Next to Monkey King and they sell Jarriots!

This location is inside The Exchange, a food court next to Discover Park. Small menu with super quick and nice service. We got the caramelized mushroom quesadilla and tacos, an elote, and washed it down with a pineapple jarrito. We sat outside in Discovers Park on a hot evening, a nice breeze was going and we defiantly enjoyed our food. We were able to grab drinks from The Exchange bar and sat outside enjoying the running water fountains. Mushroom Quesadilla: 8/10 Mushroom Tacos: 8.5/10- fresh onion and cilantro is amazing Elote: 10/10 Awesome place to hang out and get food from multiple places.

Service is pretty fast with bringing out the food you ordered. They have sauces on the side to add to your tacos. The food is filling and delicious but a bit too oily when it came to the tortillas. The meat was delicious and full of flavor. The interior of the restaurant is very colorful and a decent amount of seating.

Pretty solid tacos, although a little pricy. Came here to try the birria tacos but were sold out in the afternoon. Got the al pastor tacos instead and they were pretty good - the fresh pineapple bits were nice. The elotes cup was really good. Downside of this location is trying to find seating, especially on a weekend. Overall solid, quick ordering process and food hall staff was nice in picking up our trays when we were finished.

The food is decent. I wasn't overly impressed considering the ratings reviews. The tacos were flavorful but the meat is a bit greasy. Takes a bit of time to get it, we went on a busy Saturday night after already being in downtown Dallas as a show. One of the turn offs as the inaccessibility of the location. We were expecting a stand alone sit down restaurant, this however is nothing like that. This is a stand to order food hall limited seating in a very small space, shared with other dining establishments shoveling around for the same tables. Whatever capacity of the building itself is, there isn't enough seating to accommodate capacity. There is outside seating in a big park area that has a super large screed, this evening the Texas Rangers ALCS game was on. It was full of patrons watching the game, as well as a large amount of homeless taking lodging along the walls in their sleeping bags and make shift tents. The environment wasn't the safest feeling environment. Parking was a nightmare, the closest parking lot was 4 blocks away. If your handicapped, than this area is not going to be easily traversed nor is there any handicap parking anywhere near here nor on the street in front. I would go to another Chilangos before I go back to this one.

Located inside The Exchange, this place was a delicious option! Service was great and fast. We were lucky to come on a Friday which counts as a weekend so we got the Birria Quesatacos. Price is on point for the area and the quality of the food. It was delicious! Definitely recommend checking out

Nachos were 10/10. Great portion size and was delicious. Price point was also ok for the amount of food. My friends also got tacos and loved them.

I got food poisoning from their overpriced chicken burrito last night. That's my experience and my review.

Quesadillas are very small; more like tacos with cheese. Carne asada was a bit salty.

The taco meet had no type of flavor. It seems as if they don't season the food and the green salsa was super hot and needed salt and pepper.

I'll skip the pastor and chicken quesadilla next time, and try and get the birria tacos if I'm there on a Sunday. I didn't get a picture of churros but they were the best I've ever had. Crunchy and flavorful. Service was fast, but the calling of your name (to pick up the order) is super low. I don't know how my friend heard our name. Ambiance is loud, but I was also there during the Mexico WC game, so that's understandable. The place was lively and fun.

There are multiple locations in DFW, and this review is for the Chilangos in Dallas off of Ross. My Overall Rating - 5 Stars (Atmosphere, Service, Food, Return) Atmosphere - The two Chilangos locations I've been to are both located in strip malls with a bright, neon "Chilangos Tacos" sign above the entrance. Inside, there's reggaeton music, tons of patrons, and ESL here. Once you place your order, grab a Jarritos, a bright red metal seat, and watch the staff cook your tacos to order. 1 Star. Service - The staff are very friendly and efficient. It really helps if you speak Spanish, so go with someone who does, or point to the menu item you want. Once you place your order, grab a seat and wait for your name to be called. The staff is super nice and efficient, and our order was available in about 5 min. 1 Star. Food - Birria Quesatacos with consume. Memorize it and order it. Kudos to my son who swears by this dish. I am now a believer. The tender seasoned shredded birria beef is so flavorful. The quesataco style melts the cheese into the corn tortilla. And when you take some diced onion and cilantro to top it, dunk it in the consume before biting into the most flavorful taco served in DFW. According to the menu, this dish is only available on the weekend, but I've used food deliver services to get my consume fix during the week so YMMV. Bottom line, it's not just the best item on the menu, it's the best taco bite in all of DFW. 2 Stars. Will I Return? - Yes. Chilango Tacos is expanding in DFW. There are now multiple locations in all of DFW so there should be a location near you. Chilangos Tacos is now in my weekly rotation. 1 Star.

The surrounding neighborhood, however, was a pleasant surprise. It's a trendy, energetic pocket of Dallas that I had somehow never explored before, and it immediately caught my attention. The restaurant itself is quite unassuming. If I'm being honest, it didn't exactly scream "come on in." On this particular night, there was only one employee working. It took nearly 10 minutes just to place my order and another 15 minutes before the food arrived. By that point, I was more than a little annoyed. Then the tacos showed up. Talk about a complete plot twist. Not only was everything beautifully presented, but the flavors were absolutely unbelievable. Whenever I visit a taco spot, I like to order a variety so I can get a sense of what they're really capable of. This time it was the al pastor, carne asada, and Baja tacos. One word....incredible. I can't tell you which one was best! I've had great tacos before. I've had places nail one or two selections. But I honestly can't remember the last time three completely different tacos all delivered a perfect punch in a single sitting. Every bite was packed with flavor, expertly balanced, and memorable in its own way. Without question, this was the best taco trio I've ever had. What a roller coaster of a visit. I went from feeling completely ignored and wondering if I'd made a mistake, to wanting to walk back into the kitchen and hug the chef. Sometimes great food doesn't just redeem an experience--it completely rewrites it. The Taco stand is GOATED
