    Witches brew margarita
    Jaime O.

We stopped in for a drink to avoid traffic and what a great idea! We sat at the bar and our bartender Magic was wonderful! So attentive, talkative and kind! We ordered drinks and the seasonal Witches brew margarita. Wow, that was tasty! It was around 430, so the bar wasn't too packed, but was starting to get busy as we were leaving around 530. We ordered to-go dinners and the salad and tenders we got were still hot when we got home. I appreciate the no pressure bar service and how fast our food arrived once we ordered it.

The food was hot and fresh, the service was on point. They held the door for us and welcomed us when we arrived. Sat immediately and had drinks in 2-3 mins, food was out in about 10-12 mins and was way better than I remembered. This location has stepped their game up, give them a try!

Chili's Happy Hour bites are a delightful journey for the taste buds! The Southwest chicken eggrolls, paired with avocado ranch, are a crunchy delight. The Nashville hot crispers and Chicken sliders offer a perfect balance of spice and flavor. As for the main course, the Margarita Chicken is a standout. The light and zesty cilantro lime flavors blend seamlessly, creating a refreshing experience. Served over a bed of comforting black beans and topped with tortilla strips, the perfectly grilled chicken elevates the dish. Chili's reputation for affordable and innovative margaritas is very well deserved. The seasonal flavors add a twist, but the classics maintain their timeless appeal. A visit for happy hour is ALWAYS a good idea. Not to mention there are happy hour prices at the bar anytime a football game is on!

We had a lot in common. It was good to chat face to face today!

I finally go to meet up with my friend Sri! He chose this location for us to meet up, since he was passing through town. It's always nice to meet friends face to face. I ordered a margarita and a chicken salad for myself and a steak quesadilla to take home. I wanted sit at the bar. The bar was pretty busy for one girl to handle, but she was doing it. Sri and I had great drinks, food and conversation today. I ended up getting a second margarita-I did not know it was happy hour and BOGO. Sure, why not? It was good to unwind after a long day at work. Pros:It looks like Sri is fond of the place, so it has to be good! Bogo margarita. Waitstaff was helpful. Cons: the cute little Kiosks-a lot of them needed batteries. Perks: Thanks going out to Sri for introducing me to this fun location.

the waitress Ariana was very kind and was on point to check my table for service and needs and sauces , her team members also asked me if how is everything and that's great to have back up. My dinner was delicious definitely gonna come back .

I would have rated them a 1 Star if it wasn't for the server I haven't been to this location in a while. It is one of their remodeled in the new decor restaurants, so it has a vibrant up to date aura, and they were very busy. We sat at a high-top in the bar. Our server was excellent, very skilled, friendly and attentive. It took about 45 minutes after our arrival for our entrees to arrive. The server kept our drinks full and offered to bring us a refill of chips and salsa to pass the time. I ordered the Margarita grilled chicken and when the food finally arrived, the chicken was COLD, not lukewarm, COLD, like they took it out of the fridge and put it in the microwave, but not long enough. The kitchen had piled it high with tortilla strips, possibly in an effort to mask the unappealing chicken. The manager came over to ask how everything was, and since we didn't have much time, I refused his offer to bring out a replacement and told him I would bring it home. This is my second Chilis trip in the last month and the other location also had lackluster food. I wish that they would get their act together, as I used to enjoy their happy hours.

After a very long day of work my fiancé and I just wanted to grab some food and a drink, we should have just stayed home. Our experience started off great, the host was so sweet and happy to see us when we walked in the door which was actually a really nice surprise. We sat at a booth and our waiter Noah came right over and greeted us, asked how we were doing and if we needed any help or suggestions. We decided to get some bogo margaritas while we tried to figure out what we wanted to eat. Noah gave us plenty of time to make up our mind and helped us make some choices. Finally we chose to do the $25 for 2 deal so we could get an appetizer entree and dessert. Appetizer: chips and guacamole - it was a good choice My entree: Cajun chicken pasta - not good, the chicken was chewy, the pasta was cold and for something to be described as Cajun I feel like it should have some kind of taste. His entree: honey chipotle chicken crispers - not great, in one of his chicken crispers my fiancé found a macaroni noodle..... neither of us ordered macaroni. The chicken was also dry and the fries were cold and a little rubbery. Desert: cookie skillet - it's a warm cookie with ice cream you can't mess that up! Drinks: margaritas - I ordered the $5 marg which was pretty good but there was no way I could have had more than one it was too sweet, we also ordered the bogo margs which were not really that good call me a lush but I like my margaritas to taste like they have some alcohol in them not just margarita mix. If I'm being honest if it were not for Chili's excellent staff I would have rated it 1 star, the food was that bad.

Quesadilla Explosion Salad (with the chicken on the side instead of on it as it should be)
    Kelly M.

Well.... I guess every Chilis is not the same. I ordered a Quesadilla Explosion Salad which I've ordered many times in the past at a different Chili's and I had to point out that my salad that was supposed to have chicken had NO chicken. My chicken came out after quite a long wait and it was on a separate plate. Kind of odd that there was no apology for bringing me half of my food and then not serving it as it's supposed to be served. I'd like to say good service made up for it but....I had to clear our table of the dirty plates and was still waiting for the drink refill I asked for and never got! Not a great visit, there are plenty of other restaurants in the Bartram Park area that you may want to try instead of this particular Chili's.

Wait...What... 4 stars at Chili's what's going on!!! But hey I'll say it I have never had a bad time at this Chili's. This time I did the 3 for $10 deal which comes with a fountain drink, soup or salad and entree. I got the Chicken Enchilada Soup and the Honey Chipotle Chicken Crispers. I of course had to start with some buy one get one margaritas cause you know "When at Chili's". My soup soon came out and I will say I have always been a fan of the Chicken Enchilada Soup. Honestly probably one of the 3 best I have ever had. Next to the entree. The Honey Chipotle Chicken Crispers, they have never let me down and always a great serving size, plus their ranch is the best. I got 2 sides, fries and upped my other to Mexican Street Corn (which was the only thing that wasn't good, a little over cooked). I will be back to this Chili's as service and food were good. Plus I live down the street so that helps and they are open late.

When we first arrived, the hostess stayed on her phone for quite a while before acknowledging us and simply told us to sit wherever. After being seated, one of the waitresses stopped by only once to ask where the rest of our party was. Once they arrived, we were not served at all during the entire hour we sat at the table. We eventually had to go to the bar just to get drinks, and the bartender was the only friendly and attentive person we encountered the whole night. We also tried to play pool. We got dollars from the bartender and went to a table, but a very intoxicated woman claimed the table was "hers," even though she had not paid and was waiting for someone else to give her money for it. No staff stepped in to manage the situation. After one drink, we decided it was best to leave. Unfortunately, the lack of service and overall atmosphere made this a very poor experience.

My fried chicken sandwich was well-cooked but a little salty. My husband's mango habanero wings weren't spicy, but he still liked them. Drinks were hit or miss. The spicy margarita had heat but no sweetness (not my favorite), and the espresso martini leaned more bitter than balanced. I also got a chocolate martini that was good. My hubby ordered a Elijah Craig whisky flight for $24. He liked the opportunity to explore different whiskeys. The service was good considering homeboy was tending the bar AND running around being the waiter for every table (he was the only waiter/bartender). He held it down! Bathrooms were clean, automatic points there. Overall, a solid spot for a fun night out.

I'll let the photos from other reviews do the talking, but if you enjoy a good backstory, ask about the history of the space. My mission for the night was simple: end the evening with a great gin cocktail. I started with the Donna Bella from the menu. It was well made, but I thought the bitters were a little too forward for my taste. Next, I asked for an off-menu modification: a Water Lily for Teresa, but made with Roku Gin. It was a strong contender--aromatic, balanced, and beautifully floral. If you're a fan of a French 75, this is a fun cocktail to explore. It's less citrus-forward and leans into a floral profile with a character that's hard to compare to anything else. For the final round, I went with bartender's choice. Mick asked a few questions about my flavor preferences and absolutely nailed it. They crafted a cocktail with Roku gin, snap pea cordial, aloe liqueur, egg white, lemon simple, mint, and citrus that was easily the highlight of the night. Fresh, layered, and memorable, it's a drink that deserves a permanent spot on the menu....Mission accomplished. If you're willing to wander beyond the barbershop business front and you consider yourself a spirit explorer, Volstead is well worth the visit. Go for a round...or two. If you're local, this could easily become your staple spot. For what it is, strong craft cocktail bar option. Bartenders choice is the way to go.

Just some information to know it is primarily a bar, they only have about 6 appetizers to order from. The appetizers were good and came out very quickly. The first thing that caught my attention was the amount of times they put food down at our table we did not order after about the 3rd or 4th time of this happening it seemed to be something they do to up the bill in hopes you don't notice. The second thing that thoroughly surprised and bothered me was after ordering another round of drinks, the second the drink was put at our table the waitress came over to check us out. No one had asked for the bill so we were all confused as to why we were being told we needed to close out, especially since we had just ordered more drinks. The waitress tells our party they have another reservation coming and they need our table... We all scramble quickly to leave so there's no issue and once we were outside that's when we realized there was no time limit on our table nor did anyone ask to close out the tab. Thankfully the hula dancers and our own group made the experience great however this place is very clearly a money grab and should not be accepting more reservations than can be handled as it completely ruined the end of our experience.

We ordered food including Aloha Sliders, Huli Huli Wings , and Furikake Fries. Food was good, would've loved more of the glaze on the mini burgers tho! The drinks we ordered included Mai Tai (rum based w/ orange ) and Halekulani (bourbon with pineapple orange and lemon) , these were delicious. A bit on pricey side but strong! But, you're paying for the presentation and the atmosphere! If you've ever been to the old tiki lounge off baymeadows from years past, this one is much better! The entire staff is so cool.
