Was the most disgusting chills I've ever visited.. Walking in smelled like sewage, very odd but only in front entrance area. I had to use restroom while hubby was seated and as soon as I walked in the bathroom 'eww' a waitress was in there fixing her hair and said sorry it's gross in here. She was right!! Not only was bathroom disgusting so was the whole eating area. Food everywhere,dirty tables. There is no reason a place should be that dirty None!! Went with the children for a nice, family meal. As a single mom not something we enjoy often. I usually go to the Parker Location and now I know why. Place was filthy, not just the bathrooms but the whole restaurant. It barely was half full yet we waited 40 minutes for drinks because they somehow ran out of glasses? Apps came five minutes prior to food. Apps and food came out cold and a chicken dish way undercooked. It had to be sent back and replacement meal was 20 minutes later. I complained and received nothing, not even an apology. Out of the five of us, three woke in the middle of the night vomiting with severe stomach cramps... Service at this location is absolutely terrible. Orders not made correctly, inattentive wait staff even when the restaurant is not busy. We tried to go again today for a late lunch and after waiting 10 minutes without being acknowledged by a single staff member we decided to just walk out. Waitstaff was nice.... the food came out and there was a small portion of berf fajitas... just made a small mention about the portion... BAM!!! these folks take customer satisfaction serious... They brought me out a portion... apologized and did everything with a smile... Hit and miss here as a food courier. Sometimes they are on the ball and sometimes you'll have to wait 20 minutes or more on an order while they get other orders ready that came in after yours. Make sure an order from them is worth the wait. read more

Last night my husband picked up 2 orders of classic chicken nachos to go which we normally love and not a difficult dish to make. The issues were: When he brought them home, one box had about half the nachos of the other box - the picture online shows 12 on the plate and there were 7 or 8 in one box, and the correct amount in the other. There was absolutely NO CHEESE on either order - how is this possible on a nacho dish?? Attention to detail really missing here! There were a few schmears of refried bean on SOME chips, and NONE on any of the other chips. And we paid $10 each for these? Really disappointing because we've never had a problem with our orders from this location before. Went today for lunch with my two young children. After waiting 45 minutes for our food, which if you have young children you know is hard, we called the waiter over. I went to chili's not expecting anything. It's not the best chain out there but it's not the worst, or so I thought till tonight. I went with my parents and sat in their crowded waiting area, only for about 10mins though. We were sat at a dirty table, right next to the waiting area which was so full people were standing next to our table. The waitress was so busy she barely had time to take our order or get us drinks. When we ordered my dad got the Memphis ribs and fries. The ribs came out dry with half a handful of fries. My mom got the appetizer trio. She liked it. I ordered a 6oz steak, med. rare. I was never asked what sides I wanted. The steak came out purple and bleeding everywhere. There was also crusty brown potatoes and dry, rubbery, microwaved broccoli. I asked to have it sent back and done right and the manager came out to the table and asked how I wanted the steak done. "a little pink in the middle or..." the manager asked me. My dad interrupts him; saying " he wants it med. rare." "and new broccoli I added." I don't even like potatoes so I didn't care about those. " oh, OK I'll get that taken care of for you." the manager assures me. Less than 3mins later the same steak comes back out......with the same broccoli (and another portion) and the same potatoes. He sets it down in front of me and asked me to check it out. I didn't even need to cut into it to know that it wasn't done but I did so anyways. It was still purple on the inside..... I walked in and wanted to sit in the bar area (because I was alone and don't like taking up an entire table by myself). They had a six top in the middle of the bar area and one older gentleman sitting at the end of the table by himself. The hostess said as long as I'm at the other end of the table which was MORE than six feet away it should be fine. I go to the table and some waitresses comes by and says I can't sit there (mind you I have my mask on and not breaking any rules) the man was finishing his drink gets up and says "it's no problem I'm leaving anyway" the waitress still says no she can't sit here, the man says "why" and she looks at me and says yeah "sorry you can't sit here you have to wait until a table opens up", I then tell her that the hostess told me that I could and her response was "the hostess doesn't know anything she's new" lol basically the waitress is stupid don't listen to her lol. At this point I literally told her to F-off and I left. On a positive note due to this imbecile I found a great neighborhood restaurant that I didn't know existed. OK, so I never seem to have the best times at chilies but I thought I would give this one a last try. EVERYTHING SUCKED. My waitress Took my order and after repeating it 4 times She still gave it to me 100% wrong. She also messed up the other two peoples dishes. One had the wrong cheese on her burger and the other had a well done burger when they asked for a med rare one. She went to the kitchen to get me the right food and said she was sorry as she was still new there. Before my food came out she gave me a salad I didn't really want. I didn't even get half way through it before another wait person said they were sorry. Another bite in and the manager came over to say it. By the time I got my food I had heard "We are so so so sorry" 12 times. I will say this right now. If you were really sorry about how much you messed up my order you would have 1. left me a lone after getting me my food and 2. discount me on something on my order. I worked at Chili's as a hostess and server for 3 years when I lived in Florida. I loved being a server (minus the bad tips, difficult clients, and double shifts) and dining at Chili's is always a special treat. We don't go often because the locations near home aren't quite near enough. Plus, the food is pretty sub-par. Yes, certain menu items are good enough, but the menu's pretty unhealthy. ANYWAY, Mom and I stopped at the outlets yesterday morning and decided to have lunch at Chili's. Not sure if the hostess had the day off or had already finished their shift for the day, but we stood awkwardly in the front of the restaurant for a few minutes before a manager stood up from a booth in the bar to help us. She interrupted an interview to do this, so I was pretty impressed (though I guess I should feel bad for the person being interviewed.) As she sat us down at our booth, she noticed the loud cry of a newborn a few booths away and said, "I think that table is about to leave," which I thought was nice and showed that she was thoughtful and observant. The baby didn't leave until we were almost done with our meal, but fortunately it stopped crying. Our server was friendly and kept on top of refills. The food was decent - I had the Southwestern Wrap (or something with a similar name) which was alright. I was disappointed that the menu described the wrap as a healthy choice and said it came with broccoli. Instead, I received fries, and decided to eat them anyway. Overall, a much better experience than I've had at any other local Chili's. I made sure to tip the server 20%, as she reminded me a lot of myself at age 19 :) read more

Been going to this chili's for years. In my most recent trip here I was disheartened to be seated at a table when there were clearly booths available. This disappointment further continued when I was patronized by my server when giving my order. Her service was less than ordinary. Food was still fine and we got our food rather quickly. The staff there is absolutely incredible. They always engage in conversation and when you done in the servers are very attentive. Very disappointed in our meal. I ordered steak and ribs. The steak was very fatty and had too much butter. I do not think it was grilled. The barbecue sauces was too strong and had an odd flavor. The ribs did not have a lot of meat. My husband's burger was cooked on the outside, pink/raw in the middle (the manager took it off the tab). We live in the area and eat here a few times a month but I'm done. The service is poor about 40% of the time we visit. By poor, I mean really bad like tonight when we waited 10 minutes while 2 different servers simply walked past us. Finally, one stopped and informed us that someone would be by shortly. Overall cleanliness is acceptable, but the food recently was cold, and the order was messed up by the kitchen. Tonight we were seated near the kitchen and someone dropped a glass that shattered and sent shards all around our table with one piece even hitting my wife. Not sure how they even had glass since all of the beverages come in plastic. The manager came over to apologize and ask if we wanted any of our dishes remade. While it was a nice gesture, it would have meant our children who were already hungry waiting longer for their food so we declined. Manager stated he would be back around. Never came back around. Accidents happen and I certainly can't fault them for having something dropped. It happens. But being hit by broken glass is not something you expect when you go out with your family for dinner so a gesture such as bringing us a dessert or such would have been appreciated. Perhaps I am expecting too much. We'll be back. The food is generally good and it is a convenient location for us. I guess we'll just ask for a table far from the kitchen. read more

I used to LOVE going to Chili's - their happy hour deal is great and the food was always good. BUT we went last weekend and found out that they have changed their menu AND their recipes.
