I have gone to chili's in many cities. I just moved to kingman and decided to treat my mom and niece to dinner. As I know the times are tough currently but this was one of the most disappointing and disgusting meals I have ever had. The Texas cheese fries were so cold and old it was a literal brick that couldn't be pulled apart even after reheating. The chicken crispers were cold and were hard to cut. The corn on the cob wasn't even cooked all the way. And the 5$ bag of chips was absolutely ridiculous. So sad. I love chili's but this left a bad taste in my mouth for sure. I have a Service Dog she is 4 lbs 8 oz I'm am disabled she is trained to stay in my lap and arms at all time except when we are home. I have a weak right sternum right collarbone is to short and a right shoulder that needs to be replaced along with 9 surgeries people see my dog before me this is why she is a service dog. Well today I was told that she had to be put on the floor never before has she ever been told to be put on the floor Anywhere! So I did put her in a carrier but still would not put her on the floor it's dirty and I don't need to get sick for it's dangerous if I cough and if she catches something from the floor and I catch it! She sits and then lays down and you don't know she's on my lap till I leave! So it was very uncomfortable after I was told. Then the bill was way over priced we ordered 2 10.99 specials my husband added a beer. Well when I got home and bought up the bill I was charged for chips and a soup which chip were my rewards and they added another chip and soup was included in the price! This Chilli's needs a rehab. The seats are in bad shape and the floor and tables were dirty. Tables must have been wiped down with a dirty cloth. We ordered chips and salsa. The salsa was like red water, absolutely terrible. The chips are paper thin. OK if you like them that way. I ordered a burger and my wife ordered a sandwich. Both of these were really good. Had dinner here on Wednesday and it was horrible food! The salad was just Lettuce on a large plate that looked thrown together. When the food did come, my street corn was corn cover in salt and nothing else. My ribs definitely didn't fall off the bone as a matter of fact the meat was still pink and raw. The plate also had chicken cripsers which were totally misnamed because they were breaded and microwaved with not crispy at all. They were not edible. My son ordered Chicken and asked for it to be cook well. I don't think chicken should be pink in the middle. On the other hand my daughter-in-law order mediun-rare steak which was well done. I understand COVID has created complications in the service industry but take longer, explain to the customer that there is slower service so they can make a choice to stay or go but don't rush out raw food! read more

We ordered a bacon cheeseburger and a southwest chicken salad. The burger was delicious. The salads used to come in bowls and now come on a plate making it a small salad. It was drowning in dressing. The bathroom has three stalls and the second one doesn't have a lock. The first one has the tp holding hanging on one screw. One of the soap dispensers was empty. The wings were great! The Cesar salad was very bad! It was mixed limp greens, not tossed! With bagged crouton and side of bottled dressing! Big disappointment! My husband and I went for our 45th anniversary - and what a disappointment. I ordered a ribeye, my husband a sirloin. Instead of medium rare, we both received well done chewy thin steaks. Vegetables were limp and tasteless. Chips and salsa were great, as were the blossom petals and dessert. Paid good money for the meal, and we were very disappointed. I wanted to sent our meals back, but my husband didn't want me to, so I wound up not eating the steak or broccoli. I should have just embarrassed my husband, and told our waiter I wasn't happy with our meals. He hates bringing attention to himself or us. Next time we'll eat somewhere else. Later they brought us a high chair and after prompting the wait staff we were allowed us to rotate out table and join two table together. Went in on Tuesday for a work lunch and enjoyed the meal. The reason for the low rating is the service was absolutely terrible. The first time the waiter was seen was the second to last time. A different server brought our appetizer, meal, and refilled our drinks only when the meal was ready (which was incorrect). A significant amount of time passed until we had to flag down a different waitress to pay the check as we had finished our meal and the bill was not even entered into the tabletop bill pay. The flagged down server also brought us an additional refill and the checks. Only did our server come back to collect the cash I paid. Chain food, but if you want refills or need anything during your meal this is not the place for you. We placed an order for pick up. I know things are hectic, right now, but the food was awful. The portions were very small. The bread was soggy, as if it had been sitting for a while, even though we picked up as soon as it was ready. My wife is allergic to pork, and specifically asked for NO bacon, and it looks like they actually added extra bacon. My son asked for no avocado, and there was avocado both inside and under the bun of his sandwich. The mashed potatoes were dry and had a strange taste. We spent over $40 on a lousy meal, and will have to make something else for dinner. Absolute waste of money. Don't bother reaching out to fix this. We won't be returning and if anyone asks for a good place to eat in Kingman, we will be sure to tell them to avoid Chili's. We are thoroughly disgusted from this experience. read more

She had many tables and was doing the best she could. Now let's start with the drinks, I'm pretty sure their "COVID" measures are pretty much useless as they do not even bother cleaning the glasses they bring your drinks in. Check out the scratch marks I made in the pic. If my tea that was NOT to the top made that crusted mess, that's nasty. Now to the food not exactly cooked properly so unless this company has lowered its standards also for "COVID", I stand beside previous reviews stating they should not be in business. I had ordered to pick up and I have to say it was the worst chilis I've ever had. I ordered the older timer burger with bacon and asked for no pink and when I got it the burger was rare. I ordered a corn on the cob and it was so cold that that some of the corn was still frozen. The enchilada soup had so much salt in it that I couldn't eat it. My wife's food was just as bad as mine. We frequent Chili's often in the Mesa area! Traveling from Northern Idaho to our home in Chandler,Az, we decided to spend the night in Kingman. Hungry, and wanting a place that served a cocktail also, we went to the old standby, Chili's. We were "non" greeted by a teenage hostess who was as rude as they come! We went to the bar as there was a list waiting for tables. We have lived in AZ for over 35 years, so we are well aware of the new COVID laws. One barstool available, so I sat and my husband stood behind me, only to be told by the bartender he couldn't be there. A couple told us that they were leaving and we could have their seats. My husband put his mask back on and went to stand by the door, until the seats were free. The very rude hostess informed him that he would have to wait outside all the while chatting to two other teens with new masks on. He was definitely more than 6 ft away, while they were giggling and talking right next to each other. Meanwhile, I used the restroom that was filthy with TP and paper towels all over the floor! I traveled thru 4 states, stopping at gas stations and truck stops, that were spotless! Shame on Chili's! I won't go back!!! read more

Ummm. It was like no decent taco I'd ever had, and I've had some bad ones. Luckily, my friend had a 10 year old son with a hollow leg. 2006. Meet there for lunch with a blind date. Can't remember what I had (but I didn't go back). 2011, I work for a Kingman doctor who always asked the drug reps to bring Chili's. All I would get was a soda. Called on the carpet and told I had to order something. Ok, salad. The ingredients were chopped so fine, they fell through the tines if the fork. Really??? Today, I got the 6 oz sirloin. Overcooked. Potatoes? Overcooked and not seasoned. Corn? On a flimsy little skewer. It had been booked to death. The kernels had actually burst, draining all their goodness into the boiling water. Never again.
