I love coming here. But the moment we walked in, the hostess was very rude. Saying they had an hour wait time with closing of one hour. It didn't close for an hour and a half. When I say down I noticed my seat was wet and he said it was sanitizer and he never offered to wipe it. Another race sat down 20 mins after me and my friend and he wiped their chairs and even pulled one out for them to sit . They got their food and drinks before us. One of my favorites locations of chili's in Miami, I've been here 3 or more times for family celebrations this time we went for a welcoming dinner for a friend, they set our table in about 8 minutes earlier than the had told us when we arrived. Thee service that day was slow, our server was distracted or maybe tired, but after she took the order, our food and beverages were served promptly. The new fajitas are really great! We insisted that it did but in any event, we received no chips even though we had also ordered and paid for them. The manager (not very friendly) asked for our order information and said he would credit us for guac and chips. However, the credit never appeared, so we stopped ordering from this Chilis location and will only order from Chilis on 88th. Turning over tables as they usually do. 30min wait turned into 1hr and 15min. I don't mind waiting but the fact that we weren't updated on a longer waiting isn't fair nor courteous. We finally sit down and we don't have a wait staff. It wasn't until I signaled the manager that we were able to put an order in. This was 15min later. 30min afterwards and we still haven't been greeted with a waiter nor our drinks. Tony was supposed to be our waiter since we were placed in his section. Unfortunately he was not informed that he was supposed to attend to us. He was given a huge party prior to our arrival and should've been relieved with another waiter or waitress. This isn't fair to his tables nor him as a waiter. Bismark was the manager that attended to us and I would like to thank him for making sure everything got taken care of in the best timely manner possible. Construction inside the restaurant on the weekend is never a good idea. Need to get more waitstaff and properly train them. They didn't get mango tea mix correctly, lacked mango. The skillet queso came cold to the table, when we sent it back, it came back scorching, as if the kitchen staff was sending us to hell and wanted us to burn our tongues. I really wish I could this place NEGATIVE stars!! We were in the area and decided to grab an early dinner (6:30pm) on a Saturday night is early. We should have know as soon as we walked in the door that this was a bad decision or better said going to be a freaking nightmare. We had NO menus, silverware and couldn't place our hands anywhere on the table because it was soooo sticky. 10 minutes of sitting there and 2 high tops seated AFTER us - which had been served their beverages and started to order I went ahead and requested to speak to the manager. Holy moly what a freaking GEM!!!!! He basically was like what table are you at and left .... 10 minutes later still no server!!!!!! That's when I decided to end this ordeal and take my business elsewhere. People I know we can make stupid decisions when we're hungry for please please if you're in the area and needing to grab a bite take your business elsewhere.
