We came here on a Friday during happy hour with a party of 6 and wanted to sit on the bar side which was all taken so was told to wait by the hostess for a booth to open. Upon waiting (20-30 mins) the hostess was giving out booths away to people who came in after us, as we were waiting for a booth to open! Unbelievable! After witnessing this she was confronted and told us her English wasn't that good so she didn't understand?? She got the manager who simply accommodated us right away. I have been here twice. Once before the quarantine and then just recently. I have to say both times were ok. The first time was super busy and everything took for ever. Our server kept forgetting to bring out our food items but we were under the impression that he was new so we tried to be patient with him. The food was good and the experience overall was ok. Now with the carryout system that's in place, everything went smoothly. It's very simple and quick. We ordered five orders from the $10 deals and it was great. It's a pretty good amount of food for what you are paying. Only thing I wish they would fill the salsas to the rim. They only fill it half way. Looking forward to ordering again from here. read more

So hardly ever leave negative reviews. A chain like a Chili's is usually a lazy safe choice for value and good food, right? Look at the pic, not like the pic on menu or on websites for chicken fajitas. Missing are the char finish and and kind of fajita flavor at all. Almost seemed steamed or microwaved. It was safe, the chicken was done ok, just no-cook finish or fajita flavor. I almost felt I wanted box up these good ingredients, take them home with a lauwerys fajita powdered flavor packet and cook some finish onto the chicken and veggies. I asked how is it cooked? They put veggies on a skillet with chicken on top. Feeds in a conveyor oven and then get topped with a drizzle, rice and beans served on sizzling flat iron on board. I think the moisture from veggies make it too wet to blacken finish chicken enough. I want to think that way back when they would pan cook it separated and then put then together in the flat iron. Waked into this place around 4.30 to eat with my boyfriend on our way home . I'm unsure what is happening there , I counted at least 7 Un bussed tables, the bar had food in bussed on it .. it was gross . We were thinking of this is what dining room looks like . My friend and I went to Chili's last night (Saturday night) When we got to the table it appeared to be wiped down but I had noticed a little sticky spot . I didn't think much about it until we ordered and we went to use a wet one wipe for our hands and my friend started jokingly wiping the table "for good luck." Well it quickly became not a joke as the wipe became black and so did the ones after that. We sanitized our own table before our food came! On top of that our server was not great. She was not attentive and anytime you asked her for something she either forgot or it took 10 minutes. Most of our service relied on the food runner who was exceptional and seemed to be the only employee truly moving there while the others were just hanging out with themselves inside the reaturaunt. NOT a medical assistance dog...some sort of cockadoodle something. I'm a frequent customer at Chili's and this is probably my worst experience ever. We ALWAYS order chips & guac as our appetizer and an entree each. The guacamole had lots of jalapeños in it so it made eating it unbearable. We complained to our waitress and her manager came over and shrugged her shoulders saying "we make a big batch so we can't make it not spicy". She then offered to take the plate away. I was really surprised by her actions. At the very least, offer another appetizer. We barely touched the guac! Strike 1. Our Chicken Crispers came out and they were "crispy" not the "original" like we ordered. Another 10 minute wait for that. Strike 2. I was happy that our dining experience was coming to an end and was looking forward to getting out of there. When I went to go pay on the machine i find that our bill is wrong. I thought OMG, what is going on here. 5 stars for the EXTREMELY GREAT service Courtney gave us. My girlfriend and I had such a long day and needed a quick pick up dinner. We decided on Chiles. We walked in a were greeted by Courtney- she and the crew were busy but she initiated the greeting, made eye contact and said "we will be right with you",,,, sometimes that's all a guest needs to know. She took our order and we waiting at the curbside parking. (Covid protocol) Our food was taking longer so she came out to the car and explained the delay. Fast forward, 15 minutes, Courtney then retuned and said "your salad didn't look like what you wanted so we sent it back so you can have exactly the dish you ordered" you see my girlfriend is allergic to lettuce and Courtney verified the order before we received it. She really did go above and beyond her duty of work because, we don't usually look at the food - we just get it and go. Had I got home and the order wasn't right I would have been extremely upset. So Courtney not only kept us updated on the delay she doubled checked our order and then saved Chiles from a terrible review and probably an email to corporate. We are regular customers of Chili's and like to support our small businesses in our community. But Wednesday, August 26th, my Mother's birthday, was disappointing. My Dad, who is a Senior, ordered a 6 oz Sirloin Steak. He asked for it Well Done, meaning no red. When we got it home and he sat down to eat it. It was red inside, thicker than usual, and hard to cut. We called the restaurant and the waitress who answered, said, "What do you want me to do about it?" My Dad then asked for the Manager. She said she would transfer him and the Manager never answered. So he hung up and called back. He spoke to Manager, Bob this time who offered to send him an email with coupons for another meal. My Dad waited 24 hours and no email. We then called back on on Thursday, August 27th and spoke to Manager Mike who said it took a couple of days to show up. It is Sunday, August 30th, 4 days since the initial call and no coupons. I realize we are in difficult times with Covid 19. But there is no excuse for poor Customer Service. read more

They still do not offer WIFI service at the establishment. As previously-mentioned, I inquired about such and was told they do not want people staying longer than necessary. I could understand that concept IF the place was full. However, the bar was practically empty. You would think you want people to stay longer. Now, I understand Fridays and Saturdays are very busy. Therefore, get WIFI and turn it OFF on those two days. But offer it every other day of the week. Just a suggestion. And the beer issue is still in effect! One day, they have a beer I like. Soup ordered was a bowl, they barley filled a small cup 1/2 way (not full). The southwest egg rolls had no sauce and were burnt inside. Quesadilla explosion salad had small quesadillas slice. Our server was knowledgable, knew how to make adjustments to the menu to accommodate my needs and my husbands desires for a spicy Michelada and would you believe she did this all with a smile and was quick about it. I like the steak and avocado on the lighter menu but I wanted a rib-eye. She took the Rib-eye and built in all the items from the other dish to mirror all my wants and still get the price upgrade needed to justify the change to RibEye It was perfection.
