This Chili's seems a little smaller than the rest, there's only a few tables that they are able to use four groups of 6 or larger so the waiting will typically be more than usual. Food was as good as expected and our waiter was polite and prompt with what we needed. I recommend this place if you intend on going with less than 4 people and plan on hitting the bar. Service at this location had tremendously improved since my last visit. An A+++ shout out to Ferrin on the evening my family went for dinner here. He was extremely attentive and went out of his way to make our visit pleasant and enjoyable. A free bag of chips was a plus! First and last time visiting this chili's. If you can't do amazing work managing curbside then I can just imagine what type of experience I would receive at a table. Curbside staff aren't interested in doing their job moving at a snails pace which every order that needed to be delivered. I had to contact both young ladies working the area to find out status of my order. Watched 5 cars pull up and receive their order while I still waited. Only to have to walk inside and to pick up my order. Was told oh we are busy. I responded it's Friday night this should be normal in this area. Regarding the food my husbands steak cooked well done when asked for medium well, asparagus speaks salty, and the avocado that was supposed to be grilled was not. My skinless salmon was burned on the bottom which made me pick through the fish. My daughter's kid chicken pasta had jalapeños in the dish which could not be picked out or eaten. So she only ate the broccoli and fries that were part of her order. Definitely not interested in returning to this location at all. I've never experienced this type of service at chili's. Made a reservation online because the waitlist was available for me to do so. As I pulled up to park I received a call from the chilis location to tell me they are not taking reservations, so I would have to be placed on the waitlist again once I actually walked in and their current eait time is 35-40 minutes and mind you I have checked in online and was given a 14 minute window to show up which I was doing with a wait time of 20 minutes. They were not able to accommodate me for their mistake even though I was told I was the only person to reserve my check in online and was told if they did it for me they would have to do it for everyone, well you just said I'm the only one, so that makes sense. I like to eat in the bar area & it's clearly rushing roulette it depends on the server you get that determines if your experience is gonna be good or poor. I don't know why I even bother. Every time I order food to go, they get the order wrong. And it really takes multiple offenses to warrant a bad review from me. I really don't ask for much. All I ask is that the person preparing my food read my online order and make my dishes one at a time. So that the plain burger with only lettuce, doesn't end up with all the sauces on it. While the burger with all the extra fixings actually gets prepared correctly with the french fries on the side. I'm glad the girl at the check out counter caught they had forgotten to pack french fries. And speaking of sides... I paid an extra $1 for onion rings. I was at this Chili's yesterday for lunch. Our server was Matt nice guy and on top of things. We got out bill and I noticed that I Was charged for chips and salsa separately when we actually got the 2 for $25 which we choose for the appetizer to be the chips and salsa. We ordered our steak medium well and it came over cooked but we decided not to say anything and ate it. It was time to pick dessert as part of the deal, we chose the cookie, after waiting 20 minutes or more we went up to the counter and asked to speak with a manager. I just wanted my bill fixed and leave. Didn't get to wait any longer for the cookie. I explained the error on our bill to the manager also he said it was put incorrectly and he would fix it. He took our card with him to charge it and also I insisted we wait for the cookie. He said the kitchen was backed up. He came back told me he had fixed it gave us a new receipt showing $43 and change. We thanked him and left. We weren't looking for a discount just wanted it fixed. I checked my account today and they charged our card the full price with the error included! Which was a total of $59.12. I'm upset that they would do such thing. I went to Chili's for Mother's Day. Ordered online over 3 hours before selected pick up time of 2:30 pm. We waited and waited for over 20 minutes for the food. (3) people from Chili's came to the car stating the order would be ready soon. As it turns out they had the order under just my first name and not my full name. The order was prepared at 2:08 according to the label on the entrees. That means my food was actually ready at 2:30 PM. So, the food was 40 minutes old when the food was brought to our car. The bag they had placed the food in ripped when I got out of the car and my 2 salads hit the ground! When I got home, the salads were warm. My cajun shrimp pasta was very dry You could tell the order had been sitting for a while. I couldn't taster any cajun either. Chili's needs to take a lesson from Olive Garden. I ordered car side to go tonight and received one of the worst meals I have had in a long time. I ordered the boneless buffalo chicken salad, the salad looked like it was thrown together with random vegetables that do not go together, I also ordered a side of chips and salsa and the chips were very greasy. Had lunch with my girly friend yesterday. This location is in her hood, so it's newer than the one in my hood (where I was on Sunday). Apparently, this chain has had a makeover, and a menu change, and taken on a team approach. The makeover is tasteful even though I keep wanting to wipe off the chili logo/shadow that's on every table. Menu has some good deals/prices, especially for lunch and some new healthy option type choices. But not so sure i like the team approach because I get confused about which team member i spoke to and can't help the puzzled look on my face when there are check ins on our table 2 minutes apart (my thought, didn't we just tell you we are okay, or didn't we just ask for more water . . .) Overall, it's decent, and glad they are stepping up the service, but they probably need to work on some kind of organized system for the team check in/service. read more

The hostess looked at me funny and did not know whether to escort me to my seat or to escort me out. I decided to ditch her and walk over to the bar area and seat myself along with my wife. Needless to say, I ordered the ribs; I should have really ordered the full rack of one of the ribs and not 2 halves because I felt gipped. The 2 halves I ordered were the Chili's original and the honey-chipotle ribs. I expected the original Chili to be good, but the honey-chipotle was waaaaaay better. However, my gripe was that the half-racks are tiny! I finished them with room to spare. What the heck?! I'm still hungry. The only thing I could do was finish off my beer and go home sad.
