Disappointment at every bite of our entrees and hard to envision us returning unless the flavors change. We came by on an early Friday evening at 5:30pm and were promptly seated in this surprisingly spacious location for the chain. There were an endless number of empty tables inside, but the restaurant was still relatively busy at that time of the day. To be honest, I've been reluctant to come here for the longest because I never held Chili's in high regard ... and that notion will unfortunately continue. The menu was very typical Tex-Mex with a seemingly heavy emphasis on chicken and steak quesadillas and fajitas' variations. Having already reviewed the menu prior to arriving, we sat down ready to order IMMEDIATELY (because we haaaaaate when waiters/waitresses come by to take drink orders and then take another 15 minutes to return to take your food order). After looking through almost every single Yelp food photo at this Chili's, I decided to order the Mix & Match Fajitas with steak and shrimp, which also came with rice, beans and 4 flour tortillas. My better half ordered the Cilantro-Lime Carne Asada with roasted street corn, roasted asparagus and a bowl of the original chili. And, for the kids, we ordered the Kraft Macaroni & Cheese with broccoli and Pepper Pals Crispy Crispers with fries. At first sight and sound when my Mix & Match Fajitas approached the table, the aroma of the meats and sight and sound of the sizzling skillet had me ready to dig in ASAP. It smelled great and the meats looked really good, but then I began eating it and, well, it was allll downhill from there. As high as my hopes were when the sizzling was going, I was extremely disappointed just as quickly. The steak and shrimp were pretty bland and, unfortunately, wayyyy wayyyy overcooked by the skillet's heat. The rice and beans were OK. Also, they were quite stingy with the extras (pico, guac, sour cream) that came with the fajitas. As for my wife's Cilantro-Lime Carne Asada, I had a few bites and that didn't change my mind about the food 1 iota. Different dish, same result. Also, the roasted street corn was pretty plain too. Yes, it looked roasted and had some cheese sprinkled on, but it wasn't your typical cotija cheese. The corn wasn't very sweet either and lacking flavor. Shockingly, I thought the best parts of our meal were the ones our kids got! The Kraft Mac and Cheese wasn't bad at all and the crispers were some of the better chicken tenders I've had in a while with it's very crispy exterior. On the bright side, our waitress was pretty friendly and prompt, but after we paid the bill on the electronic device on the table, she didn't really come by again and never greeted us goodbye. Honestly, it wouldn't have helped, but it did hurt them more in my opinion because we were already down on the food. Either way, this won't be on our restaurants to revisit list in the near future. read more

Chain restaurants are all one in the same. Most of the time you'll get mediocre food and subpar service. That's exactly what I got at this location. The food was just okay, the service was slow and the restaurant wasn't clean enough to me. They sat us by the bar which is not my favorite place to be but I sucked it up. The seat in the booth was broken and the table had seen better days. Everything gave me the ick and I couldn't enjoy my time there at all. The food was served fast but it wasn't hot. The food was fine. I have no real complaints about it other than the fact that the strawberry lemonade had a bad aftertaste like it was spoiled. The service however was actually the weirdest service ever. The hostess at the front is constantly smacking her gum in customers faces. She said we would receive a text when our table was ready so we waited but it passed the time she said we would have to wait so we asked for an update and she claimed that she had already called us to be seated and we never came up. She never called our names and if she had and we didnt know, we were standing in front of her the entire time making continuous eye contact Im not sure why she wouldnt just call us again or come up to us to let us know. Went here on Saturday with my family, excited to get their chicken sandwich they got it 2 of the chicken sandwiches I ordered wrong. I kindly asked for it to be changed to what I asked for they took forever and they came back with a cold piece of cheese on both chicken sandwiches I ordered. I don't know if the cooks felt annoyed or something but I wasn't the only customer who they got the order wrong. Then the manager came to us and said that he'll get it completely remade. Chili's is a dingy, sticky, stale sit down fast food joint. But if that's what you're in the mood for - it's perfect. And that's why my review is so high. You have to be in the mood for the mess that is Chili's. They have Happy Hour drink specials and I've never had a bad margarita there. The southwestern eggrolls are awesome. The dip is delicious and they never give enough. My husband said that his bbq platter was good. The Cajun shrimp pasta is a classic. If you take chili's for what it is, it's always good. I am unequivocally and utterly disgusted with the management at this location. The food, exceptional. The wait staff, perfect. The manager during the night shift on my (once) lovely evening on October 2nd, unkind, and selfish. Now, I would love to spend my time complimenting the chef and the waiter I had, but I am unfortunately forced to speak on the manager. I would like to believe the manager was unconditionally kind and dedicated to his job, however, the constant hovering and stealing of our table's kiosk as we were beginning to take the survey after paying the bill was unacceptable. We were planning on writing an extremely positive and applauding review, especially since they were so attentive when the kitchen had made a mistake and they immediately jumped on the problem to be fix it! However, our option to take this survey and give positive feedback back was taken away from us when the ever so warm and fuzzy manager snatched it off of our table and selected "Excellent" and "Strongly Agree" for all the questions - directly in-front of us. It was blatantly obvious that this restaurant must have of had a series of low reviews recently as the manager watched us and practically joined us at our table as we were dining. His effort to get a decent review to save their star count on Yelp had unfortunately led to this harsh review and in a clearly bad time. This manager's job was clearly at stake, and his actions tonight prove just why. read more

I've visited this Chili's location multiple times for both dine-in and to-go, and I've always had a great experience with the staff. They are always so friendly and go out of your way to help you with what you need, and are always happy to do so. I visited Chili's again last night for dine-in for the first time since the pandemic began. I was very impressed with their handling of the new regulations. Every staff member wore their masks correctly (covered both nose and mouth) and each party was properly distanced from each other. The hostess would even promptly put her mask back on in between taking sips of her water so that she wouldn't expose others around her. I always appreciate people who take the mask wearing seriously, and she definitely did not disappoint! We ordered a brisket quesadilla and Texas Cheese Fries. Their cheese fries are absolutely to die for and I have not been anywhere that has better cheese fries. Even though it is an appetizer, the portion size is big enough for a meal for one person. Both items were amazing and the food came within minutes of placing the order. Chili's always has great deals on their 3 for $10 or 2 for $25 menu. The waitress, Crystal (I hope I'm spelling it right!), was the nicest waitress I've had at Chili's. She always made sure to check up to make sure we had all we needed and was super friendly. She even helped me take care of an issue with paying for the bill with a gift card, since the new table POSes no longer support scanning a QR code for digital gift cards. Even while she was running around with her hands full from plates, she still stopped by my table to help me with this. I have also ordered curbside pickup in the past and the process was super quick and easy. They bring the order out to the car and you don't even need to do anything as you pay for the order online. It is a quick and simple process that many other restaurants can't get right, but Chili's can. I'm very happy with the service and will definitely be returning in the future! read more
