Ok, i am officially done with this Chili's. Its great that they are always doing fundraisers with the fire dept. but I am done. We came here about 8pm on Sunday night and it was packed. They said about 20min wait. So we are waiting for atleast 20 mins and we see the tables open up just right of the door around the wall. We had 6 of us. The tables opened up for us to be seated and they give the table to a smaller group that came in 5mins after us. My mom flips out and they say there sorry over and over and that they didnt realize that those 2 tables where right next to each other and that you only had to push them together. So we leave. So a few days later we are looking for a quick bite and my son calls my mom and says how about Chilis, joking around. She says fine if you want to go. horrible again. We got sat right away but they screwed up the order and took forever on the refills. My ribs where dry and nasty. It is just a horrible expereince over and over. I have seen a lot of reviews about this location with the same complaint... SLOW SLOW SLOW!! We waited almost 40 minutes to get our food!! We checked in on Foursquare, so I know exactly when we ordered. We also got free chips and salsa, and that took forever to get to the table. We had a wedding to attend, and by the time the food came, we asked for the check and boxes!! THAT'S NOT THE WAY we wanted to eat lunch!! When I told the server (EMILY) that the food service was slow and we had to go... she just looked at me... NEVER a word of apology! I spoke with the manager on the way out the door... he just smiled like he had heard it all before, but could give a RIP! He did apologize for the food being slow. The server was standing there also, and I told the manager that I didn't believe it was the server's fault, but the KITCHEN's fault... again, the server just looked... without even a word of apology! My 5 star is not for the food, that would be 3 stars, however I give 5 stars to our server/bartender. Nate is amazing and it is not the first time he was our server. We have had issues with the food but never service and he has been our server the last 5 times we have gone. Yes we are a gluten for punishment for going back but we do value great service. Met a good friend of mine for a small bite and a drink. Came for the happy hour so sat in the bar. She got there early and luckily snagged us a table. It was pretty full. The waitress was on point. She checked on us frequently and was quick with the drinks. I have not been to Chili's in a while and was having fun with the interactive touch screen. But I was like a kid and had to have her pay the bills. Was neat and very futuristic. LoL. Neat not having to hand off your card and wait. Best of all you can easily split the bill on your own too. Decided to stop in and get a quick bite to eat on a cold Monday evening, and chose Chili's as our destination. Place wasn't very busy, ( good thing ) and was seated in the back of Restaurant near kitchen entrance/exit. While waiting to be served I witnessed a server preparing a bowl of soup for a patron and adding condiments ( shredded cheese ) with his hands. After watching him do this a couple of times and then serve my soup the same way, I asked for a Manager. Was told by the Manager in charge Monday 12/05/16 that California laws had changed and that Restaurants were not required to wear gloves!! Shocking to me and I don't know anyone who would knowingly accept the practice of touching your food with bare hands if given the Choice. Food for thought.....just because they say you don't have to doesn't mean you shouldn't!! read more

To keep it short simple, food was nasty, whole family got sick after eating here (vomiting), I think its just this particular chili's, I have eaten at other chili's locations and everything is usually great but this is my second and last time ever going to this particular location, same thing happened the first visit years ago, should've learned my lesson after that but I also believe in second chances. read more

Make sure to check you portions before you leave with your to-go order. My whole family ordered to go and my portion was much smaller than two other family members that ordered chicken. My portion looked like the rib meat that is attached to the chicken breast. In the future I will make sure to double check all orders before leaving. read more

I was contacted ed by the district manager who apologized for the bad experiences and offered $ 50.00 in chilli bucks to come back and try again ..well ' it took us 5 months to make the call and head back into the same location, some things have changed and some have stayed the same .. Guest services I feel need to be better ' I work hard for my $$ and if your taking it'. a hello ' how are you and general conversation would be great ..dont sit me down and come back in 20 mins ...Im your guest .smile ,offer me a drink ..a snack .I understand your busy ..But to me ' im your focus ..ok " you got it right the service still needs improvement .. I've been getting the fajitas for years but for the past year or so the quality of the food and the service have been going down. The chicken has no flavor. None! Came here Sunday with my kids. Service was pretty good, we came right in and was seated right away. Our waiter came right over and got out drinks started. We put in our order and we're eating within 10-15min. I had the cheeseburger sliders which were absolutely delicious! Our waitress was Haydee G, she was really nice and made sure we were taken care of. We order a queso dip for an appetizer (which also was really good) Haydee offered to mix it for us, which was really nice of her! Overall my kids and I had a nice time. Scum and fingerprints on kiosks and Bartenders POS and the cash drawer (thick scum on cash drawer) YUK. Bar top has crumbs and is sticky, chrome display for beer taps has filthy streaks as if wiped down with a dirty wet towel. Music is good screens are abundant. These managers are either deaf, dumb, or blind. This Chili's could be a gold mine (further than it already is) but the managers have no clue about managing a restaurant. I'll give them some advice: Sales, customer service, and CLEANLINESS!!!!!! Sales are good, customer service is good, CLEANLINESS IS A 2 out of 10. The drinks here are crap! I ordered something off the tap, my wife ordered a fruit Margarita and someone else ordered a different fruit Margarita. 15 minutes later they brought 2 regular Margaritas, and 5 minutes after that they brought my beer that looked like it was sitting there for 30min. It was a horrible beer. I don't know why bartenders think we don't know what our beers should taste like!?! It was flat and definitely didn't look like it came from the tap. This Chili's is disappointing compared to others Chili's I've been to in different areas of the country. The servers are sub-par as well as the food. The only reason it has a crowd is because it is the only restaurant of that type in that immediate area so the choices are limited. Last time we were there my wife order a steak - medium and it came out bloody. The manager came out and was awkwardly nonchalant about it. He said several times that the steak was very rare. They took it off the bill and gave us one to go. When we got home and opened the box it was a different steak but just as bloody. Raw / Cold food, poor service, bad cooks. I would not recommend this location. The service was average, but I didn't like the fact that we had like three different servers. I noticed my buffalo wings were a bit cold but didn't think too much of it until I took a bite. My wings were completely raw on the inside! Talk about salmonella! We brought it to our waitresses attention, and they brought out a fresh batch of wings, which took far too long I might add. I live pretty close to this Chilis. Went New Years day, was a little crowded, girl at front desk said it would be 20 minutes. It ended up being 55 minutes before we got seated. I noticed that one of the hosts (male) kept letting friends have tables in front of all of us waiting, not cool !!. We ordered and did not get our food for another hour,,, that is just not right, the waitress apologized as best she could, and then the manager came to the tablet to ask if everything was ok ? We told him about the wait and he said, well now you cant complain cause you now have your food and walked away. Probably wont go back to this Chilis. read more

I'm giving 3 stars only because, after all its Chili's. But to be honest if this was my first visit to Chilis they would have gotten one star. Upon entry the hostess said she couldn't seat me unless I provided my phone number. I must add she wasn't nice about it either. We were finally seated and it took a while for the waitress to bring our drinks but that's understandable since its Veterans Day. The Veterans Day menu offered hamburger with fries and chicken crisps with fries and two other options. I figured I would be safe with the burger. When the burger came it was so salty I couldn't eat it. I was going to try to eat it but my son saw that I was struggling so he called the manager over. The manager told me that the burgers are made extra salty. He asked if I wanted another Burger without salt, I responded asking if I could have light seasoning and he said no however he did offer to make one without salt and allow me to Salt it myself. Because of the time it took to get her food which was over an hour I opted to try to continue with my burger. After two more bites I couldn't finish it so I just ate my fries. I likely won't return to this particular chilis and will make the long drive to West Covina where the service is great. read more

Not one of our orders was right and it took forever to get appetizers. They blamed it on a lack of skillets. Hello it's a resturant...how can you not have enough skillets. We waited 50 minutes for nasty cold food. The food was missing items "avocado" soup never came and everything was gross. The whole family ended up with a food born illness that gave us runs. They only gave me 32 fries with my chicken sandwich. If you are going to skimp on fries, at least use a garnish to hide the bottom of the plate when you bring out the food. Chicken fajitas were dry. read more
