I came here around 7 pm and there was no wait time but a lot of seats were filled. The service was quick and I ordered two three for mes which was so worth it. It comes with a cup of soup, a drink, and entree for only $15! This is affordable for a sit down restaurant and the food portion was huge I took half my burger home. I got a blue lagoon for the drink which is on the secret menu and tastes sweet and carbonated. The pasta and burger was highly filling and tasted so delicious. The staff was really nice, friendly, and proactive. I highly recommend!!

Clean, and welcoming. We come to this Chili's preferably. Service was very attentive today, World Series was on their t.v., busy evening. Ordered the egg rolls, very flavorful. Hubby ordered a double bacon cheeseburger and I ordered the buffalo ranch chicken sandwich, both were freshly made, tasty amd worth it.

Food was good, the drink special of the month could have been better. The menu had a different drink special. Otherwise the server was fast and courteous. The host was a male who literally said nothing other than walk us to the table with no personality. It was like here is your table and that was it. The place was busy, overall the meal was just fine.

so my daughter bought chips and salsa to go and this is the salsa...it's half full!!! seriously? I looks like someone else ate some. $8 for a bag of chips and 2 oz of salsa! so bummed!!!!

I don't know if this is usual, but the watermelon iced tea was too sweet, and the chicken strip was too salty.. it was not too bad but it wasn't good either. my server was okay. :)

I ordered chicken and rice. I got chicken and rice. It was good. Will be ordering again!

I would love to give a huge shout out to Ken and Victoria who were our bartender today. They too such good care of us providing us with extra education on what our drinks were made of, giving us extra education for our water for hydration, and giving use Greta customer service. Thank you so much Ken and Victoria you made our experience amazing.

Hi everyone! I have eaten at this Chili's three or four times in the past couple of months. For the life of me, I can't imagine why this one gets such horrible reviews. I had lunch at this Chili's today. As most of you know, I eat out quite a bit. So, is Chili's fine dining? No, it is not. But I had today, and usually have, an excellent experience here. Let's start with the service.... My server today was Mike. He gave me incredible service! He was attentive without being pushy. My food came out hot and in a timely manner. And most importantly, for me, my drink was never empty! Good job Mike! Now to the food. I had the 3 for me combo. Chips and salsa. Smashburger and fries. And a bottomless ice tea. All for $10.99! . Come on. This is the deal of the century, when a fast food burger can be easily that price and more! The chip were good and a large portion. The burger was very tasty as were the fries. Again, good food and a great price! The restaurant itself was clean, as were the restrooms! What more can you want! Jim

Saturday, March 7, 2026 we came in and had Delaney who was fantastic server. Our food was fantastic. We didn't have to ask for anything that establishment was playing. We really enjoyed ourselves. It's nice to go out and have good service and be able to pour to go out to eat we had a great afternoon Dan christine williams

I found out about it through my cousin, who's a UCR alum, and I'm really glad I finally got to try it. The staff were super nice and attentive, constantly coming by our table to check if we needed more water, tortillas, or anything else we might want. Even with how busy it was, they still made sure everyone was taken care of, which I really appreciated. The restaurant was packed, and it actually surprised me because I don't usually see that many people at restaurants in Riverside. The energy inside felt lively but still comfortable. One of my favorite parts was the fresh tortillas. They come out hot and fresh from the oven, and you can literally watch them being made right in front of you, which made it even better. And the best part is they're free. We ordered the carne fajitas and chile relleno. The fajitas were incredible, the meat was juicy, tender, and packed with flavor, with that perfect smoky sear that comes from being cooked fresh on a hot skillet. Everything came out sizzling and stayed flavorful with every bite. The chile relleno was also really good, with a nice balance of savory and slightly creamy filling that paired well with the sauce. It was actually my first time trying fajitas, and I can confidently say I'll be ordering them again the next time I come back. I definitely plan on returning while I'm still at UCR to make up for all the years I didn't know this place existed.

We have not been here since the 90's and I have to say, it was much better back then. All in all, there is just no flavor. The salsa tasted like watery tomatoes, our waitress gave us a little side of habanero salsa to incorporate with it but that heat is the extreme for me. We ordered the Mesquite chicken and steak fajitas which were less than average. Not sure if it was just a bad day, but the taste of the protein did not match up to the wonderful smell of BBQ outside the restaurant. The tortillas were just ok, first batch was not even warm. My Michelada was good though. Bummer visit after being away for so long. Looks like the interior could stand a makeover.

Their lot is very small, but there is some street parking. The man who took my order was very nice. The customers were a mixed bag. There were some guys who appeared to be hardworking blue collar workers of some type who were quiet and just enjoying their lunch. There were also some women who looked like white collar office workers and they were super loud and rude. There were also some older people who came in for take out. Overall, it was a bit noisy. The shredded chicken taco was a pretty standard hard taco. The shell was crispy after a long drive home on top but of course soggy on the bottom. The chicken was good quality and decent flavor. The taquitos were just ok. The ones made elsewhere, especially at most places in San Diego, are much better. Some places in the San Gabriel valley also make these a different style but better. However, the guac & sour cream at El Torero to go with the taquitos are far superior to San Gabriel and comparable to San Diego. If you want tacos, burritos, and other such type food and don't want the Americanized stuff, this is a good place to try if in the area. Not in this area often, but if there, would go to El Torero again.

Founded in 1973 at another address in Corona, Miguel's moved to the current location about 25 years ago. (Our waiter estimated the date.) Our waiter was friendly and knowledgeable. He recommended a few dishes on the menu, including the one I had already chosen, the chili relleno and beef taco. My wife ordered the chicken fajitas, which she scored a 9/10. My meal was also a 9/10. The restaurant was loud when we got there, as we were seated near a baptism celebration. When they left, the restaurant was quiet, with contemporary music in the background. When our waiter discovered that this was my wife's first visit, he sent the manager out to greet us.
