Being part of their club, we get coupons weekly. (Like the one pictured) We planned on using the free appetizer reward before it expired, so we posse'd up! We decided that the appetizer we would choose was a table favorite: Southwestern eggrolls. My husband knew he wanted the chicken chrisper waffle plate -minus bacon. I decided to go in with my daughter on the 2 for $25 , great choice If I can so so myself. We picked onion blossom petals for the opening app. They are light and even more so delicious when dipped in the cucumber sauce. My daughter went for Crispy chicken crispers, that come with fries. She loves them. It comes with about 5 thick and crunchy strips. With that she was allowed an additional side, sweet street corn. She had left overs!! I went for the classic: chicken fajitas baby. never been more mad at the service i've received than what i was tonight. our waiter checked on us twice which was to take our order and that's was it but kept going around to every table checking on them and the minute she would get to our table she would act like we weren't there. we waited over 40 mins for to go boxes. never gave us refills or water it was like we weren't even there and to have to pay over $60 and didn't even get to enjoy our food. horrible. read more

We have not had the best luck for food at Chili's, but I decided to try again. I had lunch with a friend a month ago and it was good. They have great specials . My husband and I went last night and sat at the bar. Waitress was very good. We had the regular queso...was ok. My husband had the chicken fajitas and it was was hot & tasty. I had the chicken margarita ...looked good, but was kind of lukewarm. Made me question how it was prepared. The chocolate molten cake looked good, but they had a chocolate coating on the ice cream that was so tough that you couldn't break it open without a fight...so you watched the ice cream melt. I'm disappointed that Chili's doesn't have better food. That's the reason it had been years since we had eaten there. I will try again for Lunch though. read more

Played some flag football for a few hours with my boys and family friends. Worked up a big appetite. Chili's was close and we have really enjoyed restaurant dining there in the past. Monday afternoon, no waiting, immediately seated, and plenty of servers to assist. I immediately eyeballed the 3 for $10 special on the back of the menu. I drink, 1 appetizer, and an entree for $10. Wow what a deal. I ordered a drink , the enchilada soup, the bacon cheeseburger and fries. My son had a drink, chips and salsa and the same burger. These meals were so good. The burger was served nice and hot and really delicious meat. I was full on half the burger it was so big. Mind you, I had half of the chicken enchilada soup too which was super tasty. My son loved the chips and salsa. The chips were so fresh and hot. The salsa was tangy and not too spicy. My little guy ordered from the kids menu, pizza, fries and a drink, $5.50. He always loves their kids meals. Perfect portion for an 8 year old. Good job chili's . Great service, apps came out immediately and the burger entrees were delicious and satisfying. Our waitress was so nice and attentive. The ambiance was cool, noise level calm, and a lot of customers enjoying their meals. Plenty of tvs on the watch sports . Thanks chili's, you never disappoint! They ordered the 2 for $25 (appetizer, meals & dessert)- awesome deal!!! I ordered the 3 for $10, which comes with an appetizer, meal, and drink. They ordered some drinks but theirs didn't come out that good so the bartender remade it. I was trying to pay on the device they have and of course it never works. My family and I have been coming to this restaurant for about 5 years, and we have not been disappointed once. Time and time again, the service is awesome and the food is done right. I haven't been to Chilli's in a very long time...years I think. I wasn't such a big fan back then, but this last visit sure changed that for me. Love the soup and salad deal, which comes with chips & salad....all three are all-you-can-eat, and for less then $7. We've had the ribeye steak here, and its pretty good without all the hoopla of adding sauces on it. Nice, simple, juicy steak, with great sides. The chicken wings are always good. My cousin ordered the appetizer quesadillas that were nicely overstuffed, and her bf ordered the appetizer (I think its an app) sliders. They've got a 2 meals for $20 =D So far so good, we look forward to returning every now and then. The service is eh...depends on who you have. However, overall we're satisfied. read more

I read some of the previous reviews about this Chili's which have been negative. I'm happy to say I had a great experience at Chili's. We went here on Valentine's Day which was also the day of the Allstars basketball game. There was no wait, we were seated immediately and choose to sit the bar area to watch the tv's. Although we didn't have perfect service it was good service. Our food was great, although 3 out of 4 of us ended up taking home doggie bags because we couldn't finish it (now we have lunch tomorrow). I don't come here often. They offer a variety of cheap appetizer for happy hours for about $5 NACHOS, rating 2/5 It was not the best nachos. I prefer don Jose's nachos better although it costs twice as much. These ones came in about 7pieces and it looked more like tiny slices of pizzas. Thick and filled with cheese, jalapeños sprinkled on top. MANGO MARGARITA 4/5 I love this drink !!! Its filled with fruity citrus flavors and the handle the size of 16oz beers. I was impressed with the flavor really, it had a good amount of alcohol in for the mix. SERVICE 5/5 Our server was superb and cute. He was very humorous even when it was late and he was tired he still came by very often to check in on his. Constantly making sure we had everything we needed and making us comfortable. I took the bf here for his birthday one year and our LAME waitress said she wouldn't sing but would bring out a chocolate shake for him (too cheap for cake??). Not the type of hospitality I was looking for on this celebratory day. We ordered their baby back baby back (you know the song) ribs and onion blossom and played JENGA with the leftover bones to entertain ourselves. The meat on the ribs was dry and covered up with plenty of sauce (which is characteristic of bad BBQ) and the onion bloom was saltier than the hairy, sweaty back of a morbidly obese man.
