Me and my mom came for lunch today. And they were somewhat busy. Never had a server come to the table.. but a guy named Alex helped us out and took care of us. He may have been a manager. The food was okay. I ordered chicken fajitas. And my mom ordered grilled chicken sandwich. Alex did a great job at helping us out. We tried to tip him, but he said he couldn't take the tip, witch kinda sucked because we really wanted the tip to go to him, because he took care of us. Thank you Alex again. read more

We get our fries 20 minutes later for appitizer, we finish them and sat there for over 40 minutes waiting for our food. after 40 minutes been full off the fires I ask our (waiter with attitude) where is our food! shes leaves to check and another 10 min pass..... ?????.... no refils and over an hour we are waiting for our food. I told her this is ridiculous taking forever!! we would like to cancel our order because its been taking for ever. its past 10 PM on a weekday!! we cant sleep over just to have dinner! So the lady gives us more attitude and walks off and brings me a reciept for the Fries and soda. Haven't been here in a while! So happy I came though..I had the nachos combo ( large) half steak, and half chicken. It was wonderful and fully loaded..the kid had their kids meal of pizza and corn (I know right) and the hubby had the combo plate of which consisted of 1 enchilada 1 taco and 1 tostada plus the beans and rice etc. ohh also ordered a side of fried pickles..everything was great..will for sure be back soon.. read more

My experience was alright. The Creamy Jalapeno Boneless wings I had were great! So was my $5 Presidente Margarita. The experience was mediocre for this reasons: 1. I ordered guac and chips. Well the chips are wayyyy to thin for dipping. They continued to break. As well as the salsa that came with it was very watery. In addition to that the chips were mostly crumbs. 2. The table was small. We had to remove all the menus and other items that were already there in order to create what still was not enough space. 3. The waitress wasted salsa on me! Now because I was with some co-workers I had never gone out with before I didn't make a fuss. But I honestly think that she should have offered more than an apology. I have been here several times. I got sick three times after eating here. I thought it was just co-incidence until the third time. Three strikes-you're out! When I had to literally run out of here holding my stomah I vowed to never come back. Im not sure what was making me so sick. I like the southwest rolls, but that's about it. The awesome blossom is super duper salty. The little mini buger things were disgusting. I can't think of anything I have eaten there besides the southwest rolls that I actually liked. We stopped in late on our way home to Rocklin from 6 Flags. I was really hesitant to sit down at a restaurant so late with my kids, but we don't eat "fast food", so our options were pretty limited. The customer service was amazing! They were so attentive, and patient when my kids were being obnoxious. The servicer actually said something to the effect of, "it's ok. This is what I'm here for. I'm a month or so behind on writing this review but it's one I wanted to get out. When we went last time, I tried the new Prime Rib burrito. While the burrito was pretty good, the restaurant has a VERY funny idea about what Prime Rib is. The meat in it was chuck roast, NOT prime rib. Totally different texture between the two cuts. I don't know if they ran out and tried to do a substitute or it was just a scam. Not cool either way. The food is normally good and the service is fair as well, which is why they got 3 stars after pulling that prime rib nonsense. Getting back to the service issue, the servers are always really nice and do the best they can. The restaurant seems to have the same issue I see in a lot of places now though. They're perpetually understaffed. I don't know if it's management trying to cut costs and pad their bonuses, or they jut can't get people. Servers always seem to have their tables scattered all over the restaurant too, requiring them to do more running around. read more

1. First off, My friends and myself walked into Chills and usually there was always someone there to Greet us and escort us to a table. This time no one greeted us. The waitress gave us our menus and we specifically asked for a booth. Instead she gave us a look as if she was annoyed by our request to sit in a booth. 2. The place had barely any people and there were 3 waitresses on the entire floor. We sat down and the waitress brought us our utensils. Then disappeared without asking us what we'd like to drink. At least 12 minutes later she comes back and finally asks us what would we like to drink. my friends and I had some questions about the menu the waitress tells us to "hold on" walk away and comes back 4 minutes later after helping the other customers and finally ask us what we'd like off the menu. 3. The place was almost empty and it took Chills 22 minutes to bring out our appetizers. ( Texas Cheese Fries ) 4. I kid you not 30 minutes later our main entrees came to the table, my entree was the ribs and they were cold, and the fries were cold as well. 5. As we were eating there were these little kids running around the restaurant screaming and yelling, and management failed to ask their caregiver to calm the children down. 6. After we we're done eating the waitress wanted us to do our own bill with their new electronic tablet app they have presented at the table ( just for the record the tablets have cameras installed in the front near the top of the screen). The way the bill was split on the screen was incorrect. On top of that ,the tablet was frustrating and confusing. 7. Overall, our waitress was horrible, the food was mediocre , and the cherry on top of a perfect service was that the waitress expected a tip.... Like are you kidding me, not happening lady! This place used to serve good food and have wonderful service. I assure you that I will never set foot in a Chilli's food chain ever again. read more

The food was good and he kept our water glasses full the whole time. The main exit area was partially blocked due to a tree which had fallen as a result of the big storm. Therefore we entered through the 'to go' (pickup area). We seared ourselves in the bar area. We were greeted within 5 or so minutes and ordered drinks (Diet Coke for me). We ordered chips and salsa and were served quickly. I ordered the steak quesadilla and my friend had the round rib tacos. The food took what seemed like forever to arrive with our waitress apologizing for the delay 3-4 times. She was obviously embarrassed by the extended delay, seemed frustrated but in God spirits, and kept apologizing to us. The food took a good 30 minutes to arrive. The restaurant and bar area had moderate patrons and was t jam packed or overly busy, Once it arrived the food was excellent. I would eat at this location again, and hope the delay was a onetime occurrence. The waitress earned her 18% tip due to her customer service and attentiveness. My family and I came to this Chili's after doing some shopping at Ikea. Our server was very nice and took our order. My husband ordered the Chicken ranch sandwich which comes with wing sauce on top of the chicken. He told the server he wanted it on the side. When his meal came, he noticed the sauce was all over the chicken and had it sent back. After 15 minutes he got his sandwich back. The reason I am writing this review is because this is the third time this has happened, where a meal has to be sent back for some reason and that person has to wait and we are done when their meal comes out. It is not an enjoyable experience for our family. I remember a time when a manager would come out and make amends for the error. I guess the server would rather handle it themselves. Horrible... Absolutely HORRIBLE..!! We just ordered our food to go. The burgers were dry and over cooked. The salad was soggy and the cheese fries were so hard that we could barely eat them... the cheese was cooked on to the foil. They seriously need to work on their service as well. We went in to pick up our food and the person kept trying to send us to Kevin at the bar to pay even though we had paid online. Then he tried to send us to Kevin again to retrieve our food. There needs to be some serious changes at this location from service to the kitchen. We won't be back EVER. read more

Chili's is the best place to go if you are craving a big, cheesy, juicy, delicious burger. Compared to most places I've been to, Chili's has the biggest sizes and the most fantastic flavor. Last time I went to Chili's, I ordered the Big Mouth Bites, which are four mini burgers with sizzling, smoked bacon, gooey, melted cheese, and tangy ranch dressing. It was the best burger I had ever eaten. Not only are Chili's burgers the best, but their staff are always very happy and friendly. They are always checking in to see if you want a drink refilled or if you need anything. When it is your birthday, Chili's is the place to go because you get a free dessert. Most restaurants don't let you pick your free birthday treat but Chili's does. When I went to Chili's for my birthday, I got to pick one of their molten cakes. I chose the chocolate chip cookie molten cake, which is a moist chocolate chip cookie cake with warm melted chocolate that oozes out when you break into it. On top of the cake is a big scoop of smooth, vanilla ice cream. This cake is amazing! Oh, and the staff sing "Happy Birthday to You" before giving you your choice dessert. You can't go wrong with Chili's. It is the best restaurant I have ever been to, and I plan to go there many more times. Next time I go, I plan to get the Classic Bacon Burger and one of their totally awesome shakes. You have to go try Chili's - the best restaurant in the world! read more

My husband and I went in last Saturday for lunch and we both ordered the mini-burgers which come with both fries and shoestring onion rings. They were delicious! The burgers were cooked perfectly, not dry and not underdone. They were nicely seasoned and the buns were really good too. The fries and onion rings were hot and fresh. We could have shared one order, but ended up taking the leftovers with us. The manager dropped our food to us and just after he walked away from the table, I told my husband to keep an eye out for our server, because I wanted some ranch. Not two minutes later, the manager came back and said "you guys need some ranch for those". I was impressed that he brought me the logical side for mini-burgers and french fries (at least that is how I like to eat burgers and fries!) without me having to ask. We had some pizza at home we had ordered-in a couple nights previous and I re-heated the three mini-burgers & fries with a couple of pieces of pizza in the oven and my husband said they were great reheated too. We each ordered a margarita (the name of which slips my mind) that our server suggested, they were delicious. I also ordered an iced tea, and even though our server had several tables and was clearly busy, he brought it over in a timely manner. Way to go Chili's. Ate here with my family, got switched servers, food was late & cold had missing plates. Dinner came before our appetizer. Then after our meal, when we asked for separate bills, both parties where over charged, and then took several minutes to get fixed. Okay... so I'm not talking about the regular fish and chips. I'm talking about their 2 of their delicious menu items. Their chips are simply tasty and so yummy good whether with the queso or salsa. The Salmon w/ Garlic and Herbs is a very good proportion, and was served fresh I couldn't help myself but finish the whole plate. Can't wait to go back tomorrow to pick up some chips for snacking. I normally wouldn't waste my time with a negative review; however, I believe this experience deserves some time. My mother and I visited Chili's in Natomas and we had the displeasure of having Alexis as a server. When she arrived to take our orders she did not provide her name and walked off before we could decide we needed more time to order. ( We maybe pondered for no more than 30 seconds.) As I ordered my food: street corn and fries, she retorts, " just fries and corn?" At this point I don't feel my dietary preferences require defending, yet somehow she has a problem. She continued by implying that my mom was attempting some ruse by requesting to add the onion petals as a meal addition and that she couldn't do it because it was not a valid request. Perhaps, her bias made her perceive the request to be anything other that a simple addition to the many items we already ordered. I assured her we would never ask of her to do anything that was unsavory. Long story short, I lost my appetite after her initial rudeness escalated for no apparent reason. In the end, we finished our meals and settled the check. We normally have the pleasure of Lindsey serving us and she is nothing short of AWESOME!!!
