and it was great! Buttttttttttt......... It had mushrooms in it. I am not a fan of mushrooms and I never expected it to be in my pasta. I've never had fettuccine alfredo with mushrooms in it and this had quite a bit. I LOVE Chicken Maison! They have the best Kabobs and the Garlic Sauce is to die for! I used to work near the original location in South Torrance and ate there all the time! But I haven't been to one on a few years until I noticed this one right off the fwy :) It is just as good as always, so good in fact we had dinner here 2 days in a row!! My favorite thing on the menu is the Chicken Kabob plate which comes with: 1 chicken kabob, 1 vegetable kabob, 2 sides (I always get rice & green salad), pita bread & garlic sauce. It's a nice filling meal, their rice is very good, not plain white rice at all. I have also had the rotisserie chicken, steak & kafta kabobs and falafel. Everything I've had here has been 5-Stars!!!. There is something here for everyone including a great selection of pastas & salads. Ok, the Garlic Sauce... It should be called "crack sauce" cause you can't get enough of it! Every kabab place has a garlic sauce but this one is sooooo much better than any other I've had. People complain about the 2oz size that comes with the meal. Is it enough? Maybe but I know I need more because I put it on everything :) But there is a solution... bite the bullet and buy one of the larger containers! They have 16oz & 32oz available. We bought one and had enough that I put some leftover sauce on my breakfast the next day ;) I ordered online and picked it up. The online ordering process was quick and simple as was the pickup. The BEST in town!!! Sure these all have the same owner but location does matter and although I have been to another location I do prefer coming here. The staff is kind and the food is delicious. Parking is not the best always having to drive around but this place is worth it! We often get the chicken family feast!!! Their lemon basil & spicy lemon chicken are to die for! The only thing we dislike most is that sometimes are order is wrong, like missing rice when it should have been included. We like all of the kabobs - salmon, kafta, beef, chicken. We came here to grab dinner and it was pretty crowded for a weeknight. I got the chicken skewers, hummus and potato salad. The potato salad was terrible...it tasted like it had went bad. I told the girl that was delivering the food to the tables and she immediately switched it out for vegetables. I can't say enough about how good the chicken is...I was just surprised about how bad the potato salad was. I'd skip that for sure. I actually had Chicken Maison food for the first time at a going away party a few weeks ago while in SouthBay. I was really impressed, and knew I'd have to make my way over to one on my own. I was disappointed that although they have a lot of locations, none of them are close to me by any means, but I found myself in the area for an appointment and figured I might as well visit one while in town. Since this particular location was in a shopping center, there was plenty of parking which certainly helps. Of all the food I remembered, I wanted to go with their Maison Special Salad, which is basically their chicken caesar with Maison rice and either caesar dressing or lemon. I altered it by eliminating chicken, and decided to go with the lemon on the side. The portion was huge! This also came with two half slices of pita bread, and garlic sauce. This was gone with minutes. As for the food, I didn't really get to enjoy this until a few hours later, and it tasted just as good as I recalled. If you get the lemon dressing option, it's quite oily/runny so be careful you don't spill it everywhere, which I nearly did. The only thing I was 'curious' about was that I found more than a few (what appeared to be) golden raisins within, and there is no mention of them on the menu at all. At least I *think* they are golden raisins; I picked them all out and although I don't dislike them, I just didn't want them in this particular salad. I'll have to inquire next time if this is something that I need to eliminate. Customer service here was also great, and I look forward to the next time where I can possibly try something new. I'm happy to know I'll have that salad to fall back on just in case. read more

Was in the neighborhood and very hungry. This place was first to pop up on Yelp. I stopped by, ordered and had my food in 10 minutes. They have all the sanitation procedures in place and it wasn't crowded. As far as the food: chicken sandwich was fire! And by that I mean it made my taste buds dance. I think the name sandwich is misleading though - It's a wrap. But that's cool because I preferred a wrap. I also got hummus with it for $2 extra. I would pass on this next time. It's not too flavorful and I was disappointed after having the delicious chicken wrap. They also don't have any sweetened teas. That would have made the meal out of this world. Ordered the Mediterranean Veggie Variety Plate. Their website, as you can see in my photo, tells you what you get with that... this includes three falafel. When I got home, I only had two falafel. Not the end of the world, but I wanted to let them know. They said that I only get two and two grape leaves/rolls. I did not receive any grape leaves. So I am unsure if their website is wrong and they forgot my third falafel or if their website is wrong and they forgot the grape leaves. Either way, annoying. So this was my first experience here. Not a fan of cole slaw. The hummus and tabouleh were both very good. If I come back I'll try their chicken.
