Def 1.5 experience. I ordered food to go and the food itself was okay, it was cold when it was handed to me and ice cold by the time I got home. I had to reheat everything. Then I didn't get sauce for the onion petals. They gave me wayyy too much ranch and honey mustard but nothing for the petals - even after I asked. Also the queso was like half way filled of lukewarm queso and I got maybe 10 onion petals. The lady who also took my order via phone was rude and not helpful. Just super disappointed. Not a happy experience today. Celebrating the birthday of my sister-in-law and there are 14 of us. We were told the edit would be an hour and that was pretty accurate. We waited patiently. Instead of seating us at tables turned to make one long one to seat everyone, the manager made the decision to spilt us across 3 tables. Mind you the area with the tables that could be put together is still empty. Apparently, no one want to work on this holiday and I can understand out. I tried to explain to the manager that the same level of effort is required for the waitress to service our group at the long table or split asking 3. She came up with a few somewhat lame excuses why we couldn't be moved, and was steadfast on her decision. Somehow, I thought the customer might catered to since we are about to purchase 14 meals and drinks. I think I would bend over backwards to show that customer Chili's appreciates that business on a Monday. O'Charley's had the same wait time and would have seated us together, but we choose to hang out and wait for the birthday girl's choice of restaurants. Had Chili's bothered to tell us ahead of time that we couldn't be seated together, we would have taken our business elsewhere (O'Charley's). I don't think after telling a customer they couldn't be together I would ask if they still wanted to be served. I guess the manager grew tired of dreaming up excuses why our party couldn't be seated together. I'll remember this and the next in this group to have a birthday, Chili's and this style of management will not be on our list. read more

What a shift in customer service. Only three and a half years ago I gave this place a great review and it earned it. Now that has changed and it has earned this negative review. The last few times I have been there something was wrong or just bad. Today I had the worst customer service experience I have ever had. If this person worked for me I would have fired them on the spot. What should have been a simple question turned into a person just parroting an answer that some manager put in their head and not actually listening to my problem. It's our fault for going in the first place. But we decided to try it, knowing how bad it was five years ago. Our poor server was working for over twenty people (don't sit in the bar). We ordered club soda, and we got refills of water (charged for soft drinks). Ordered rice and beans, got fries. Ordered sliders, stale bread and no sauce. Nobody came to ask if our order was alright. I used to really like chilis but over the years their menu has changed and now the only thing I find worth the terrible service is the queso dip. My partner and I have only been going to the carry out to get dip and every time we have to wait at least 5 minutes before the person standing at the takout counter even acknowledges us. This is always the same guy and he appears to be a manager. One time after waiting to be helped he made us wait longer while he went to get someone else to take our order. This time we tried to call it in in advance and this guy wouldn't even take the order over the phone because we were only ordering the dip. I'm really dissapointed. read more

There are 3 main parts of every visit and review, the Food, The Staff and the Site. The Site is like most Chili's and fine. The Food is traditional Chili's Food which was good especially the new Short Rib Enchiladas (us Germans love Short Ribs ;)). The Service by BEN was Phenomenal! He was patient and attentive at the same time always taking care of us as we had a nearly 20 year reunion with an old friend and business associate. Way to go BEN! The food here is good for a chain restaurant it's close to work so its great for a fast lunch. Friendly staff never had any trouble getting a seat or with the quality of food. read more

My first time eating at a Chili's. I'd have to say that, like most chains, there's nothing much to make this distinguishable from the Red Robins, Applebee's and TGI Fridays out there. Why there's one of these and TGI Friday's next door to each other is beyond me. I had ribs which were better than I expected. My drink was weak which was no surprise but was surprised that this was the most expensive drink during my whole trip (not counting the airport). So this was our second time visiting this Chili's. First time we came we didn't have any complaints. This time however was a whole different story. We came here at around 3 pm, it was my daughter, husband and myself and at first glance the place looked busy. There were people waiting to be seated and we were told that the wait time was going to be 15 minutes. We sat down and waited which was a whole lot longer than 15 minutes. Looking around at the restaurant they were plenty of tables open, so I didn't understand why anyone had to wait for a table. Anyhow we got seated and our waiter seemed to be in a rush, asking if we wanted to order right as we sat down without even looking at the menu. We told him we needed a minute and he took our drink order and asked if we wanted to order then, my husband hadn't even opened his menu yet. We told him again we needed a minute, not sure if this guy was getting ready to clock out or what but he was very much in a rush. We placed our orders for appetizers and entrees, for apps we ordered the bottomless chips and the fried pickles.....all I can say is salt lick. The chips were overly salted and so were the pickles not to mention that the pickles we poorly breaded because all the breading was falling of the pickle itself. So that was disappointing but we waited for our entrees which took forever to come out. Our waiter was not very attentive as he never came to check on our table and water refills took an eternity. Our entree orders consisted of Ancho Salmon for my daughter, Smokehouse combo for my husband and I ordered the Cajun pasta. When entrees orders finally came out my husbands dish wasn't even complete as the waiter apparently forgot the fries that were suppose to come along with it. Don't bring out a dish unless it's actually completed. My husband gave the dish to the waiter telling him that he could bring it back when it was actually completed. I can only assume that a lady that came asking us if we were ok, without giving us the chance to answer before leaving was the manager. The food itself was not good. My daughter's salmon was cooked but too dry and my pasta didn't contain enough sauce it was way too dry along with the chicken. My husband had the combo with ribs, sausage and chicken. Again the chicken was overly salted like it had been sitting in the brine too long and it had a sour flavor because of the barbecue sauce, which tasted sour. The sausage was ok and the ribs tasted fine but they were dry, it's almost like the plate had been siting there for a while. The only highlight of the dish was the street corn and the 4 garlic pickles that came with it, which isn't saying much. So all in all food and service was terrible, wouldn't recommend. read more

Slowest server in history. 40 minute wait for food AFTER seated Steak ordered "very well done, no pink" was RED Nasty silverware -- multiple pieces Asked 3 people to turn down music. Literally could not hear person sitting touching shoulders at table. Seated next to counter full of dirty dishes which were finally being removed as we left. Order kiosk in the way on table, not enough room for it. Rest of food ok but nothing special. read more

I would have given this establishment a 4/5 were it not for the extremely obnoxious manager. The bartender(Andrea) is incredible and has always taken good care of us. The food is average for a chain sports bar, and the atmosphere among the other fans present on Sundays is generally very good. Since giving up NFL Sunday Ticket, my father and I have been coming to this location every weekend the Atlanta Falcons are not shown locally(note: almost always), and up till today Nov 1st, 2015 it has been a good experience. Today however, we were chastised on multiple occasions for various idiotic reasons. Firstly, we arrived early as usual to reserve our place at the bar and tune one of the televisions to the Falcons game. Since nobody had arrived and the Titans fans usually sit at the other end of the bar we were asked what other games we would like to have on the television. I want to make note that we were ASKED what other games we wanted to have broadcast, because other than the Atlanta game we don't care what else is on. We replied that we would like to see the Saints/Giants and Rams/49ers, and within moments were informed by the manager that "Titans fans will be upset if at least two screens weren't showing the Tennessee game." Long story short, Titans fans showed up for about one quarter of the game before getting up and leaving, at which point we were very kindly asked by a Steelers fan if we wouldn't mind tuning one of the FIVE screens available(two of which were still showing Tennessee being blown out) to the Steelers/Bengals game. Since my father and I have no preference other than Atlanta, we immediately agreed and wished the Steelers fans luck. Once both games were getting late in their progress, the Steelers fans were cheering rowdily as were my father and I. Rather than simply allow the positive atmosphere to pervade what few people were in the establishment, the manager rudely told my father and I to quiet down while blatantly ignoring the rest of the patrons who were being just as boisterous about their games. I have never in my life been treated in such rude fashion at a sports bar, and it seems the manager should be working in a library. Were it up to me, he would immediately be replaced by someone who understands the majority of his clientele, especially when my father and I spend upwards of sixty dollars on each visit and are dedicated customers. We were angry with his conduct, which I can only define as the opposite of customer service. I haven't been treated like a dollar sign in a long time, but it is very clear that is all we were to him. 2/5 Because the manager is a complete and total jerk. read more

This place is a disaster !!!! Heard about ten dollar specials on TV and went to find out if it was as wonderful as the commercials said. I ordered a small sirloin with mashed potatoes, broccoli and a small salad. I had my usual long rant with the waitress about NOT having any onions or garlic anywhere near my food and the waitress said that would be no problem. She lied !!!! Before she got all the way to my table with the food the stench of garlic was highly evident. I told her I could not and, would not eat it. After another long wait, another wait-person brought me my steak. It did not have any garlic and it was very tasty. But...........the damned mashed potatoes had a slew of spring onions spread all over them. I mentioned to him that I did not want any onions or garlic on my plate and he agreed that the dish is not what I ordered. Asked me if I wanted him to take it back and I declined. I was not offerred a discount and I would not have accepted one if it was offerred. Everytime I have went to chilis I have thoroughly enjoyed myself and was as satisfied as can be with my food, service, and quality as well as the price of the food. I have recommended chilis as a weekend destination and place for family fun to several friends as well as family members. I hope to have the privilege of being able to visit on a frequent basis now and for many years to come. First let me say I normally love this place and always had great service and food, however tonight we were seated to a table that was definitely not clean. We had to step aside and wait for it to be cleaned, which is OK but after we were seated we had to wait a while just to order drinks and a appetizer. I ordered the chips, salsa and spinach dip. The waitress walked by our table several times and finally came and took our order. When the appetizer arrived it was more cheese dip, I could not find the spinach. My daughter ordered the classic sirloin with grilled avocado and steamed broccoli. The steak was cooked perfectly however the steamed broccoli was under cooked and had no seasoning, she didn't eat it. My husband's old timer burger was perfect. Why did I rate it a 3 and not a 5, it's because the waitress was never around, ran out of drinks twice, no napkins, didn't ask until we were done if everything was OK with our food. Visited the restaurant 2/4/17 around 1pm and ended up leaving because of the lack of service. We opted to sit in the bar area and were several tables left not cleaned. The service from the waiter was nonexistent. He finally cleaned our table and took our drink order which consisted of 2 beers and an appetizer. 10 minutes later he brought our appetizer but still no beers. TERRIBLE! Order came out with wrong sides. Had to wait 15 mins for them to correct that. My "mash potatoes" looked like vomit and oatmeal made a baby. I couldn't move it with my fork. My steak was horrible. My husbands fries were cold. When I let the waitress know she tried to fix problems manager never came to check on us. Then the final straw happened for me. My sons macaroni and cheese had green spots in it at first I thought it was mold. I got up requested to speak with a manager. She came out and had an excuse for everything, I asked her to come to the table and look at my sons Mac. She said it was pre packed and that it wouldn't be there fault. When we got back to the table my husband was picking through it and noticed the green stuff all through it. It was cilantro. I don't know if they didn't clean the dish or if it got mixed in when they made it but still unacceptable and the manager seemed to agree at that point. She did take care of us and that would be the only reason a 1 is up there and I can't give a 0. read more
