    Quesadilla Explosion Crispers Salad

This is my favorite chilis! Great consistent food and excellent staff. I get better service here than some of the fancy restaurants in town.

Honestly one of the nicest staff crews I've ever had at a chilis. Quick service. The food was good! Hot! Fresh! Good portions! Loved the dip trio

I had 3 for me chicken crispers with a caesar salad and a diet coke. It was good. I had good service. The waitress was nice. I really like the buffalo and bbq and ranch dipping sauce.

This my Go to place. Truly a neighborhood bar and grill where friends and family can get together and they know your name!

Stopped in for a quick bite before we hit the interstate west! Always a great place to grab favorites...... until tonight's visit. Seemed as though there was something in the air with the wait staff. Very unfriendly. Had three different ladies serve us first the hostess, then the waitress, then a busboy brings us drinks and may not have communicated with the waitress so the waitress brings us more drinks and slams them on the table, and makes a "face of disgust" look and walks away. Takes our order after that, another lady brings our food. The lady who brought the food must not have read the ticket cause she asked us if we needed anything, we reminded her of our request for condiments and she walks away. Brings condiments, slams them on table as we say thank you and walks away rudely with no reply. We ate the entire meal with none of the people who served us ever stopping by the table. Proceed to pay the bill and the waitress comes back asking if there was anything else we need. Uhhh, thank you but we are done, have a great night. Was not as crowded more crazy to have that type of attitude towards guest.

You can expect the same service and dining experience at any other Chilis . Nothing special or unique as it is a national chain restaurant. This location was clean, and typical of any other Applebees restaurant. Our waitress was great! She was fast and made sure to pay attention to our tables needs. She asked to take plates away and when we needed refills, she brought a full new glass! We got the bill on an electronic tablet on the table, payed with card, and left a 22% tip for great service. We each got the "3 for Me" plate. We were all full and satisfied when we left!

We love Chili's, but this location is our absolute fav! We've had almost everything on the menu but the enchilada soup paired with a good sandwich and drink is the best! One of the main reasons we go their is the service and awesome conversation from Shawn their amazing Bartender! Mix his service with wonderful food and we are sold! It's been awhile since we've been there due to the pandemic, but we're glad to see nothing has changed! Feels good to dine in again! Thanks Shawn and team!

Crispy Brussels sprouts had great flavor but way too much cayenne pepper (which adds nothing but heat) my husband ate them but said he would prefer less heat. I had 2 bites and gave up. Baked brie was amazing I loved the granny Smith apples! My husband loved them too. We also got the hummus duo which has dates on it and I used a date in the brie that was fantastic! I'll ask for that next time! It was the bomb. Hummus duo was good the watermelon radish was beautiful on the plate but gave both hummus a bitter flavor. Shrimp and grits. We live in Alabama currently and this was our least favorite dish of the day. Shrimp were cooked well and so were the grits but there was just something else it needed. Parmesan cheese and some onions maybe. Greek salad delicious. The flash fried chick peas made it. We needed more dressing and the wait staff was prompt and sweet about it. Spicy Lime Ceasar was ok till he requested more dressing then it was amazing. I was afraid of ordering it but the dressing wasn't too spicy . White sangria I had was disappointing it was more of a 1995 wine spritzer than a wine infused with citrus which is the very essence of sangria. It was ok and had I ordered a wine spritzer I would say yummo but I ordered sangria. Pork Belly flat bread was the winner of the night the tomato jam made that dish. I would love more on it next time but we will definitely be ordering that dish again! Yes we had a lot of left over food! But I love sampling a menu and this menu has a lot to offer. We will be back to try 4 or five other things. I look forward to my return.

In a rare turn of events, both kids got the same thing, the Korean chicken bites with the sauce on the side, which was a great decision bc it did have a kick to it. The chicken itself was a bit dry. Both adults also got the pork belly flatbread. I found it a bit unbalanced with too much sauce and not enough other toppings, and the base wasn't as crispy as I prefer. Speaking of crispy, we opted for the appetizer brussel sprouts, and they were a bit chewy and on the not so super crispy side. Service was fine, and glad to have a little break from heavier New Mexican cuisine on this night. Lots of variety on the cocktail and adult beverage menu too.

I ordered the Mexican special which had a tamale, enchilada, a taco rice and beans. The taco was your average ground beef taco. However everything else was flavorful and plentiful I recommend you doing both red and green sauce for a nice kick of spice. You can choose from tortillas or sopapillas. I recommend the sopapillas as they are like pillows. They are good with your meal as a savory aspect and then they have honey on the table to use on them as a nice dessert to finish out your meal Hubby ordered the chile relleno plate The best peppers he's ever had and they are filled with a lot of cheese. Add green and red sauce for some additional flavor and it comes with rice and beans and tortilla or sopapillas as well. I honestly don't think there serve anything that isn't amazing.

Good balance of tuna, celery, and bread ratio, but I didn't dig the olives in it. There's a mini kale salad that comes with entrees, and it was healthy and palatable for kale. We did end up balancing that green with the pistachio cruffin and pistachio chocolate chip cookie. Would definitely go back for the cruffin with its flaky layers and luscious pastry cream. I've been hitting all the spots I can and being very strategic about the food stops. This place is nostalgic, historic, and right along the way in Albuquerque, New Mexico. It gives you all the old-school diner vibes immediately. I will say, all the young ladies working there were extremely nice, and the service was great. It definitely passes the vibes test. The burger tasted like that classic all-American diner burger. Not too greasy, but not trying to be some "beyond meat" situation either. Just good stuff. The fries were great, and very, very, very importantly: it passes the ranch test. We had a side salad with ranch, and the ranch tasted good on the salad and even better with the fries dipped in it. We also had the 66 Burger, which comes with green chiles. I had never had that on a burger before, but it was a really good twist and a nice local touch. Green chiles seem to be a big thing in Albuquerque, New Mexico, so it was cool to try that there. The onion rings were great too. If I hadn't been so full, and if it wasn't noon with eight more hours of driving ahead of us, I definitely would've gotten a shake too. All in all, absolutely great classic Route 66 vibes. It has all the nostalgia, great service, and great food. 10/10 recommend. Everyone should go.
