Chili's is normally good consistent food, you know what you're going to get. The people on the other hand, you never know what you're going to get. My mom and I went to chili's the other day and had the chips, salsa and guacamole and quesadillas. It was tasty. The host though was less to be desired. Chili's has 2 doors to enter into, he did manage to open the second door for us as we came in, spoke to us without any eye contact and we sat in the bar area. Our waiter was friendly and somewhat fast with service. My mom and I went outside to smoke before eating, as we came back through the 2 set of heavy doors , my hands were full so my mom was trying to open the first door, it took her 2 times before getting it open then again she had a little trouble with the second door. All the while the 20 something year old "host" watched us . The restaurant was very slow and he had nothing to do apparently but watch a little old lady struggle with a heavy door. I tend to give people the benefit of the doubt, so maybe he was having a bad day or just hates his job or is just young and dumb. The first person of contact should have some personality and be helpful. If I return to this location and he's still there I'll let him know that. But I seriously doubt he'll be there long, apparently opening a door is way to difficult for him to do. read more

They do not clean their shakers or glasses or something they use to make drinks. I ordered a grand coconut margarita last night and started itching. I look in the margarita glass to see strawberry seeds--I am allergic to strawberry. I paid on the table device and left immediately to go get an allergy pill. No where on the description of the grand coconut margarita does it say it had strawberry and I've had this margarita at a different location so I know it's just this location. read more

The bartender was very attentive! The martini was delicious! We ordered the 2 for $25 and the side salads were good. I had the 6oz steak. It came with broccoli and loaded mashed potatoes that were awesome!! The steak itself was okay. Cooked medium rare like I asked... it just had so much gristle... and I love a little fat with my steak. My cousin enjoyed her hamburger. First impressions is the most important. Pulled up to the front of the restaurant and looked at the front doors. If we were weren't meeting our friends that we haven't seen for a while we would have left. Sunlight hitting the glass doors showed that being a clean place to dine may be last on the list of running this restaurant. Smudge and finger prints were all over the glass. Looked like in hasn't been cleaned all week and this is on Friday, the start of the weekend. My wife ordered boneless chicken wings that tasted old, even reheated. My chicken fingers were dry and also tasted like they had been in the freezer way too long. Our friends Chilli looked and he said tasted great. Should be because of the name of the restaurant. Can't go wrong there. His burger looked and as he remarked was tasty. Another good pick. Beers were BOGO. Little cold mugs, but OK. Our other friend had the steak fajitas. Another great choice. Plenty of food on that plate. Waitress was pleasant and accommodating. 4 pm was the time to go because when we left the place was pretty crowded. We went there yesterday for happy hour and as always, Chili's delivers. They have the best atmosphere and your food comes out hot unlike another place nearby that goes by the name of a day of the week that's between Thursday and Saturday. The bartender was fast and very friendly. They have a $3, $4 and $5 Appetizer menu during happy hour which I think is from 3-7. They also have 2 for 1 drinks! We got chips and salsa, boneless wings and a 22 oz. Beer each. Our bill was less than $15. read more

Yesterday, I was a part of a birthday lunch consisting of 20-30 people easily. Leah, our server, did a phenomenal job! She was attentive, funny and smiled pleasantly with each of the million refills and endless baskets of ships and salsa. She did everything with excellence and made my sweet friend, Cheryl's Birthday very enjoyable for everyone. I wanted to highlight that as I approached Leah after the meal and learned that she'd only been there three (months or weeks..?) and for such a short time of ever serving, she did an exceptional job. I would've thought she'd been serving for quite a bit longer. The food came out in a timely manner and was nice and hot and I enjoyed my Mexi Bowl or whatever you call it very much. (Thank you for not being annoyed with my special request for ranch on the side by the way, and if you were you hid it well.) The environment was very clean and there were lots of smiles on the floor. I was quite impressed as I am also a server at a local restaurant. Thank you to everyone on staff for such a pleasant experience! We will have to come back more often. read more

We went at 6:30 on a Thursday. There was no waiting and we were seated immediately after the host determined our seating preference. The waitress came and took our drink order almost immediately ( and kept our drinks full the whole time ). My wife ordered the quesadilla explosion salad. She was very happy at the taste and amount of food ( although there was an over abundance of dressing). My son ordered a HUGE BBQ meat burger. It was cooked perfect and very tasty. I had the chicken Quesadillas. These were probably the best ones I've tasted. And the amount on the plate was unbelievable! Normally we do enjoy going to Chili's. At one time, we stopped going because a) they increased their price$, and b) no adult truly likes their alcoholic drinks served from a dispenser like soda. Time passed, Chili's wised-up. Changed and improved their menu selections and prices. Still serving fountain booze though. We liked going there. Until yesterday. It was Horrible, Awful, Incompetent, Very Disappointing, Irritating, and nearly a waste of our visit and money. We went for the 3-part $10 meal deal. Tortilla soups, chicken and cheese quesadillas, and flavored iced teas. Simple right?? NO Way Jose. They repeatedly got our drinks wrong. The soup had to go back to get microwaved 3x. Three Times! The first time it was as if right out of the can, it was room temperature. The only item that survived were the quesadillas. Once again, we chose Chili's for our Mother's Day dinner & had an excellent meal. We ordered from their to-go menu and was given our pick-up time for 7:30PM, but we got our food at 7:25PM instead! My mother order the fried pickles, the chipotle chicken and the toffee brownie for dessert. My father ordered the babyback ribs with a house salad and molten lava cake. Finally, I ordered the Texas Cheese Fries, Quesadilla Explosion Bowl and the Chocolate Chip Cookie Skillet. The texas fries were absolutely AMAZING! The applewood bacon was perfect. Smoky, but not salty and crunchy and the side ranch went perfectly! Preferably, I would've liked the ribs in the jalepenos, but was still phenomenal! Quesadilla Salad was as good as last time. Tender, juicy chicken, delicious quesadillas and a yummy salad with honey mustard dressing. The desserts (all of them) were HEAVENLY! They are also VERY filling - If you plan on having a plate first, wait till your finished as the dessert technically is a plate in itself. My dad said the ribs were perfect and fell right off the bone and my mom said all od her food was perfect too. As usual, we will definitely return! I came here with my sister-in-law for lunch. We were herded to the bar, which I found interesting because what if we wanted to eat in the main dining area? We were seated in a comfortable booth and our server greeted us quickly. The margaritas we ordered with grand marnier were pretty good! The chips and salsa were not bad but the chips were not very warm while the salsa was a bit runny. I ordered the steak fajitas and it came out sizzling. The flavor was pretty good and the meat was not chewy. I was surprised that I only received three tortillas since I had at least another serving left of meat and condiments. I have never had a bad experience with our neighborhood Chili's! The coupons that are sent to me by email are fantastic! They cater to the families by offering FREE kids meals so the families can all eat out together without the financial worries. They also offer the "Meals for Two" specials, which is perfect on a tight budget. During these economic hardships, Chili's comes out on top! Went to chilies for dinner on May 27 and I ordered a mushroom burger with fries. The other I was with ordered their food and we waited tell we our meals and everyone got theirs but me after 45 minutes the waitress come over and says sorry we forgot to put in your order. The manager said we will put it in now and I said what's the point everyone at our table is done eating already. I will go somewhere else. He apologized and said this happens on occasion and I told home what lousy service this is and he agreed gave me a twenty dollar gift certificate to come back. The device was lousy and the manager should of went out of his way to comp the others that was in our party. I would not recommend this place to my dog. read more

Chili's always has very good service, I've never been to Chili's and was served badly. I love the way the decor looks in the restaurant, how it has a young hip feeling as well as a casual dinning place! Oh, and the FOOD!
