Okay some of the staff here is strange. Came here on a Saturday and I sat on the bar. I was very hungry and I had to call the attention of the ladies in the bar to get a menu. This is about 15 minutes into sitting. Then it took about another 15 minutes to get my order this is after calling these ladies attention and asking them who will be taking my order? One of the ladies and was an younger looking one says I'm leaving so she will. She was strange she just gave me a look that I can tell she did not like me. I felt so uncomfortable that I decided to take my food to go. They really need to add more staff and improve customer service because I'm reading comments and this appears to be common. read more

This particular Chili's aside from getting our order wrong every time (we gave it a few chances) this last visit was the worst I went with my 2 young sons and we were the only people in there. Our seater was our server. 15 minutes we waiting for her to take at least our drink order. Nothing. Then another couple came in and she sat them and immediately took their order and brought their drinks. She finally comes over after I stop her and tells me she didn't know we were here. Uuuum you sat us. Walked by us. 3 times. So we just leave. But before going I wanted to speak to the manager. For some reason that was an issue. When they finally cane back out the manager was rude and basically said nothing she could say do. I guess that includes apologize. read more

Came here because of a gift card. I will not be back. The hostess that was there was rude. Seemed like she was mad at the world or something personal. I thought her job was to make ppl feel welcomed and to seat ppl where available. But that's just my thought. The manager was a joke. Don't know who the new girl is with the attitude behind the bar tonight but definitely not doing service to this place I have been coming to for the last three years. I was there 30 minutes and still did not have a drink. She did come up to me after 10 minutes as I was looking at the menu and asked me what I wanted to drink. Last three times we have come here they have to stop taking people because they are under staffed. Also I am pretty sure that dogs that aren't certified are allowed in the restaurant. Caveat Emptor - Buyer beware - this is Texmex food, NOT Mexican. The ribs were good, but I was sorely disappointed to not see my Mexican favorites on the menu, when going out for my birthday dinner. The food is what you can expect from any chili's, what really sells this place is the service. Carrie is the most friendly bartender/ waitress you will ever meet. My wife and I go here quite often and are always excited when we get service from her! I don't know what they pay her, but she deserves more! Don't listen to the reviews saying the service sucked, they probably sucked to serve. Our server Amanda was a total 10/10 and checked on us frequently, made sure our drinks were full and that we had everything we could need. The BIGGEST reason I got on Yelp was because my boyfriend had forgotten his keys at our table, and not even kidding the minute we realized, we heard an "excuse me!" and the girl who was bussing our table (tan skin, pixie cut, I'm so sorry I didn't ask for your name) literally ran us down to return our keys, and we had gotten a good bit away from the restaurant. Well, I've finally hit the wall. Been dealing with missed items on to go orders for 2 years. And yet, through it all I've always added a tip for the workers. talk about insult to injury! So today we again threw history aside and ordered. First off, the pick up ready time was off..by 45 minutes! wife got home..and boom..it's missing my "additional charge item". OF COURSE! im not going to rant and rave. Just going to go there tomorrow and tell the manager I have come to collect my salsa and chips, my Texas fries, my 3 salads, all the numerous dressings missed, the complete order of crispy chicken fingers...and on and on. Came in for lunch at 2. Cruz was my waitress. Received a slightly cold burger and cold wings. I said I wanted to keep my burger and not wait for the remake. Remade the wings and comped the cold ones and the hot ones. She made a big deal about comping something other than the one set of wings which totaled to cover the cost of the hot set of wings. I ordered an iced tea and she did not refill it once. I asked for mayo and each after receiving my slightly cold Burger almost five minutes after I got it when she stop by. She brought the ranch. So I spend $30 for a 14z rib eye at Wood Ranch on the fourth and am horribly disappointed (not 14z and charred). Next day I try Chilis and order the rib eye. Said to be 11-14z, but at only $18 with 2 excellent sides. The steak was thick so as to be cooked med rare. The steak was quality and not charred. This is a great value and another hit by this Chilis. Not sure what they have done in the past but they are one of the best chain restaurants in the City. The service was excellent (Marin) but their corporate people need to bring back buss staff. Let your servers do their job and focus on us the customers. read more

Not sorry, not let me refund part of your order. Let me send you a gift Certificate in about a week or two. I feel they just stole from me charged me over$50 for chicken This is not a way to remain in business. Do not go there. As requested I called them and was placed on hold for a half an hour. Their automated system told me to leave my number. So I did. They called me and I was unable to answer so I called them bac at 1 o'clock in the afternoon and they were closed for the day. Unbelievable Update: Was told they would make it right 29 days and still nothing. So if you want to pay $50 for chicken fingers be my guest. It is like they think we don't have other choices. We also asked our server for additional ketchup since ours was almost empty. We ended up taking the one from the table across from us. 2nd time going there this week for dinner and they closed down. Said probably be open tomorrow. Chili's you know what you need to do is pay Carrie the bartender slash the everything gal triple her pay to keep you up and running because that gal is amazing. If it weren't for her running that place you would definately be closed permanently. So pay those that take on 25 tables at a time and do it amazingly and pay them super well! My review is really about the parking situation. I placed an online order and when I went to find parking in the pick to go area all of the parking spaces were taken, however there was no one in line waiting to pick up orders. This tells me that regular customers were parked in the to go area. This is not the first time this has happen.
