My coworkers and I came here on our end of the school year celebration. We got seated right away and our server got our drink and food orders. I shared a full order of the baby back ribs. It wasn't what I had expected it to be falling off the bones . The BBQ sauce basted on the meat is delicious but meat was kinda still on the tough side. I loved the classic chicken nachos . I liked how individual chips has its own topping not like the regular nachos wherein all toppings piled up on top that when you get to the bottom chips nothing there. read more

I was here on a busy Thursday evening which happened to be St. Patrick's day. We were expecting a long wait, but to our surprise the wait was only 15 minutes. However, the host did offer us an open table at the bar seating area, so we took it being that we were super hungry and had a long day. Aside from being lucky and getting a table right away, we also were assigned an awesome waiter by the name of David. He came over right after we got seated and took our drink order. I ordered a Coors Light on draft, and David offered to make it green so I accepted! Now it was time to look at the menu. They had a lot to offer on the menu, from burgers, to pasta, to steak, and also a low calorie section. I normally wouldn't order from the low calorie section, but I saw the Mango-Chile Chicken, which was chicken combined with chili spices, a mango glaze, avocado and a delicious pico de gallo! It was perfect for my palate, and filling for my stomach! It came with a side of tasty rice and broccoli. We just picked up a curbside order for dinner. They were running behind obviously as there were no parking spots for pickup. The guy bringing out the food, did apologize and hurried to bring out our food. We ordered 2 orders of steak fajitas and a half rack of ribs with a salad and corn on the cob. We sit down to get ready to eat and notice the guacamole provided with both of the fajita meals was old as it was mostly gray brown. The salad has old brown lettuce, and I'm not sure there is any dressing on it as it looks gross. We patronize this Chili's a lot mostly dine-in but this is unacceptable for a curbside order. read more

This review is for curbside pickup. The service is always excellent at this Chili's when we do curbside pickup. The people are friendly and helpful. However, I was missing my guacamole for my trio fajita. I do wish the portions were the same as eating in. Maybe they are, and it appears that they are smaller. The side salad seems smaller to me than eating in, they might be compensating for the take out container. Overall, the food is of a typical Chili's. Nothing spectacular, but always yummy and satisfying. read more

The egg roles with the Avocado dip was a perfect starter.. but so was the nachos.. never had nachos served to me like this and I love it.. finally the onion thing.. forgot what it was called but was basically onion rings except they were not in ring form... onion sticks? Idk- The main course was the Ribeye steak. That thing is delicious. Cooked perfectly when asked for medium well... I always order it medium well because I feel like everytime I order a medium steak, it's always just a raw mess. Finally the dessert.. that cookie ice cream thing they had going on absolutely killed me. Best ending to my meal ever though I was already full off of the Appetizer and struggled, endured, adapted, overcame and improvised with the main meal.. My girl and I went to Chili's Fontana last and wow! What a difference from over a year ago. Not that Fontana was lagging but the company's vision has changed a ton. For the better! They added bussers so table were turning over so quickly. No one looked like they were too hurried. The Alex Santa Fe burger was fresh, hot and delicious and the service was so much better than I have seen in so many restaurants nowadays. If you haven't been to one lately, check it out. We came here yesterday, a Monday evening. It was not crowded or busy but the pace and refills were not up to par. There was four of us and we had a gift card to use. Three of us ordered 3 for $10. Our waitress, Kirsten, was friendly. We first ordered our sodas, chips and salsa. They were served at 7:03. The soup which would have come with our 3for $10 never came, our main course came at 7:22. Our waitress was apologetic and brought it to us wrapped up to go when we were leaving. Two of us ordered margarita chicken with loaded potatoes and steamed broccoli. The chicken was tender and flavorful. Potatoes served with bacon and cheese are a sure thing. I always enjoy the thin, crispy hot chips here. The salsa is flavorful and not spicy. My son ordered the "soft tacos". They were ok, the "meat" was a soupy, cumin filled mess and the tortillas were flour. These "soft tacos" were a far cry from what we cook at home. My mother had the just bacon burger. She only had three bites of it, having filled up on Dr. Pepper and chips. She liked what she did taste. When my sister requested a refill of Diet Coke from another waiter, her glass was refilled with ICE TEA INSTEAD!!! Our waitress apologized for the mistake made by her co worker and brought my sister a large Diet Coke to go. Our waitress Kirsten did a great job, she did her best to fix the problems we encountered. I am so sad to be writing this review but it's been on my mind for a few days. On Saturday May 8th we popped into our local favorite Chili's for a late lunch. Not noon, not 5:30 pm, 2:30 ish. We walked into the bar like always and found an absolute mess. Dirty tables, sticky floors, supplies and extra tables piled around and it just smelled bad. Now I realize that these are unusual circumstances, but let's be real. This isn't necessary. Yes, you're short staffed. Yes you have to take out tables and chairs. Yes, you may have to close the bar top. But you can still clean tables, mop floors and tidy up areas not being used. On top of all this, the bartender ignored us until we asked if the bar area was open (not one guest was in there). He snapped at us and told us to check in with the hostess. I walked straight out the front door while hubby tried to located said hostess. After 5 or 6 minutes he gave up and came to find me outside. Sadly, we just left. I miss my local hangout. I miss the funny, friendly banter in the bar. I hope this review gets someone's attention because you won't survive if you stay like this. read more

The dasher dropped my food and sides and delivered what was left blamed chilis and I got a whole run around until I called the actual store. I then spoke to the manager Sarah May who told me things always don't go as planned but that they did not do deliveries... when I told her my condition of being in bed rest she took it upon herself to say she would make it right so I can keep coming back to her store and deliver it her self!!! Food is ok. I've been here 3 times and every time I had to send my wings back. They're always so cold. Service is mediocre.

Thirty-nine (39) minutes to get "unlimited" soup and salad during lunch. Thirty-nine minutes of watching five of my table mates eat their food. Our server had asked if I wanted "one before the other" when taking my order. I said, "No, either is fine" with a smile and thank you. After about thirty (30) minutes she said, "Are you sure you don't want one before the other?" I said, "I'm fine with either you bring out first." At this point I wanted something other than looking at the perfectly crisp and thin chips and salsa (which weren't on my diet). It was cruel and unusual punishment; torturous! I realized at this point she was as confused as I was. You see, she should have been asking if I wanted my soup and salad with everyone else's entrees. But she was asking if I wanted the soup or salad first. So when everyone got their entrees at thirty-nine minutes, so began my first course. At a place named chili's, you'd think the chili would be decent. This stuff tasted like it was flavored with taco seasoning (the kind you make yourself at home and boil on the stove). It was the saddest chili I've ever had. I asked for some red chili flakes to spice it up. "We don't have red chili flakes anymore at chili's." I wanted to cry, but I couldn't muster the tears. Menu looks nice, servers were nice, albeit slow, but I suppose I shouldn't have high expectations at Chili's. They want my money though... so deliver next time! Hands down, the best experience I've ever had at Chilis. I brought my family in for a late night dinner and we received amazing service. We were a party of 5 and our server, Crystal, did a tremendous job attending to us. I got to watch the Dodger game while chowing down on some delicious food...that is the life! Before our drinks got low Crystal was there with refills. Every few minutes or so she was checking up on us to make sure everything was good. This chili's has some good service during the day time. The food was good nothing to write home from of, we ordered loaded potato soup which was good no complaints there. We got two appetizers, the sliders were a little dry, flavor was ok. The southwest rolls were good like always. The boneless wings were ok, the smaller the nuggets the harder they were. The food was really average, as expected. The service was what made the visit really unpleasant. We were seated in the bar area at a table (not by request, no problem), and Karissa was our server. We were polite, didn't ask for a lot, and still were ignored most of our visit. We didn't get half of the food we ordered, and although we specifically went there to have lunch and dessert, we cut our losses and left before we could order dessert. We saw her paying attention to tables that ordered a lot of alcohol, but we saw her exactly once. Needed one drink refill, didn't get it. Needed a box for leftovers, didn't get it. Needed dessert, nope. We still tipped at 18%, but it would have been a lot more if we were given even the smallest bit of service. We didn't want the kitchen staff to lose out. Overall, a really negative experience. If you're looking for a middle of the road lunch spot with ok food and the bare minimum of service, this isn't it. To start-they messed up my Husband's order but fixed it straightaway. The kitchen was the first to do his burger wrong, but because they use runners to serve it at the table- the runner who served the table obviously didn't read the order or pay attention to detail. They made it right. So, I ordered an order of the queso dip with bits of meat in it and an order of guacamole-both to go. They both had great flavor and texture. The guacamole was lacking that horrid sourness many places use to prevent browning. I had to laugh because they gave us a grocery bag sized amount of their tortilla chips which had the taste of oldish oil, making them taste wrong. They were also very thin so they broke up. At first my experience at Chili's was great! The 2 host working were EXTREMELY kind and sat us down with no problem. However, towards the end once it came time to pay, my friends and I all paid separately. My bill came out to $7 and change and my other friend's bill came out to $19 dollars. We both SPECIFICALLY tipped 22% EACH and our waiter Stephanie proceeded to complain to others stating that we "don't know how to tip" and not to sit us at her tables again.
