This is a nice place to come on a Friday night, to watch the game or just to have a beer. I don't really eat the main courses from this facility but the appetizers are really good. Aside from the fact that I've given this Chili's a million chances, this review stems from my most recent to go order. The ignorance of this staff is frustrating. I ordered the one burger on their menu listed as "dairy free" for my kid who is allergic. Husband even verified upon ordering to make sure it doesn't come with cheese. So imagine my annoyance when i open up the box to see some underpaid kitchen warrior threw cheese on the burger (had to have been thrown by the way it was on there- see pic). Imagine your kid going into anaphylactic shock because of some ignorant person who has no business working in a kitchen. Luckily, I always double check the food because I don't leave my kid's fate in the hands of Chilis. But think of how little they care if they can't even follow an order where the caller states it's for a child with an allergy. I'm unimpressed. To add insult to injury, I called to notify the staff of their mistake. I was offered a credit "to my email" that I never received. The lack of professionalism here is too much for me to ever eat here again. read more

I have never got Fajitas served without Guacamole. Chilis now charges extra for guacamole. That's just not right. The Fajitas are good but they should not charge extra for a fajita staple. Maybe they will start charging extra for cheese soon too. read more

Sliders in the sampler are Good the chicken tenders are dry and boring. The Santa Fe egg rolls are mediocre. They're like a filler with a bland taste. I don't have a picture of the Nachos, but they were really good! The southwest chicken Salad is bomb as well as their explosion quesadilla salad. To top off the meal we all had the black berry lemonade which is amazing. Refreshing! Not too sweet and not too sour. The service tonight was decent. Wasn't bad but wasn't amazing either. It was kind of busy though and we have experienced worst service in less busy conditions, at other restaurants. Over all, this Chili's is our go to place to eat for family nights out. Well done. So we were on vacation and came here. The server first took 8 minutes to come to the table. Then they brought the entree's before the appetizer and salad. I told them we didn't receive that first and the child runner was like you didn't order this, and I'm like uh did you hear what I said??? Then they brought the appetizer and salad but then tried to bring me the same burgers they tried to give me first. Then the manager comes and tries to make an excuse instead of apologizing which is all I wanted, acknowledgement but he only had excuses. He is a poor excuse for a manager. First of all, this review is completely biased because we found out that they are a PEANUT FREE facility! Having a child that is severely allergic to peanuts, we are constantly asking about peanut oil, or nut toppings, or cross contamination. We were informed today that we can safely ear here! What a relief! Any restaurant that is willing to put the safety of costumes first deserves a five star from me! We love this place! The happy hour drinks are amazing, and I can live happily on just their appetizers. I always get the triple dipped as my entree and have leftovers for lunch the following day. My girls would argue about the best dessert here. One will say the chocolate lava cake and the other will say the skillet cookie. We like to opt for bar seating as it's a fun and lively place that has plenty of TVs with every sport channel playing. The staff is always friendly and the convenience of paying from their monitor at the table is an added bonus. It truly does make splitting the bill so easy! I really enjoyed my experience here at this location! I met up one of my best friends for dinner and it was a very pleasant and smooth experience. The hostess was great at getting us seated right away. Once our waitress came to our table, she was very kind about going over the deals with us and encouraged us to sign up for their rewards program - we got chips and dip provided for free because of it! I've been going to Chili's since I was in high school and it was always my favorite restaurant, but this location has seriously made me reconsider this. I went to this location yesterday, Sunday-happy hour all day, so I knew it would be busy, and it was! I sat in the bar area which had some open booths. I sat there and it smelt like a old kitchen rag with mildew from 1972. The bar area smelt as if it hadn't been cleaned for years. I was hungry, so I sat down. The staff is always so kind and very hard working. I ordered the dip trio which was really good! The old timer with cheese just fell apart and I couldn't eat it after 4 bites. The margarita was just OK. The plastic for the President margaritas needs to be replaced or the margarita mix needs to replaced because it tasted like plastic. The bathroom was even worse. One stall had a broken toilet paper roll and it was on the floor. The floors were even more horrendous-SO DIRTY! I will likely not be returning to this location because of how dirty and disgusting the restaurant was. read more

Went last night and it was a little busy up front. One host wasn't taking anyone's name down, and then proceeded to go to the back to get a chomp of whatever she was eating bc she was still chewing on her way back then proceeded go talk to her friends for the next few minutes ignoring the lobby FULL OF PEOPLE and she left the other host basically struggling on her own because now no one knew the order of seating. She called for help to bus a few tables and nothing was getting done. I was almost mad for her because there was no support. And not a manager in sight. What restaurant doesn't have a manager walking the floor on a busy Friday night. Coming from someone with 14+ years of experience, you never leave your hosts like that because it ruins the entire flow of the restaurant. There were two host but only one was actually working and TRYING. It took every bit of me not to call a manager to get thier legs moving to the front to help support for 5 minutes. It's like now a days managers just don't MANAGE on their own anymore. Anyways food was okay service was good. But maybe have managers be more active in the restaurant instead of hiding in the back.
