Had dinner at the Chili's located in Kingman Arizona, what an experience, the staff and management are phenomenal, parking lot was packed, it was Friday night (July 17th), there was a line, waited only a few minutes, we couldn't believe the service that they were doing, seemed like everyone was helping each other, we received our drink order while we were still ordering our food, everyone was very friendly, food was fantastic, just a great time, not one complaint, they attended to every request! Very impressive how things are ran in this establishment. I wish the Chili's near us was this good. They need to model all after this one. Thank you for a great experience and will definitely be back when we are near Kingman Arizona. I live in California and never had anything like this and I have been to many of them. Just walked out of this restaurant after waiting for 12 minutes for a waitress to even get our drink order. We were at table 27 on 8/29/26 at around 5:20 pm. They weren't even busy at all. Multiple people came in after us and were seated in the same section by us. The female waitress got their drink orders immediately but ignored us like we were invisible. This happened 02/1702026 at 3:45pm. I placed an online order for a double burger with cheese from Chili's and had a great experience just two days ago with curbside pickup--no issues at all. The total was $24.78, and everything went smoothly. Today, I placed the exact same order. When I arrived, I called to let them know I was there, as I had done previously. This time, I was told that since COVID, they no longer offer curbside service and that I would need to come inside. I explained that I wasn't aware of this policy, especially since I had just received curbside service two days earlier. I also told them that my legs don't work and I'm unable to go inside. After going back and forth, I asked what the solution was, and I was told I could get a refund. So the initial response was essentially to cancel my order, issue a refund and throw away a $25 burger rather than walk it out to me. Shortly after, the manager called me and came outside to speak with me. I again explained the situation--that I didn't know about the policy and that I am handicapped and unable to walk inside. At that point, he amended the policy, telling me that in the future I would need to specifically state that I cannot walk when I call, and then they would bring the order out. While I appreciate that the manager ultimately came out and resolved the situation, the experience was frustrating and unnecessary. Policies should be applied consistently, and accommodations for customers with disabilities shouldn't require an argument or special explanation beyond the obvious. In the end, I did receive my order, but the overall experience left a bad impression. Unfortunately, I won't be returning. read more

Awesome food. I got a Old Timer with fries delivered to my house, and the buns weren't soggy, the fries weren't either, and the new delivery boxes were nice. Service was as good as the food. DoorDash got my order within 20 ish minutes. The menu was very clear except for the part where it had a separate customizing menu (?) Ambiance was great. Every time we go to Chili's here in Kingman everyone is so nice. We love their Three for Me special! Since we joined their email group we get chips and salsa for free. We buy their gift cards when they are available, which works out to be a 20% discount. And on top of that we get a senior discount. There are no fast food restaurants that can compare to the quality of Chili's burgers or any of their food items. And with their excellent discounts none of them can compare financially either. The meat was average for taste and texture. I have to admit that I've had better chicken from a store bought bag. It didn't have flavor and tasted as if they processed the hell out of it. The drink was average too. I guess I should know better than to get an old fashion. This isn't Chili's speciality. Everytime I order one when I visit, it is a disappointment. Often my friend and I would stop here for a burger when we were in Kingman buying stuff. They always had a decent burger and we sat at the bar. The last two times we were there there was a different bartender. She made a Margarita for me and it was horrible. Sent it back. Both of the last two times with this bartender It took a really long time to get our meals. From where we were sitting we could see our burgers sitting on the shelf in the kitchen. Both times she would disappear for long periods of time. We have to ask twice about our food and finally, both times, it arrived. Living in Kingman, AZ we don't a a lot of options going out. But every time we go to Chili's it's always really good and the prices haven't gone up as much as all the rest. We've been to the Kingman location quit a few times and have never had a bad meal. Very consistent. Probably the best chain restaurant with Outback and Salt Grass left that's always consistent. Always leave feeling you didn't ripped off with shitty food, outrageous price and service. I will always be loyal to Chili's. read more

I ordered medium rare but got an overcooked burger (more medium well) but the avocado was fresh. The bunch of as okay too. Not much flavor and pretty dry compared to how I like my burgers - juicy. The hardest thing for me was the spicy heat - just flaming hot. I like a bit of hot but this thing blew me away. I was sweating on the first bite, just miserable trying to get through it. Boo!! Let's begin with curbside pickup....."sit back we'll come to you." Waited 15 minutes, had a pickup scheduled for 12:50pm got there at 12:50 for curbside. Now I was thinking it's highly possible they are busy, it's a Saturday afternoon, so I decided to no longer sit back and I'll go to them. No biggie. Ahhh...the girl was sitting at the to go counter and our food was ready, ok cool. Let's grab it and eat real quick. Ok, wife's salad was meh. She added avocado and paid the extra dollar. The avocado was brown and softish overly ripe. Not sure how line cook thinks that's ok to send. If you don't have fresh produce, let the guest know, don't send booty produce. I got the chicken tenders, usually good. My first time taking to go. Never again. Chicken must have been ready to go a while. It was cold and the to go box got the tenders super soggy. Ate 1 and couldn't eat anymore. Also, I'm questioning if was in the fryer long enough. They were different shades of fried and the lighter ones were kinda doughy inside. Not sure if they batter themselves or they come in pre battered, but I'm pretty sure a few weren't cooked long enough. Ordered from them over Doordash a bit ago, asked for medium rare and got straight raw (the second pic) and most of it was also just fat. Got a refund and tried again (first pic) but not only did I seemingly get an entirely different cut of steak (this one being super super thin compared to the first one) but it was well done I contacted the restaurant about it when it happened and they tried to tell me they made sure it was fine before sending it despite the 'test cuts' I saw on the second steak all showing well done by the time I got it All in all the times I've been here they always have to redo my steak, my friend putting it best: They are only good at well done, if you ask for anything else you aren't gonna be happy read more

Horrible. If I could give it a zero, I would, but I can't, so for that reason I give it a 1. After waiting a while the waitress informed us they were out of Damn near everything on the menu including chili. Why even stay open. They were out of tap beer and the water tasted like mold/ mildew to the point I couldn't drink it. I ordered a lemonade to try and rinse out the taste and I could still taste the water in the lemonade. The nachos were disgusting and I'm not sure the beef they added was still good. They were greasy and disgusting even by chilis standards. My chicken was absolutely bland and flavorless so they must have been out of spices too. My girlfriend ordered fajitas that included mushrooms and some other ingredients that weren't even listed on the menu as ingredients and made the meal inedible for her. We have the rewards program which you used to be able to accumulate rewards but now you have like 2-3 days to redeem or you lose them, so it's basically useless now.
