What a disappointment this place is. I travel around the country and can usually count on chilis to provide decent food and service - but the one near my home is a mess. The service was slow and grudging, and two of three orders were messed up. I had two young kids with me and wound up seated near the bar where we were treated to tipsy patron with a foul mouth that couldn't shut up. What a shame - the kids like chilis so much for the kids menu and and the games, but I can't tolerate this even for their sake. read more

Called in about 15 mins ago. Family order for pick up. At end of my order young lady just slams phone and hung up on me. Said she had a line and I was taking too long. Wow! If you didn't have time why answer the phone. Give some one the job of just taking phone orders! Very rude! A terrible experience. And I love Chillis but this location is horrible. I stopped in to have a salad and margarita. The first red flag was the bar was unkept; there were dirty dishes left from others, who obviously left the bar area. The chicken on my salad was far from "blackened". I had to send it back to cook more- the seasoning wasn't even blackened or cooked in. It came back still undercooked in my opinion. The drink, mango margarita, was good but the service was super slow, and the salad was not worth the time or money. I left sorely disappointed and will not return to this location. Service at this Chilis really has turned around. Great food and drinks. The fajitas and El Niño margarita is my favorite.

Usually don't come & sit here to eat but today I brought my nephew with me to grub & chill on my day off. Glad I came. Food is great, drinks are cool & beer is cold. Went there, the host told us to wait 10 min. After we got our table, we had to wait another 20min for our waitress to come and greet us. She barely took care of us, we had to ask 2 times for drink refills and napkins. Also, by the time our food arrived, it was cold and the fries were disgusting. Never coming back, ever!! read more

I have given this place 3 visits and each one was worst than the last. Lowlights speak for themselves: (1) Served lukewarm salmon with cold veggies and the manager offered me a free dessert after I ate it. (yes, I would have had to eat through the bad meal to achieve the free pie). (2) on 9/5 We had a group of 2 adults and 4 kids; I had to ask the waitperson 4-5 times for the margarita special - she told me several times they didn't have one - they only had $9.99 Margaritas - finally the bartender came over and said "do you mean our $3.99 Margarita Special?" Er, yes, that would be the one. (3) Same night, we were served the incorrect appetizers and one incorrect entree, and were told "well at least it tasted good." read more

I was seated in an area with a new server being trained. The server was nice, but maybe too helpful; overly helpful. Then there was another server who must have been on break having an inappropriate conversation on the floor where customers could hear. The unprofessional server on break hurt the experience, but we enjoyed the food. read more

We move from Kennesaw to Smyrna for work(commute) reasons. This is our second time in, since April 2015, and the second visit just confirms the first visit, as Templeton would put it: T double E double R double R double A double B double L double E!!!! Second time in, last time in. Took 30 minutes to get chips and salsa and the beer was served in warm mugs, that were washed after we ordered our beers. Shame on us for giving this Chili's a second chance, shame on Chili's corporate for allowing this one to be so bad!!!! read more

I love this Chilis! I've been going for years and have always experienced good customer service! Yeah, sometimes they are busy and it might take an extra 5mins but that's more rare than a usual occurrence. The menu is def. vegetarian friendly. The one star is for the service, not the food. The food is typical Chili's Tex-Mex - chain fare. We stopped in on a Saturday night for food and drinks. They got the food part right, but could not, for some reason, figure out the drinks. Our waiter seemed nice enough, but I guess kids these days don't know what a Jack and Coke is and don't possess the critical thinking skills to figure it out (i.e. google it). After taking our drink order - two beers and a Jack and Coke, the waiter returned with two beers and a 16 oz glass full of Coke. He then informed us that the bartender said they don't sell the mixed drink called Jack and Coke. Really? Bahahah!!!! My dining partner (who had ordered that particular drink) then proceeded to walk the waiter through the steps of creating this exceedingly complicated drink, so that he could relay this information to the bartender: Take a glass. Put some ice in it. Add a shot of Jack Daniel's. Add some Coca Cola. I guess they don't teach this in bartending school. read more

Went here with my Husband, server was great Manager even came by and checked on us, but my chicken came out on my plate and was a lil cold, let's just say the beans and rice were warmer than the meat, The Manager Ricky replace my meal and upon checkout he provided me with a 10 dollar Chillis gift card to use on my next visit. read more

Place is a hit or miss. Service never consistant. Waitresses slow and unattentive. Bartender is making horrible drinks and very slow. Sat without drinker for about 20 minutes. Manager walking around. Bussing tables and not taking care if customers. read more

Used online ordering for curbside ToGo pickup. First order brought out was wrong order, forcing me to take back inside. After some time and fumbling around, they finally "found" my order. I should have checked, but didn't. When I got home, my full rack of ribs was only a half rack. And my chili cheese fry was missing the chili, jalapeño and green onions, worse the cheese had lamenated the fries to the aluminum foil making them nearly inedible, not to mention they were so over-reheated and dried out that they had no flavor anyway. We will definitely NEVER be darkening their doorway again! read more

This chili's is the worst I've ever been to. I was already debating on coming here because I've only been here twice but this was the by far worse experience ever. Me and my boyfriend first came in and had to wait 30mins for our order to be taken. After our order was taken we then received our food. I got the fajita and my boyfriend got some sampler plate. After taking a long hard look at my plate before I touched it my boyfriend noticed HAIR IN MY FOOD!!??? The waiter was still standing next to us and instantly took the food back. While waiting me and my boyfriend was eating his jalapeño cheddar fries, like going crazy. So later my food came all steamy and fresh and after 2 bites in my boyfriend lifted up the cheese on his fries and found another piece of HAIR!? Like what!? Are hairnets not a thing!? We later spoke to the manager and Instead of just letting us get the meal free we still had to pay!!????? Like WHAT!? WORSE EXPERIENCE EVER!! read more

I know that this is a Chili's and when you go out to eat you will face a certain amount of grossness that comes with the territory. I mean, I do read the heath department reports here and there. I ordered a blueberry and pineapple margarita. It came in a pretty blue margarita glass. The drink didn't look anything like the picture by the way. Where were the blueberries? But I digress. I thought the drink was pretty good until I saw the lipstick on the glass. It was disgusting. I told the bartender and he stares at the glass and takes it away and makes another drink and gives it back to me in another glass. No apology. With the scrutiny he gave it, I wondered if he thought I was lying because it was obviously there in all it's gross glory. My boyfriend and I were finishing our drinks and we overheard a server tell the bartender that a lady sent a glass of wine back because there was lipstick on the glass. The bartender made a comment that those glasses needed to be wiped down again with a napkin to wipe off stuff like that. It doesn't sound very sanitary. I really like Chili's and have been to quite a few in many different states...this location has to be the worst one I've eaten at. We were seated quickly, but it went downhill from there. Our drinks sat empty numerous times. My girlfriend had the quesadilla explosion salad. The chicken was cold and rubbery and she had to ask for the proper dressing that comes with that dish twice. I tried their new shrimp tacos, which also arrived cold. We won't be eating at this location again! read more

I work in the area and I was in the mood for Fish Tacos. The hostess was sweet and the server was good. The fish tacos arrived and they weren't very warm. However the manager was walking by and asking how the food was. I let him know that they were delicious but a little on the cold side. He apologized and asked if there was anything he could do. Horrible experience. Ordered 2 bowls of chili to go on-line. Pretty simple huh. Arrived when the site said to pick my order up. After waiting 15 minutes without any acknowledgement from the bartender I finally told a waitress that I was there for a pick-up order and either someone could get it or I was leaving. After 10 more minutes (for 2 bowls of chili), I finally received my order. Two bowls of chili that was in a container that was about half a cup. The amount of chili would not even fill a cup. Order dinner for my family using their To-Go server. Order was completely wrong and the shrimp from the "Create Your Own Combo" was missing. I called immediately and spoke with the manager (a lady). She was very apologetic, took my contact info and said she'd mail me a gift certificate. I never received it. I called back three weeks later and spoke with a guy named Pierre. He contacted the manager on duty and was nice enough to call me back to say it had been mailed the Wednesday just prior to my call. I never received anything.
