While out doing a little shopping I decided to get a to go order from Chili's. I had seen the triple dipper on YouTube a few times so I decided to order it. I got the bbq bone in wings, the big mouth bites and the honey Chipotle mozzarella sticks. The wings had such good flavor and were cooked to perfection. I really loved the Honey Chipotle Mozzarella. They had just enough spice and were crispy. I could only eat 1 of each item. There was definitely enough to share with someone else. The wait time was very minimal and the staff was so friendly. Little Mister wanted steak and we were looking for a quick option on a Friday eve. We had not been to Chili's in a very long time so we decided to check it out. His sirloin ended up being perfectly cooked medium rare. It looked delicious with a perfect char on the outside. He devoured it. I tasted the mashed potatoes and they were scrumptious. The broccoli was perfectly cooked, not overdone or mushy and not underdone either. I had the fiesta grilled chicken salad which was delicious. I asked for the avocado ranch dressing which was very tasty. Hubs enjoyed his ribs and the French fries were crispy on the outside and delicious. Service was decent. Okay so here goes. I hadn't eaten at a Chili's since before the Rona. And never at this one, until last night. We sat immediately and there was a decent crowd of people already seated. So far so good. We weren't sure what we wanted to order for our entree, and decided on the bottomless chips to get started and buy ourselves some time. They were good. Nothing crazy. I got the 4 piece chicken in Nashville Hot and it was good. The chicken was crispy and the sauce was plentiful. Wife had the salad with quesadilla and she enjoyed it. Said the chicken was tender. Our issue was that it took a really long time to get our food after we ordered. The time from ordering to food was about 40 minutes. Which is a bit long for a salad and tenders. Also the waiter forgot to put our apps order in at first and I reminded him of it when he stopped by to give a refill on my drink. But, once we got the food, I was really surprised at how good it was. I'll go back in the next few weeks and see how it is again. read more

The BEST Chilis location. Never had a bad experience. Wonderful food and super kind staff. Even on nights when they're packed they are well staffed and food comes quick and hot! Wonderful environment for a family dinner or a date night. Mace (forgive my spelling) is our favorite of the waitstaff with their thoroughness, attentiveness, and humor!! All the staff are great though. We come at least once a week to this location only- food and atmosphere is elite. read more

Ate here after the worst day, it only made it worse. Our server basically abandoned our table. I couldn't get an extra ranch, I couldnt get a drink refill and our server stood behind the bar on his phone WHILE the manager walked around the store not paying attention to a server completely abandoning his table. I couldn't pay my bill in a timely manner because i told him I want to pay with cash and he said he'd "come back for the cash" and then walked straight behind the bar and stood on his phone for the remainder of my stay. I got change from a host and gave him the exact amount of the bill with no tip. Service like that makes tipping not so common anymore. I tip when service is provided. No complaints here ! We arrived on a Saturday for lunch at around noon. We choose to sit in the bar area. The restaurant was not very busy. Our waitress (wish I knew her name) was super awesome !!! She was also working as the bartender I think. She was friendly and super helpful with deciding on which item to order. Hubby decided on the "3 for $10" special. He chose chili (which added $1) and the bacon burger with fries. And ice tea. He absolutely loved the chili. It didn't have any beans. I tasted it and it was pretty good. His burger (see the pic) was superb ! He went on and on about how good it was and even the fries were delicious. I had the grilled chicken Caesar salad. I wish I had ask for the dressing on the side (that was my bad). The salad was fresh and delicious. Exactly what I was craving. Since we are Chili's Rewards members (why wouldn't you be) we got a FREE dessert. The chocolate molten cake with ice cream just can't be beat. We will be back !!! read more

My first visit to this location in the Holly Springs Shopping Center at the Target end. I was seated right away, no wait, but I was here before 5:00. My waitress came right away and was polite and cheerful. She took my order and someone else brought my drink quickly. My food came out quickly as well. I was there on Fajita Day, so I chose shrimp and chicken fajita's. The pan was sizzling when it came out. A small dish of pico, sour cream and cheese and four tortilla's, rice and a small dish of black beans arrived. Everything was hot, there was plenty of meat, peppers and onions on the platter. The shrimp were way too spicy....too many hot spices....but the chicken was good. The rice had a strange taste...maybe scorched? Not sure what was wrong there, but did not eat it. The beans were ok, glad they were not spicy as they helped me eat the shrimp. The over spiced shrimp and the lack of enough condiments were the reason for my three stars. The place was clean and my server was great. She checked on me several times and brought another tea quickly. read more

This is my second visit during phase 2. I have to say I've been disappointed with my experience. Not sure why there's always a wait to be greeted, sat and delay for food when there is usually nobody in the building. Stopped in today and there was nobody at the front greeting. We made our way to the bar and nobody was there either. The bar top looked dirty, old drinks still on the counter and found a worker in the comer eating. A few minutes later the bartender came out. Very unfriendly, not welcoming and we were put off. We ordered our $5 margarita and left. This is the time where business needs to be on their game, friendliness and cleanliness. I've been here twice and I won't be back. Apex chili has the best bartender and friendly staff. Chili's was once a favorite for my wife and I, particularly for Saturday lunch. The Holly Springs location was terrible the last few times. Service was slow though they were not very busy. Our server seemed unfamiliar with the offerings. Several favorite items were no longer available. Portions have shrunk. A hamburger was unevenly cooked: my guess is from a frozen patty. Prices have risen precipitously. We had to flag down a server (ours had disappeared) to get soft drink refills and, later, to get the check. I wave not returned. read more

Soo lemme start off by saying this review is more so about the whole Chilis brand rather then this particular location....The service at this location was AMAZING! And the food was good! My issue is the portion sizes and the prices....I ordered the chicken crispers...I usually get the "3 for me" which is the old 2 for $20.....I got 3 tenders and let's just say I got more fingers and toes then fries!....and the price was wayy higher.... I used to come to this and other Chili's locations frequently but haven't been very satisfied here the past few visits. I assume they are facing the same challenges many other service industry businesses are facing, especially with not being able to hire or keep employees. I stopped here on 12/13/2022 for lunch and was very pleased. The food, prices and especially the service were outstanding!!! Not only our servers (a trainee was with a trainer), but other servers checked on our table periodically. Not my favorite Chili's location, I've definitely experienced better. We chose to do the 2 for $22, you get an appetizer and 2 entrees from a preselected menu. For the appetizer we chose the chips and guacamole and for the meals we chose the chicken fajitas and honey-chipotle chicken crispers. I love the chicken crispers with mashed potatoes instead of fries; however, the food was too salty and not as fresh. Service was good but a little on the slower side. Horrible service. Long wait times. Server ignored table. Hamburger was grossly over cooked and cheese was like a sheet of plastic off to the side. Manager came out but did nothing to remedy the complaint situation. They insisted payment for a totally disgusting service on Memorial Day 2018 served to a Veteran with no discounts, no ownership for gross negligence in poor service, nothing but sorry excuses. The service was non existent, the server was not interested, we waited at least 25 minutes until I actually got up and told them no one has been to our table yet. The food took forever to come out, they brought out my order but not my colleagues. He waited and waited, I waited for and additional item I requested and never received it! My colleague's food eventually arrived in a takeout box! The manager was called and she made an attempt to make an excuse, she did not charge us as we refused to pay for cold unappetizing food. I was completely surprised at the excellent service, good food, and total experience. Our party was 4 adults, 3 children below the age of 7. We were immediately seated and the wait staff was incredible through out the dinner. Keeping, chips, Salsa, kids drinks, bar service, etc. attended to was not an issue and handled promptly by the pleasant and cheerful waitress. She may be the worst sever ever to serve ever. She basically stood in a corner and I watched her flirt w the manager(I'd assume he was the manager) and another sever. In the 90 minutes we were there I NEVER saw her walk into the kitchen. That being said, I feel for the poor young lady food running. Every table had an order wrong. Mine had 2 of 3 wrong. She Had to hunt the server down for every wrong order. And still, this server never left her corner. I don't expect much from a chili's but, I can't imagine how much money this girl cost this place tonight. In food sent back!! And it wasn't busy! I'd rather be short staffed than have this incompetent girl work for me! Now let's talk about food. Their menu clearly states all salads are served with the dressing on the side. This is a lie! Mine was drenched in it. My husband is prob a human garbage can and will eat anything. He ordered a steak w mash and broccoli.
