We were traveling in the area and saw Chicken Salad Chick. We love this place and always stop when we see one. I tried something new this time. I had the Cranberry Kelli on a croissant roll. Yes it was very tasty. My wife tried for the first time the Buffalo Barclay. She said it was good BUT; she kept finding pieces of chicken tendons in her chicken salad. She was pulling them out and setting them aside. I told her to take it back but said it was fine. She said the flavor was definitely a 5 star but having the issue with it she would give it 3 star. We came in for an early dinner before visiting friends. It looked a little like a storm had rolled through, and staff were busy cleaning up after the last wave of lunch customers. Crackers, wrappers, etc., were littered under several tables, but I don't blame the restaurant. Lots of people allow their children to leave a restaurant in a mess. I ordered Olivia's Old South Chicken Salad and Broccoli Salad, and hubby ordered Sassy Scotty and Macaroni & Cheese. We both liked my chicken salad better than his. The Broccoli Salad is definitely sweet, so bear that in mind if you're watching carbs. I enjoyed my meal, and definitely would visit again. Kudos to the work crew for cheerfully responding to any requests, and for cleaning up after messy guests. read more

The food is always brought out fresh, and in a timely manner. The staff is always super friendly. They have a hostess always walking around checking on people. The food is good. My favorite is the classic carol on a croissant. They give you a heap on the bread, perfect for scooping some off and eating with their whole grain crackers. I highly recommend this place. Way overpriced but very good food and service! I enjoy the classic carol chicken salad with broccoli salad. Depending on the day, I get just the scoop which comes with crackers or the sandwich. You have an option of white, wheat or croissant. Unfortunately when you get the BLT sandwich the scoop in the sandwich isn't as big as if you were to get a plain sandwich. Not sure why since you're paying more but whatever. I honestly wish they gave you more on the side too. My side of broccoli salad is gone with two bites. read more

i worked there a couple months ago and the people who worked there with me were rude, people vaped in the back which is gross. i got laid off without even being told, just one day i just got removed from the group chat and never got a message from the manager or anyone. all and all a bad experience and wouldn't recommend. read more

I love Chicken Salad Chic and was thrilled to see locations near our new home. We went in for lunch on a Saturday and were greeted by smiling eyes (employees were wearing masks) and a friendly hello. We received recommendations based on what we were in the mood for and our food was delivered super quickly to the table. The restaurant was clean and I was very pleased. I love the chick and eat a lot especially the one in Greenville for lunch. But do not go to the one in Easley it is horrible. I understand everyone is short staffed atm. But we have went through the drive thru several times to get and go and they never get the order right. Never put crackers in the box and are always out of items. I like all the variety and different versions of chicken salad and how they have tubs ready to go. But I just don't think it's very good chicken salad, just okay. read more

I drive several miles to eat here. Chickensalad is some of my favorites and this restaurant has good food however the service is lacking. Did not seem to have enough help running the front taking orders. I had to ask for extra crackers a second time and make a trip back in after I went to my car to get eating utensils. My partner and I are huge fans of The Chick. Their food is beyond amazing and the staff is usually radiating positive energy that can only take me back to the same feelings summers at my Granny's house would give. Unfortunately, the key word there is USUALLY the employees are as described. If you see the Easley, SC location- we suggest you keep driving. The employees are very immature. Extremely disrespectful does not begin to describe what we have been put through at this location- not just once, but TWICE! The first time, we looked passed everything as a bad night, but the second time was taken to another level and it's just disappointing. We would rather eat at McDonald's across the street. The food is great at The Chick, but when you have immature girls whispering amongst themselves and laughing the whole time(to the point of having hide behind the counter!)- it makes you want to walk out and take your money else where. We understand seeing two men together is a tough pill for some to swallow, we come from EVEN SMALLER towns and grew up in the Southern Baptist Church. People being hurtful or not understanding isn't the problem, but we love and respect you as the Company and People of The Chicken Salad Chick. So I ask you- For all PEOPLE in this world- where's your love? Respect? Simple kindness and human decency? Our world need so much of this, and your Easley location only hurts people(no matter how small this seems to them). That being said- this is the only location where we have been made so upset! The line went quickly but the cashier was not familiar with a lot of the items. I asked if they had Coke or Pepsi. "Hmmmm I'm not sure" she said... really?? I asked if they had a lighter version of chicken salad. "Gee, I don't know, I'm not sure, no I don't think so" was her response I waited on the bench for my food because there were no available seats. The person who brought me my sandwich asked where I was sitting and I indicated the bench. She said "really?!" I then asked her for a napkin and she told me to get some from a table. This location albeit new has real problems. Went to the drive thru at 4:20 PM on Saturday 10/28. Had to repeat my order several time for no other reason than the person working the drive thru did NOT listen. After the pain of ordering, she did repeat the order correctly. After checking the bag after leaving the pick up window, found out that my order was incomplete. $21 of my order was missing. I then went inside only to find a number of workers with their backs to the counter not helping customers. One had time to be back there slurping her cola thru a straw. I finally had to say, excuse me to get attention. They made good on the missing items even though they were out of the chicken salad I wanted. The icing on the cake was when we got home and found out that my GF's BLT was 2 slices of bread and 2 scoops of chicken salad. There is no excuse for the ineptness that prevailed at this location. I don't fault the young staff that was working. It was evident that they had NO direction. There didn't seem to be any Management on site. I'll wait a while and give it one more shot, but the Management will need to work the kinks out first. I frequent the Greenville location and have never had a bad experience. read more
