My daughter & I walked in with a not-so-friendly Hostess. She just pointed at a table in the Bar area (no utensils nor napkins on the table). The Bartender/waitress was friendly with a nice smile and we had to ask for utensils. When we got our salad it was from the hostess, our drinks were with another waitress. One of the worst chilis I have gone to. We came for some quick drinks before calling it a night after watching a movie at the nearby theater. Seats were dirty, table was sticky and plates and cutlery were dirty! We ended up not using plates or cutlery for our appetizers. Drinks were okay which is why they are receiving a star. My drink was good, I'm sorry I forgot the name of it. But that atleast was good. The food was salty. Funny thing is we told the server and she said, the drinks we got were sweet so it would cut the saltiness of the food. Lol. I cant! Literally chilis never lets me down. All their food is priced so well and it's delicious every-time. These chipotle crispers have a hold on me for sure. The sauce is just too good. We dined in yesterday for my husband birthday dinner. Our first time here and I got to say I'll rate it 7/10 I love the soup. The service was super fast for our party of 15 people. The waiter was really patient and also pointed us in the right direction to what I wanted to eat! Had the chicken sandwich which was big and juicy. 10/10 on that! my partner and i came here for a causal dinner date. just the two of us, we ordered triple dippers and it took an hour and 20 minutes for our food to come out. absolutely ridiculous, truly it is not the servers fault, the kitchen was backed up and they were very apologetic and accommodating. however, the food was lukewarm and subpar. our server was very nice and was offering anything she could to make up for the inconvenience. after everything, our little pay kiosk machine wasn't working. we asked the hostess for help and she said that she'd send someone over. we waited 20 minutes more just for her to immediately sit down in a booth and chitchat with other server. our server was busy at another table so she cannot be to blame. The people that work here are generally very nice! We go to this location quite often! Last week there was at least an hours++ wait and the parking was a bear so we went elsewhere! We all thought they were giving away free food! They were certaily NOT! This weekend the wait was only 20 minute. However, there were plenty of seats so we have to assume, there were no servers! We were seated but it was very cold! Plus, we were seated under a vent that was relentless in the cold air coming out of it. I asked the "manager" if it could at least turn the temp to an at least comfortable setting, she said "sure" but it was never done! Most of the clients were wearing their jackets! Our server was very nice but I wondered if the kitchen was not cooperating with her efforts to be the best she could be. Our order took a LONG time to be produced as did the check. All of us agreed that the quality was not the best. As an example, my Cajun Pasta had plenty of cheese covered pasta but the the next size up from Bay Scrimp and the sauce was not adequate! So, I took it home and will eat it tonight with a generous dose of Italian sauce! The chips and dips were plentiful but the dips were VERY SALTY! However, the Birthday Sundays were wonderful. It was one of those Friday date nights after x number of years of marriage. I wanted it to be special and right for the mood. There r too many restaurants for the parking spaces allotted. Every space was full. So I dropped her off, parked, and walked. If u join their rewards program u get free chips and salsa. I had done this earlier. I had to ask 3 times for it. When my tortilla soup came I got the spoon out of the wrapper to find it looking like someone had not washed it. I looked at the rest of my silverware. The fork had dried something between the tongs. The knife had what looked like dried mustard on the point. I had to ask for clean silverware 3 different times while our food sat there getting cold- that included getting up and going to find a server since no one came by our table. My wife said she wondered what condition the bowls and plates were before the food was placed there. I know it was Friday nite. I know they were busy. Ignoring the fact that it wasn't sanitary, where is their pride in service. No. We would not recommend eating there. We will try a different location if we do eat at Chilli's again. Ty. read more

OK, so I decided to give Chili's another chance after their customer service team reached out to me and made things right after my last visit. Unexpectedly, I came while there was a football game on but was able to snag a seat at the bar with my guest. As soon as we sat down the bartender came over and took our drink order and also let us place an order for some appetizers. We ordered 2 bloody Mary's,chip & guacamole along with some southwest egg rolls (my favorite). After we placed our order we saw a table open up and let the bartender know that we were going to move to the table so we had more space. We received a new server when we moved to the table which was totally fine, however this was the same server that I had my negative experience with previously so I was a little nervous. Everything started off great, we added an order of boneless wing that were amazing. When we were about halfway through with our wings, I asked what the update was on my egg rolls twice considering that I ordered them at least 20 minutes before I had even ordered my boneless wings. She said she would go check on them and never came back. When she walked past she ignored us and I had to scream for her to get the check and cancel my egg rolls since were were done with our food and drinks. When i got the check i was overcharged for second round of drinks AGAIN!! The main reason i came here was to eat my favorite egg rolls so the fact that i asked for them 3times and still never got them is really disappointing. This was such a terrible chilis experience. Andrew was so inattentive tonight, after waiting 15 mins to order a drink after finally seating ourselves, we Finally waved him down to get some drinks started... It was only us two, just 2 basic beers but he was quick to tell us there was a couple more parties ahead of us before he could take our drink order. We could've totally understood that if he had said "be right with you" or anything to that extent. We ordered appetizers and finally received them after 25 minutes. He punched in our boneless wings as eggrolls so it came out incorrectly, I assume this was because he didn't write down our order even after he asked us to repeated it twice to him. Who I think was the manager came over to confirm I did not order eggrolls, I let him know it was supposed to be boneless wings. After 20 minutes of waiting for the boneless wings after the mistake & after my fiancé completed his boiler chicken quesadilla, I finally gave up and ask Andrew to cancel the wings. He didn't care to ask what happened to my boneless wings or anything. I can understand it's hard to be attentive to your customers when you are busy, but communication is key. Worst Chili's ever! I don't even know where to begin. I know it's a cliche, but if I could give zero stars, I would. I showed up just before 2 to grab lunch. The hostess tried to seat me in the bar area. I asked for a quieter area, so I can listen to my audiobook. The hostess seated me near a very large empty table. Needless to say, I would've preferred another table, but I didn't think they would have larger parties so early in the afternoon, so I sat down and waited. For the next 15 minutes, I waited to be acknowledged by the three servers that kept walking by. One finally showed up. Annoyed, I informed her that I was waiting for a long time. She apologized and informed me that she didn't see me. I find that hard to believe because I was the only one in the area. Anyway, I placed my order and waited for my food to arrive. As I waited for my food, the hostess placed napkins and utensils on the large empty table that was right by me. I asked her if she was seating a big party and she said that she was. I asked her why would she seat me in a loud area when I specifically asked to be seated in a quieter area. She could've taken me to other spots that were available. She didn't answer me. At that point, I asked to speak with a manager. To further add to my annoyance, the manager happened to be my server. I walked out in disgust. I would rather spend my hard-earned money at any one of the restaurants in the vicinity. Chili's, you can do a lot better. So as i was going to post an updated review for today's visit, I realized I never updated it the last time I went. So this will basically be a two for one review. As soon as my friend and I entered the first set of doors, a really nice hostess held open the second set and sat us promptly. The section we were sat in happened to be with the same waiter as last time, Mike. Guys there's hope for chili's with Mike being a server there. He promptly greeted us and took our drink orders. He came back with them super fast as well. We ordered and just like last time our salads came out fast. Then followed by our meals. I got the bacon chicken ranch quesadilla again. (It's my go to) and my friend got the margarita chicken. Everything was absolutely delicious! We ordered and split the cookie for desert. I truly had an amazing lunch experience here.
