This chili's location is right off the I-40 and perfect for a quick stop for a bite to eat. There's nothing extravagant about this location but they know what they're there to do and they do it well. Service was friendly, he took our order and brought the food out without any hiccups and the food was pretty good. I don't have anything bad to say about this location. It's not a 5 star due to the fact that even though I don't have any complaints, there was nothing about this visit that blew me away. Very average experience. read more

I have ordered with numerous variations and special orders and instructions and they have almost always made my order exactly as I instructed. The burgers are all top quality. Tried ordering online and site said food was "not available " at that restaurant? So I called in and was able to place the order. I ordered the "crispy" chicken buffalo "crispers" which were soggy and mushy, not close to being edible. The chicken was also undercooked. We also had the sour cream chicken enchiladas which were dry and tasted like cardboard. My side salad had sliced cucumbers that were frozen and soggy as well. What a mess! Bad service and not friendly. Took about 30 minutes since I entered the building to get me a water. Even though I was there, waitress was too busy caring for others and she couldn't even bring me a water. After patiently waiting for water and for her to take the order, I had to switch to a bar and hoped he would give me better service. He was able to get me water finally and took the order. Food here doesn't taste as good as other chili's restaurants. I was gonna give 2 star review until the dude just dropped a plate on my table and turned around and walked away without saying anything. He did stop by once and asked me how I was doing. I was surprised by that but it was too late to change my mind from giving 1 star review. When I asked for check, he disappeared and I waited for about 5 minutes or so and couldn't get him to take my cc card. We stopped by here for a late night dinner after my husbands football game. As we walked in the door was was greeted and seated no less than 2 mins. I'm huge on having my drinks on time and my waitress at the time was phenomenal!!!!! She literally took care of our every need and the was absolutely amazing. I've been to the other chili's on the westside and the service there was so bad I walked out. We was able to enjoy our delicious food and watch football for about a hour. Went to this chili's on a weekday for dinner they weren't very busy and we had to wait around 5 minutes for a hostess to acknowledge we were there and to be seated. After waiting around 20 minutes at a table (surrounded by empty tables with another group seated a couple tables from us) not one waitress acknowledged we were there after sitting there over 20 minutes. Someone waited on the group sitting over from us, walked away, and didn't even offer us water or anything to drink. Yet she was standing around talking and laughing with other workers. We walked out. Upon leaving we called to speak with a manger about this terrible experience and was put on hold for over 15 minutes before I gave up and hung up on them. Don't go here. Arrived at Chilli's was told it would be a 30 minute wait, downloaded the app while I was sitting there said 3 to 13 minutes. Got seated in about 10 minutes, as we were walking to our table I counted 14 tables open. Why did we even wait 1 minute? The host was not friendly at all. There were 2 dirty tables directly next to us, the tables never got cleaned. The worse part about this was there were 2 managers standing there talking next to a server who was rolling silverware. How does the manager not get somebody to clean it? If the workers are too busy (which was clearly not the case) why did they not help out the workers? We got the food ordered a steak medium rare, it came out raw. The manager (Donna) did come over and took the steak off the bill and the tables still remainded dirty and she was one of the managers standing there talking. The asparagus was not prepared properly the dry bottom of the stalks were served and inedible. The only good thing I can say was the server was good, her name was Evarista. She was the only good thing about this location. She got our drinks and order fairly quick. We did not wait long for our food. We will never be back to this location because we are from out of town. We do go to Chilli's at least once a month and the one by our home is always great. Corporate you need to start paying attention to these reviews, there is a reason this location is lacking. I've been coming to this establishment for about 4 years now and never have I ever thought I would see such a horrendous reason for anybody to come here, the food is very unpleasant, I've seen workers eat out of the costumers orders of plates before being served. The MANAGERS didn't even care when I reported this to them they gave me a dirty look and attitude, Very unprofessional and on top of that I've seen Lisa who is the general manger here yell at her employees in a very wrongful manner when it wasn't the servers job for accidentally getting my order wrong in ToGo. Went there as a party of three, and the hostess was very rude and took a very long time to seat us even though the place was not at all busy. We were sat in a booth near the bar, where several people who seemed to be employees (they were all wearing chilis attire) were sitting around chatting. We waited over 20 minutes and not a single person came by our table to even take our drink order. We made multiple attempts to politely get the attention of a server and one even looked directly at us and turned away to continue talking to a coworker. We came back to pick our food and had to wait another 20 minutes and then the employee ignored us and was busy eating fries off the customer meals and then touching her butt. Ordered my food through the online app for car side. Checked in at 8:36 and said it would be ready at 8:41. After waiting until 8:46 went inside to pick up the order since it didn't come car side. They asked me for my name and said there was no order. Showed my confirmation and they found the order and it wasn't even started. The cooked my meal, it was ready at 9:15. The manager first blamed the error because they it was ordered from the app. Then the manger said they made the order and must have given it to someone else. First off I would like to say their food has always been on point, however, the past 5 out of 6 times we have visited this particular restaurant there have been several issues. Today for instance, they actually lost my order and I had to wait almost an hour to receive my order. The time before that they took so long to get my order (over 45 minutes to bring me out dinner for 2) that they had to reimburse me my money, and I was so upset I could not even eat (we gave it to a homeless person). What a disappointment. I ordered just a burger hoping for a fresh juicy patty, but instead I got a dried out, burnt piece of charcoal. It tasted burnt and even was crispy crunchy to eat. I thought it was kind of cool but our food came before I could really get into it. After our meal I put down some cash with our bill and waited for our waitress. The menus that we where handed are absolutely disgusting. One had old dried food in it and the front of the menu was sticky. The food was wrong and the server felt it was her fault. She put the order in correctly but it was obviously someone in the back who screwed up. It was fixed without an issue. Desert came, we ordered a chocolate chip skillet cookie and the skillet brownie. The skillet handle covers had crusted food on them. It was disgusting! I paid our tab, and advised the manager of what had happened. The manager offered to "make it right" but the damage had already been done. I am not a person who complains to get a free meal. I wish I had read the reviews before coming here. My husband and I were on the west side, we were starving, and we arbitrarily picked this location. We were seated fairly quickly, although it was a Friday night. The waitress didn't greet us at our table though until 10 minutes after we sat down. We ordered drinks. Another fifteen minutes passed and they came. We ordered an appetizer, and went ahead and ordered our food as well because we didn't know when we would next see our waitress. Twenty minutes later, our appetizer comes. Great. Five minutes after that our food comes. We've barely started working on the appetizer, and our waitress tries to take it away. Then we finally start eating our food, except the waitress got my husband's order wrong. So we ask for them to fix it, which they do, quickly. We don't see our waitress again until she brings the check another 20 minutes later. All in all, a pretty terrible experience. Not to mention, I finally decide to speak with the manager. I walked up to him and said "not to bother you, but our service tonight was horrible." He looked at me, shrugged, and walked away. I will be complaining to corporate. read more

I hadn't been to a Chili's in probably a year or so when my mom summoned us to the Coors location for my dad's birthday dinner. Chili's is my dad's favorite restaurant, which is unfortunate, but to each his own--and you're not going to argue with the old man on his birthday, of all days. Despite it being April 20th in Albuquerque, the beginning of this spring has been unseasonably cold. And yet, at Chili's, they blast the AC so you feel like you've stepped into the friggin' Arctic Circle. Everyone at the table was freezing, so I politely asked if they could turn the air down. I got the typical bullshit response: "I'll check if I can do anything, but all of that is controlled by our main office." Right. The main Chili's Temperature Headquarters out of Washington DC. Sure, they may have to get a manager to do it, but they can do it. Ooooh trust me, I know. I have lots of experience with breaking servers when it comes to unfavorable temperatures. But at Chili's, you have to ask four times, each time assuring the waiter (or, at one point, the manager) that your entire party is getting more and more irritated with the situation. Is it so much to ask to be COMFORTABLE while eating? And speaking of eating... we got our food in two parts. Yes, I did say this was a birthday dinner... but I didn't mention that our party was comprised of a whopping SIX people. Woah! HUGE TABLE! ::insert sarcasm here:: And yet we got our food in two parts. And when I say two parts, I mean two freaking parts... Three of us got our food, and the other three had to wait upward of TEN MINUTES for theirs. May I also mention that my brother, who ordered chicken strips, got his on the first delivery, and his girlfriend, who ordered the exact same thing, had to wait ten minutes for hers? How does that even make sense?! We complained and got an awesome excuse: the servers had an impromptu meeting in the kitchen. In the middle of service?! When you've half-served a table?!?! No. Just no no no. I'm 100% done with this place, possibly with this entire franchise. I used to be a Chili's fan in my younger days, but this place has gone so far downhill at this point it's underground. In the past we would eat at chilli's frequently but stopped going due to a decline in quality of food and service .4/17/2015, today we decided to give it another try and were again disappointed. Our server would only come to the table ever so often and was difficult to find when needed. Also the taste of the food was bland.
