I can't remember that last time we visited a Chili's. But their 3-fer deal made a stop an ez decision. This spot is clean, large, and well staffed. There's an upstairs, which I assume would be for private functions. You'll also find multiple TV screens for sports watching. One TV display is something you'd see on a a larger scale at center court in a basketball arena. I ORDERED THE 3-fer special with their QP burger. Included is your choice of a small salad, cup of soup, or a basket of chips and salsa. The chips and salsa was larger than I expected. The chips were fresh and the salsa was similar to a jar of pace. Nothing to write home about. The burger, which they claim is bigger than a 1/4 pounder, was cooked to medium and masked with a ton of ketchup, mustard, diced tomato, chopped onion and held in place with 2 slices of cheese. It was very good, but not outstanding. I didn't get any special flavor from the beef. The fries were served crisp, and warm (not hot). There's not salt or pepper on the table so you have to ask for it. For a 10.49 3-get deal, one could hardly complain. My wife ordered the Sante Fe grilled chicken salad. It came with stale tortilla chips and the same "Pace" salsa. The salad had some nice pieces of chicken, lettuce and guacamole. A sauce that Chili's felt the need to add was unnecessary. Particularly when you request your dressing on the side. Michael, our server was Johnny on the spot. He kept the beverage refills coming and checked on us throughout our meal. I haven't visited this restaurant in quite a few years. A friend suggested we go and I certainly had no objection. Chili's is exactly what you would expect from a competent chain restaurant. They've got a very wide menu with options, ranging from the most conventional to more than a little bit adventurous. On the day we visited, there was almost no one there, so service was more than adequate. The room was clean and pleasant. I tend to favor more independent options when I am looking to dine out, but I certainly had a pleasant experience here. read more

We love a bar seat and we really enjoyed skipping the wai, but the bar is the bar, only one table in it. 3 Veteran friends and I dined in on Veteran's Day. The wait was a half hour. Amber was our cordial server. I ordered Chicken Crispers and fries. My friends ordered burgers or Quesadillas. It is a little busy and noisy at 1:30, but that means people are having fun. Amber efficiently took care of our party of 4 and we all throughly enjoyed what we ordered. Some of the best bone-in chicken wings I've ever had. I got the sauce on the side and the wings were a golden, crispy perfection. I wish I had thought to take a photo but I was super hungry. My husband ordered a half rack of ribs with fries and white cheddar Mac n cheese. The sides were good, but the ribs were super tough and dry. Our server advised the GM who re-made them (cooked them himself) and they turned out perfect- hot, juicy, and fall-off-the-bone. It's been forever since we've eaten at any Chili's. Prior to retiring, when I did a lot of traveling, I ate at airport Chili's locations often. Just to show advertising works, last night saw Chili's 3 For Me promotion on TV. This morning when my wife asked where we going for lunch, I suggested Chili's. The 3 For Me promotion gets you an appetizer, sandwich and fries, plus a non-alcoholic drink for $10.99. This is a real deal considering current restaurant prices everywhere. We both had salads as our appetizer. My wife had a Caesar, I had a garden salad. Both salads were nice sized. My wife wasn't crazy about their Caesar dressing. I tried it and thought it was decent. My salad was very good with a nice mix of lettuces and vegetables. Their Ranch dressing was passable. We both ordered the Secret Sauce Burger that came with fries. We ordered our fries hot and crispy. Wow, the fries were perfect. Served so hot I almost burned my mouth! That's a good thing as far as I'm concerned. The fries were also brown and crispy! Our burgers were huge. They had a charbroiled flavor. The burgers were awesome. The Secret Sauce burger comes with cheese and sauted onions plus their Secret Sauce. The Secret Sauce tasted like the sauce on a Big Mac, but Chili's burger was 10 times better! The food at regular price would garner 4 stars from me, but at $10.99 including drink is definitely 5 stars! So my boyfriend and I kept hearing how "good" Chili's is on tiktok... Eeeeeveryone was saying good things about it but here's what really happens in a Chili's You get in at a good time before the rush but both the outside and inside of the restaurant look torn to pieces and undermanaged/cleaned. You are seated in a nice little area away and you order your drinks. They came out pretty fast and were crisp and fresh but not very refreshing, oh well that happens. You order an appetizer, the triple dipper! Wow this isn't a bad sampler it's actually pretty great I'd give it a 3/5 because they used croissant dough for a mexican dish... I dunno just feels wrong imo but it tasted good. Other people start coming in taking seats, ok... but one HUGE problem. Theres tons of seating around you and the server picks the worst place to seat over 8 screaming, smelly children and a handful of loud teens RIGHT BY where a couple is. Dude... not cool... Put them over where yet another singular child is screaming far away across the restaurant please... Then comes the entree... It tasted like what leftovers taste like when you put something together at home and call it a meal but... worse. I got the chicken bacon ranch quesadillas... my boyfriend got the honey pepper chicken... The sauce on the chicken tasted like how books smell... I wasn't too happy about the quesadillas but I wasn't complaining too much about the food.. The most controversial thing I've seen here though... is the total... I went on a Wednesday night and here are my thought. The place is clean the staff is friendly. As for the food. The cheese sticks was good except for the cheese leaks out. Like it's cheese sauce or something. The breading wasn't bad. For my main meal I had the queso burger. It was cooked well and the queso was good and had a kick to it the fries were ok. I just didn't like the taste they had plus was kinda hard. For dessert I had the molten lava cake and it was good. The chocolate cake was good and moist. Plus love the ice cream in a chocolate shell. Chilis is my sisters favorite restaurant and I can't blame her. The food is great with our favorite being Fajita's and Chips and Salsa. We had a great server who was alert and nice she would constantly fill up our waters. Although the establishment is falling off a bit. When we walked into the restaurant it smelled of sewage and was a bit of a long wait before a server came to seat us. All in all it would be a great restaurant if something's improved! read more

Went to Chili's for lunch on Sunday. We have not been to one in years. Four of the people ordered the two for $25. One group had the half order of Texas cheese fries with chili, a bacon burger and the cajun chicken pasta. The fries were crispy and very good with the chili. The bacon burger was good and so was the pasta, but it could have been a little hotter (heat and spice). The second group had the Texas cheese fries, the bacon burger and the chicken fajita. All were good but the fajita had a little too much cilantro for that person. I had the southern smokehouse burger which was very good. I got this big platter that you have a choice of meats. I got ribs, sausage a brisket quesadilla. Comes with fries and street corn on the cob and a slice of Texas toast. All was good. I missed the endless soup and salad we used to get at Chili's at lunch, before I retired. So one night after yoga we stopped in to see how dinner would be. We sat at the bar. It wasn't all that busy. We were greeted quite quickly and decided to have a beer while we looked over the menu. Several new interesting items on the menu. We decided on salads,, Caribbean with grilled shrimp and Santa Fe Crisper salad with spicy grilled chicken. Both salads we served quite quickly and looked nice and fresh. This is my first restaurant review because the service was so poor I felt I had to say something. There are only five cars in the parking lot, which I assume some are even the employees. I had to seat myself at the bar and waited about five minutes before anyone even acknowledge me. Remember it's dead in there. So, fine. The barmaid comes and drops a menu off in front of me. She does not say, hello, but asks what I want to drink. My beer was poured and sat in front of me with no words exchanged. I had selected my to go order and had the menu closed so it was blatantly obvious that I was ready to place my order. However, I had to wait about another 10 minutes. She asked what I would have and I told her that it was a to go order. There was no, thank you. No nothing from this girl. Someone else ended up delivering my to go order to me. The bartender walks by and just drops the payment kiosk in front of me. She doesn't ask me how anything is. She doesn't ask if I need anything else. I left her 20% but I am wishing I had left less. Walked in and first sight is no hostess at the front, with a sign to wait to be seated. The place wasn't busy by any means. After waiting approximately 3 minutes, I walk past and look into the bar and a waitress pokes her head out of the kitchen and I ask if we are to seat ourselves and she says no, so we go back and the host comes out and finally seats us. We then have to wait approximately another 10 minutes for our waitress to come out of the kitchen where she stays the rest of our time there. She takes our drink order and then brings our drinks to us and then grabs our order after the usual 3 minutes. We never see her again until she brings our food. Nothing to say to us, and off to the kitchen where we then need refills and she is no where to be seen until 3 ladies come in to be served which is approximately 10-20 minutes where we are almost done with our food and are now thirsty. Bad service all around. Will not be back even though the food was great. The cook(s) deserve a raise. Staying in the kitchen will not help with customer service. PS. Yes it was us who left no tip, but I would've ordered desert but I didn't know how long she would've been to bring it to me, where I have left big tips because I know that some of them work really hard. The GM here is amazing! She accommodated us in a crunch moment after another restaurant cancelled our party reservation the day before our party was scheduled. Our waitress was also amazing. She was extremely helpful and caring (can't beat that!). After the party she let us know we didn't have to clean up anything, she had it handled (of course we still helped) but the fact that she was more than willing to take care of it all was amazing as well. I'm so happy we had our party here!!! Plus the food was perfect!!!!! They were even able to accommodate our catering order for 30 people in that short of notice. read more
