I haven't been to Chillis in about 6 years. The last time I went I was staying in Alabama. The only reason we went was because my husband received a gift card for Christmas. This will be our last time here. Food was mediocre nothing at all to brag about. I had a bacon burger where they forget the bacon smh and the patty itself was under seasoned. My husband had the rib eye and the kids had chicken tenders and pasta. All the food taste reheated and for my husbands steak to be medium well it was very tough. No need to send it back we just paid the bill and left. 3 stars for the $5 patron margaritas they were pretty good and strong. All in all our experience was ok but we will not return. read more

I rarely leave reviews on chain restaurants but this time I wanted to because of the low ratings on this particular Chili's location. I walked in and was greeted instantly by the manager. He welcomed me with a smile and opened both doors for me. The host immediately got a table cleaned for me and I sat in a booth. The atmosphere was very nice for this type of restaurant. It wasn't super crowded but a good lunch crowd. My waiter, Brandon, immediately greeted me and told me about new menu changes and the specials going on for the lunch hour. I started off with a water and chips and salsa. The chips were nice and hot and the salsa was very flavorful. The perfect amount of spice. They have a lunch combo menu for $6 or $7 so I tried the enchilada soup and the chipotle chicken fresh mex bowl. It was outstanding. I added sour cream and southwest ranch and I could not get enough of the flavor! My waiter was very attentive and even had some small talk in between my refills. Overall, my experience was everything a restaurant should be. Great service, delicious food and a clean and inviting atmosphere. read more

Took an hour to receive my food, after they told me it would take about 20 to 30 minutes. When I got the Southwest Eggrolls, I discovered a piece of hair in the middle of one of the eggrolls. Furthermore, they did not seperate the sauces from the eggrolls-so when I received my order, the eggrolls were soggy and wet and covered from the sauce. read more

I had never experienced something like this. after my situation I tried to flush until it hit me. the toilet wouldn't flush, the water was rising. I panicked but it was too late, the bathroom was flooding and I couldn't stop it. there was no escape, I tried to call for help but the door was locked. there was nothing I could do but cry. We came to this restaurant, walked in and it was 10 minutes before the hostess came to the stand and she acted very rude and agitated when she was asking for my information. After sitting in the front waiting for a table for nearly another 10 minutes, our waitress came over and asked for drinks which she brought my husband a children's drink even though I said my husband would be right back. The service was less than sub par, I asked for a buffalo chicken salad to which she brought me a buffalo chicken sandwich and then laughed when I told her it was the wrong order. I asked for several to go boxes and she brought me one. I will drive further away next time instead of coming to this location which is close to my house. Amanda was fabulous! We've had her before as our server. She is top notch!! The food came out hot, correct and delicious. We love the music they play. We tried the new burgers this visit. The bacon rancher is delish! The dbl old timer was almost too much burger. And that's hard for my husband to say. Another party came in behind us and changed seats because of crumbs on the seats. Now normally I am not a Chili's fan, but the wife and I had an extremely long day and decided to get the ToGo. I went online got the 2 for $22. We got the chicken fajitas, the chipotle bbq crispers and the chips and salsa. I mean the food was just the simple generic standard food, but I really do love their bbq sauce. When I processed the order online I wanted to try the Curbside Pickup. Typically I always just go in but I wanted to see if it really works as I don't know anyone who has used it. I finished the order online got a text saying to respond with "here" once I arrive. Simple enough right? I arrived sent a text saying "here" which I was a bit early. A young girl came out the door brought me my bags smiled and departed and I didn't even have to budge. It definitely brings customer service to a whole new level, as well as being lazy when one is extremely tired. I would def recommend everyone to try the curbside pickup. read more

We went here this past week and haven't gone to this Chili's in Hiram over several years, and though I never thought very much of their menu it certainly has gotten better since last were last there a couple years ago. The service was good, if slow , and the food was also very good this time. I guess I'd rather have a little slower service if the food was good, so that was the case this visit. I ordered the mango grilled tilapia plate, which was very flavorful and delicious. It came with a side orders of choice, I got the mashed potatoes, which were also delicious. My wife had the filet mignon which she enjoyed, and I tried it also, very succulent and cooked perfect (to medium rare, her choice). Our kids ate off the children's menu, which gives you a very good selection and pretty large portions for a child's menu. My daughter tried the strawberry lemonade, which we had never tried; very tasty and a great thirst quencher on a hot day. All in all a good experience. We had stopped going there for a few years but they have gotten better since then. Will recommend again and will definitely return. read more

I received a text message saying we are on the list and our table will be ready in 15-20 minutes. But we noticed 3 black couples went in after us and never came back out. Stopped in to try out the the new 2 for $25 menu. I ordered the Texas cheese fries, those were pretty good. Needed a tad bit more seasoning. I ordered the just bacon burger for an entree. It was decent. Better than a fast food burger. I had the cookie dessert and it was delicious. All in all it was a good amount of food for what i paid and it taste good. My family and I order here and waited a hour and a half and then another 30 minutes in the parking lot. Ok asked the girl running food if it was easier to cancel my order if not about done and she td me to hold on. She came back and said yesit would be and asked for the last 4 of my card. My wife asked about the return of the money and about why it wasn't about done and they responded oh we canceled it , it was almost done. So they filled other orders with our food with 8 people standing around in the back. I called to speak with a manager and someone claiming to be Red got on the phone rudely like I was a bother and hung up. I called back eventually was told some guy named Mark is the boss after I kept being denied and hung up on. Now my money is not back , no food , and this mark nor anyone will answer there. We use to eat here regularly and spent alot of money due to the incompetence of management and that makes the workers the same and just pure disrespect to customers and their time this company including Just Wings and Maggiano's Little Italy will never get another dime and that nasty place should be shut down with poisons and other chemicals that anyone can access in the lobby which is health hazards and putting kids and others in danger. This Chili's has a female manager who should not be operating a Chili's whatsoever. The wait was over an hour long and instead of apology, I had gotten denied Salad dressing specifically by the manager because they mistakingly my gave me a large salad instead of the small I had asked for. Can you believe that? Lol I can't either. The waitress literally walked up and said my manager will not let me give you ranch, even the waitress felt embarrassed about the situation. Went for dinner on a Sat night around 5pm. Walked in to a quiet Chili's with 10-15 tables open. We were told that it was a 35min wait for a party of 5. We asked why with all the open seats and very few customers. The hostess said the tables were reserved and that's why the wait was so long. We only saw 2 waitresses working while we waited. We eventually left and advised the hostess that our 5 guests would have generated 75-100 dollars at the end of the night. But turning down revenue for reservations which is still kinda crazy is borderline madness. We will not be coming back and the 4 others who left felt the same way. read more

After sending a complaint to corporate about our last visit and receiving a gift certificate in response, we reluctantly decided to give them another chance. Only July 23rd, we ordered hamburgers (the Southern Smokehouse Bacon Burger) and as appetizers ordered the boneless wings and the fried cheese. What a difference this time!! The apps were great and hamburgers were delicious. We both ordered medium cooked and to our surprise they were cooked perfectly. The food arrived in a quick manner then everyone in Hiram with 3 or more kids showed up at once. Once that happened we never saw our waitress again. My tacos were dried out, my water never got a refil and we waited 15m after our table was cleared by the manager to request the check. After 5 more minutes the check finally came and I paid cash so I wouldn't be there when they closed. I don't know if it was the time of day, lack of servers or what but it stunk. read more

My family and I (6 total, 2 kids) went last Saturday night after Longhorn had a 45 min wait. We waited for 25 min at Chili's. It took forever to get everything. And we never had everything we needed. One person had the fajita trio and I had the steak/shrimp fajitas - we thought you couldn't mess up fajitas - WRONG. First, they serve all the condiments for fajitas in these little towers in tiny cups. My tortillas were soggy and cold. The fajitas came out steaming for me but the others weren't which meant they had been sitting in the kitchen. The chicken tasted like it had been frozen. One person ordered a simple burger and got the wrong one according to our server. So the server brought the right one and the burger still had nothing on it even though it wasn't ordered that way. Now I will say - this place was packed but halfway through our meal we had no idea why. When we left I realized it was because it took so long for people to get their food. Poor management in the kitchen? Our server was very nice and seemed embarrassed that we had everything to go with our fajitas but not our fajitas for a ridiculous amount of time. The only good thing I have to say is that the southwest egg rolls and the spinach dip were good - but of course these are frozen and I can get them at the grocery store. DO NOT visit this Chili's.
