She may be the worst sever ever to serve ever. She basically stood in a corner and I watched her flirt w the manager(I'd assume he was the manager) and another sever. In the 90 minutes we were there I NEVER saw her walk into the kitchen. That being said, I feel for the poor young lady food running. Every table had an order wrong. Mine had 2 of 3 wrong. She Had to hunt the server down for every wrong order. And still, this server never left her corner. Then it took multiple attempts to get drink refills. We had to order our 2 for $25 dinner desserts from the kiosk otherwise we never would have received it. Was a bit concerned with the reviews I read but I have to say everything was very good. From the moment we walked in and were greeted with a smile and seated promptly to the cleanliness of the restaurant . Our waiter, Alex was attentive, friendly and our meals all came out exactly as we ordered (we had 3 orders of the Santa Fe chicken salad and we each made changes to the items included). We also had an order of pick three, loaded fries and a couple of pizza kids meals. No complaints. The unlimited chips and salsa was never empty and we were asked several times if we needed refills on our drinks as well. Not to mention visits from Adam, the manager on duty to see if all was good, which is always appreciated. Two of us had cocktails and they were both very good. Had a pleasant experience here. We sat in the bar area and received attentive service. When we first arrived around 4:30pm (Saturday evening) it wasn't busy at all. By the time we left (about an hour later) the place was packed! Our orders were accurate, and food brought out fresh and warm. I definitely enjoyed the $5 monthly marg which is the Red Nose Rita, and includes a red flashing light in the glass! My only complaint would be that it was cold inside the restaurant. read more

My husband and I came here over this weekend. We were sat with a sweet lady wearing cat ears. She was extremely kind and a good server. We did have a problem with incorrect food coming out. We were told it would be right back out correctly and it came out again... incorrect! My husband and I ended up asking for a manager. Upon his arrival 15 minutes later, this manager acted like my husband and I were inconveniencing him. He rolled his eyes after we spoke and offered us a discount basically to just get us to be quiet. He never apologized or anything. I felt completely disrespected and I am so unhappy with my manager experience. The dining room was relatively busy but not anything I would think would make that manager treat us like we ruined his night. So we went to Chili's in Holly Springs tonight for dinner. They sat us pretty quick witch is surprising. Normally there is a wait with 15 tables open. So the waiter comes to the table to take our order. We get the chips and salsa and drinks like always. Then the waiter came to take our food order. We told him everything we wanted and didn't want. We waited and waited and waited and waited. The waiter walked by and I asked where my soup was. Next thing I know the food comes out the whole order is completely wrong. So the kid and I say kid. Retakes the order and the right food comes out half ass. Now if you were a manager at a restaurant and the waiter messes up on a order would go to the table an apologized for the mix up. Well the manager didn't. So went to pay the bill and there was 2 bills on the kiosk thing. So I asked to talk to the manager. Well when the manager walked up he already had a attitude. So I let him know that there 2 bills at our table and the top one needed to be removed. He didn't let me finish so I called him back and proceeded to tell him the service and the food both sucked. So he stumped away like a 2 year old. After he walked away I went into the kiosk to pay our bill and both of them were gone. He walks back with the same attitude that he had at the beginning and said to us I took care of the bill. So we walked out. That was by far the worst experience we ever had at this chili's. I have come to this location many times and this has been by far the worst visit. When we walked in, we were told we would be better off in the bar area as there was no wait. We found an open table but it had 3 sets of menus and 3 sets of condiments on them, so we moved it by ourselves. There were open tables, but they were all cluttered with previous tables items. We were at our table for a good 15 minutes before anyone checked on us. We ordered and while we were looking around not only were the tables cluttered but so was the bar area(for our whole visit), I almost didn't order a drink. When our appetizer came out it was served in a takeout container, which is odd since we were dining in. It was most likely due to no one clearing the tables, so they improvised with takeout containers. Then another table that was in the bar area had to get up from her table twice to get her own mixed drink, since her server was nowhere to be seen. Very sad to see the decline of this location, most likely will not return. read more

Single-handedly the worst dining and waitstaff and management experience I've had, ever.... 12:15pm on a Sunday and there were only about 10 tables full. We had a group of 9, and having worked food service, made sure we told the waitress when we sat and we sat to make tickets easy. Things started off okay, drinks were slow, but she mentioned the GM was bar-tending b/c they were short staffed-- no big deal. Then, about 20 minutes after we ordered she comes and says "oh I just rang the food in just now, you had a lot of exceptions" We didn't, unless "dressing on the side" is "too much" for this place.... By 1:30pm, folks were more than restless. I got up and walked to the bar to inquire with the GM.... He apologized and said he'd check on it, and when I described who my waitress was he cringed (why put a cringeworthy waitress on a large table?? why keep her on staff??). He promised he'd "make it up to us" and bring my kid (who requested this place for his birthday) "some great swag" at 1:50, we finally got food. Some was cold. None was all that great. The kids had sliders, and they were all 1 burger patty cut into 4s, not even individually made. THEN... it took another 20 minutes after we finished to get the dessert for my kid for his birthday. We asked 3 times for checks while we waited and didn't get them. GM's "swag" was a pair of chili's sunglasses. The worst part was when we finally DID get our checks at 2:30pm, the waitress proceeded to stand over a family member as he pulled out his wallet, rather than go run the 3 other tickets and get his when he was ready. I was very displeased when my fiancé and I was greeted by the host at this location. You can tell he hates he's job. All he did was seat us and just how he walked us to the table I felt so unwelcome. Took my daughter there for a dinner to be followed by a movie. Told it was a 15-20 minute wait, which was understandable for 6pm on a saturday night. What wasnt understandable was the 30 min wait while we literally counted 12 open tables not being filled. Of those 12, 4 had been recently vacated and not being bussed for over 10 mins. We had to wait another 10 mins for our server to take our drink and food order. We ate but a few bites before we had to ask for it to go in order to make our show. Then we sat for another 15 min still to have no one come to us and have the host come by and find that our waitress still had not come. I've worked in the industry and am patient, but after watching what must have been every sever on shift on Sunday afternoon walk by at least 3 times, we left. Went with my family for lunch. We all got something different- including from the kids menu- and we were all very satisfied. Service was WONDERFUL and very attentive. I believe her name was Aaliyah- a black girl with black hair and glasses if I remember correctly- she was the nicest waitress I have had in the history of any restaurant. She was very understanding of our inexperience with the restaurant and was prepared for any questions we had and any requests she personally fulfilled. Very lovely woman!! Went tonight to have dinner with the family. This location has been open about a week. Our waiter did well enough for his first week. It looked like other servers in the area where helping out. We decided to have the 2 for $20 dinner combo. We picked the fresh guacamole for our appetizer. It was a little small, didn't have that much flavor to me. I like a little kick to my guacamole. My lovely and talented wife picked out the chicken bacon cheese. Not much bacon, wasn't as filling as we thought it would be. I picked the Cajan chicken pasta, I would swear that a Yankee came up with this dish! No spice, no kick, it actually reminded me of a vodka sauce. Kids had the "kids" bacon cheeseburger and pizza. They both liked there dinners. I signed up for the Chili's reward program thingy. We will see how that works out. I think we will go again and get the $35 dinner for two. The food is like any other chili's. The meals here aren't special, but they are good. We went in expecting a decent meal for a great price and that's what we got. We split the 2 for $35, which in my opinion is a fantastic deal. We used their call ahead seating option and our table was ready immediately when we got there. (Yippppeeee for us!). We were sat in the bar area and even though we had one server assigned to us there were three young men working the section and they were all very nice and were more than happy to help us with anything we needed. They were very sweet and patient with my daughter and even joked with her. When she ordered desert she asked him to surprise her with anything but the cinnamon skillet. He brought her the chocolate cookie skillet, his personal favorite, and she couldn't have been happier. Good option for a family date night. read more

I ordered the lunch chicken fajitas, and it had 3 thin strips of chicken with a bunch of vegetables. Wast even enough chicken to feed a 5 year old nevermind a grown up. On top of that it was warm at best, no sizzle. My daughter ordered the kids Mac and cheese and I was cold as well. Just had a very bad lunch experience, server was great but food was horrible. We ordered 3 lunch fajitas and they came out not sizzling but ice cold totally ruined lunch.
