With that being said we ordered drinks he ordered a Cadillac margarita that was not even filled to the top of the glass but he didn't want to complain, so I sat quietly with a drink that was incorrect.15 minutes later our orders were taken he took two bites of his food he said it was nasty and even that order was wrong. Came in here for a quick bite as soon as they opened and was greeted by everyone. Since I knew what I already wanted it took no time to place my order. I signed up for the email alerts so they emailed me a free chips and salsa coupon. Expecting them to be small I was shocked when the waitress brought out enough for 2 people to make it a meal. I also ordered buffalo wings and a cherry coke. I will only be returning here to have drinks since I am a fan of their El presidente margarita. Had lunch here the other day with my mom and son and the food was terrible. I ordered a cup of the chicken and green chili soup which came out lukewarm (plus had to be returned once because they forgot to add the chicken, wtf?), the rice tasted like it was from the night before all old and stale, and the soup was so salty I couldn't finish it. My moms corn soup actually had a good taste but also came out lukewarm. The Cobb salad was OK, not much flavor to it, could have made a better salad at home for cheaper. Have been here a handful of times before yelp existed and have always had great service. This Father's Day was a bit different. Our server got there quick after being seated, but it took a little longer than usual to get our drinks and our appetizers. I get the tablets on the tables making it a bit easier to order extras and pay your bill, but it seems to take away from customer service. It seems as if the servers depend on them more than they have to and makes them try a little less and they seem to come around the tables less. We asked our server if we could take it off the table so our little ones wouldn't break it, but we were told that we pay and order extras from there. Our server never came back to ask us for dessert or give us our check. We had to figure it out ourselves after waiting a while. We'll go back now that we know but they need to let people know about what the kiosk tablets are for. Not the best Father's Day meal I have had. read more

Terrible service. Server didn't check on us to realize we didn't get our soup and salads, by the time we got them i had to leave. We were sat around 1. Party of 9. We weren't able to order till 130 because the server took a while to come back, although she did try and get our order a few minutes prior but one person was missing so we couldn't which was not the servers fault obviously. Entrees for the party came out around 2. Finally the server checked on us to see how we're doing and then realized we never got our soups and salads, which was all I ordered. We love coming here all the time. We ordered takeout from there tonight. My salad and onion rings had something in them that made them too spicy to eat. I called and spoke to the manager Brian and he took complete care of the problem. He went above and beyond. I always order the same thing a-because I like it and b-because it isn't spicy. I checked in with the hostess on 4/22 at 7:30 p.m. at that time, she told me that it would be a 45 minute wait. We decided to wait. We were made to go wait outside in the cold with my family including my one year old granddaughter. After 45 minutes we spoke to the hostess and she said there was still 7 people ahead of us. After an hour passed by we went back again and there was another hostess who apologized explaining that the person that took down our name was new and it would acrually be another half hour to seat us due to the miscalculation on their part. At that point we were starving and decided we had no other option than to wait rather than go somewhere else and wait again. We were not seated until over an hour and a 1/2 which was not the estimate they gave us when we 1st got there. The hostesses were rude, not apologetic at all, lacked basic customer service skills, and the entire experience made me never want to go to a chili's again. Amazing service. My family and I went to Chilies tonight. Mind you there was 11 of us. We were sat within minutes. The waiter Alvro was beyond excellent with his service. Our appetizers came out hot and fast. We always had full drinks. Our order came out hot without any mistakes. That's always an issue with other places since we're always a large group. The manager Mike came and check on us a few time to make sure everything was good, he also made sure our drinks were full. He talked with us and made us feel so comfortable. Our wait time was around 30 minutes and they sat a our group if 7 in a very small table for four five at best. It was ridiculous and embarrassing. We didnt even mind the wait since it was a friday night but to sit us in a table where we did not fit was not professional. We ordered our appetizers and when it was time to order our food we had to separate into two tables because our food didnt even fit. Im outting three stars because our server was really nice but not attentive. He would check in to see if we needed anything but then would not bring it. This is actually one of my favorite locations. We come here all the time. Seriously it's kind of weird how much we come here. The service is hit or miss but for us it's usually more of a hit than other locations. The staff comes and goes like crazy so you won't really get to have a favorite waiter or anything because they will leave after a few weeks. Multiple times came by to ask us if we need anything. Even they accidentally forgot my husband's order. The female manager came by and apologized for this.
