Just got to go food from here. Ordered the spinach queso. Looked good, had quac and pico on top but underneath about a quarter of an inch of actual queso it was just a wad of uncooked spinach and unmelted shredded cheese. I should have taken a picture but I just got right up and took it back to the restaurant. I asked for a manager when I got there and the woman I spoke to (not sure if she was a manager or not) said that that is how it comes when you order it to go. Daughter won award at school so I suprised her with her favorite meal. Ordered it ToGo. Steak, loaded mashed and steamed broccoli. Got home... everything shoved together in one container. It usually doesnt come like this.. Steak was perfect. Mashed was absolutely tasteless and the steamed broccoli was NOT steamed at all. Daughter was really bummed with her meal. read more

Happy Hour all day Mon-Thurs. My wallet suffered cuz I visited this new Chili's location on a Friday. Two Kamikaze shots = 12.50 Ouch! The Presidente Marg was quite tasty but, the Electric Lemonade was like a small Slurpee from a 7-11 in a fro fro glass. I heart Chili's tortilla chips, and dipping them in ranch dressing brought me back to when Chili's was my watering hole back home. Tasty fries that aren't too soft yet firm with decent seasoning. I wasn't overly impressed with the fajitas. Sometimes your memories of "yesteryear's" outshine the standard present times. read more

Another chain restaurant. Chili's has to be a fave as far as Chain Restaurants. It has some great dishes. Don't expect anything out of the box, just par. I have come here for desert, lunch, dinner, late night dinner, you name it. All good. I have to admit I'm a sucker for the South Western Egg rolls. Not sure how wait times work at restaurants. But I was told there was a five min wait so I put my name on the waiting list two hours later our table still wasn't ready. I hadn't been to this Chili's location for a couple of months. I decided to eat a quick lunch and get on with my day. The service was suspect at best. The 2 female servers were too busy complaining about the host who was late. They'd serve a table and go right back to complaining. I listened to this for 30 minutes straight. Let alone it was unprofessional, it was unsettling to listen to. They weren't nice people and they said some very mean things about the host. The food was average, but the atmosphere was toxic. I don't think I'll return to this Chili's location, it just wasn't a positive environment for their customers. read more

Last night my whole family (7) of us had dinner there. We should of left when we saw the hostess mopping up a puddle of water with paper towels. He didn't have gloves on, could of used a mop. He would mop and squeeze the water back into the puddle. He then without washing his hands, would take menu's and walk people to their table. Absolutely grossed out. I honestly don't know why we stayed. The food was not good. This was such a bad idea!! Never again will we eat there. Bummer, Chili's used to be good. read more

Big, fat, sloppy, jaw crackin' BIG MOUTH BURGERS... Yummmy! Chili's definitely has that cold, corporate chain feeling to it... but I can't get enough of the BMB.... The nice part about the BMB is they realize how giant they really are and give you knife so you can cut them in half! Usually it's the only reason I go to Chili's, one more addition is getting the queso dip to start.... it's definitely not the healthiest of meals, but oh so good for the soul! They have a lot of HDTVs and decent draft beer deals during the Broncos' games, not to mention comfortable booths. For the rest of the food and the service, Chili's gets a 3... but the BMB bumps it right up to a 4. read more

I've had better food in the military and that came in a box that had, "not for human consumption" on it. Burger was supposed to be medium rare but had a thick layer of char on it and was bone dry. I will never eat Chili's again. read more

We went to this place on Friday night 2/17 Ok, this is 3 stars solely for the oreo volcano dessert we ordered. It was awesome! On the other hand, we went to get a couple drinks before we went to a movie at Regal Point. I ordered jack and coke which is pretty self explanatory, and it was 2 for 1 which was cool. My boyfriend ordered a Grey Goose dirty martini, which was WAY too dirty. I tried it and couldn't even taste any vodka, just salty olive juice. I really enjoyed the bartender, he was super nice and recommended the awesome dessert, but he needs some assistance on making a dirty martini. $8 for olive juice/splash of vodka is not cool. read more

Dear Chili's, My steak was yummy and full of flavor, too bad I could only eat half of you since you were mostly fat and gross tissue. I asked for plain regular mashed potatoes and got them covered in gravy (what is this texas?) And also 3 things of broccoli does not count as a full side of veggies. Moving past my food the service was not so great, nor good, the server refilled my drink once. i even did the loud sluuuurp sound as he walked by so he would get the hint. nothing. He didn't even come by to ask how our food was, or how we were doing. If that wasn't enough to turn me off this chili's our seating was the icing on the cake. We were sat next to where all the servers hung out. which i can handle. I can't handle being ran into not once...not twice..not even three times..but five. five time. It was so bad that the potted plant next to me nearly fell over into my food. No one even said "I'm so sorry" or even looked at me as they hit, ran, and pushed into my chair. If a push and a shove [as well as a plate of grease] is your idea of a good dinner than stop in here. If you want to be treated like the paying costumer you are and be served a plate of food you can eat go else where. Maybe even to one of the fast food chains next door. Went here before a movie. There was about a 20 min wait. We did the 2 for $20. the food is good. The beers are on the small side. Happy hour is okay. 2 for 1 but like I said they are small so it like you are just getting one. Its a Chili's ok food, ok drinks but easy and quick. Good service and good deserts. read more

We visited here for a very special personal event with there being just 5 of us. We were they in celebration of a loved one lost. The food was good for but 1 of us who ordered seafood and was presented an over seasoned dish. We are not the type to get into any kind of Confrontation so it wasn't mentioned to the waiter. The service was good and they even seated us somewhat private under the circumstantial. We will be back for occasional things but not for any type of special occasion again. read more

I have frequented this Chili's several times over the last 1 1/2 years...the service is usually okay, not great but not bad enough to complain about. I visited Chili's this past Saturday and sat in the bar area. The service was once again just okay...it took forever for our food to come out and then the server explained that the new chef had made me the wrong meal and my food would be out shortly. I was not upset at this point, however, when my food came out a few minutes later I was shocked at the presentation and the overflowing amount of bean juice. I have attached pictures of what my meal should have looked like and what I was actually served. I cannot imagine how anyone could give this Chilis a bad review. You people knew you were at a friggin' Chile's. Fine dining isn't the point. If you want consistent, yummy chain food at fair prices, a nice cold beer and AWESOME service, Chili's in Sheridan Town Center is for you. I have never had a bad experience. Their "team service" philosophy works extraordinarily well. My kids love the place. read more

Atmosphere was good, waiter came quickly to take our order and he was pleasant, but took 30-40 min to get our food. My plate was perfect, my fiances chicken and ribs were cold in the center as if they were sitting in the fridge. Had to send back which took another 30 minutes. Was not a pleasant time having him watch me eat and i had to sit till he received his food and ate as well. Good thing we chose the late movie. read more

Worst chilis in Colorado! Every time we come here, we wait forever for a table only to see that half the dining room has empty tables. They don't seat anyone, they said, because the kitchen is always behind. Once we are seated, it takes forever to get food. The salsa is clearly watered down. Food is cold. We come in in the evening and get home after 9pm without fail. We are stupid enough to come back once in a while thinking it might be better. This place seriously needs new management and a new staff! Will never come back. read more

Well this being my third bad experience here, it's time to make a review :( I love Chili's, I worked for them for 5 years through college, but this location specifically has just hit rock bottom. After placing a to go order in the middle of the afternoon, I waited 20 minutes at the restaurant to be told they forgot to make my Texas cheese fries, and had to wait 10 more minutes. Then when I asked to speak to a manager TWICE, he was too busy to speak to me. Props to Chrissy? The bartender was running her ass off getting stuff done, so one star there. And the food was great, so another star for the kitchen efforts. It's clear that management here either doesn't know or doesn't care how to treat customers at this Chili's location. Take your money to the Chili's on 1st and Wadsworth, that's what I'll be doing. This location was recently closed for plumbing renovations? SALT. Lots and lots of salt. And then, just a little more salt. We got some gift cards for Christmas to Chili's along with some movie tix so we thought we'd better use them before they expire and headed off to this Chili's since it was close to the theater of choice. I've never adored Chili's but it's always been an o.k. place to go. Generally, I think with chains you know what you are going to get. Usually a 3 star meal with alright service. Nothing wrong with that, especially when it's on someone else's dime. That being said, WHOA!! Hold the salt already. I think I drank about a 1/2 gallon of water just to wash down the saltiness of my steak. I couldn't even finish the thing because it was just so salty. The portions were good, the service was good, but I think my regularly low blood pressure may have shot up a couple (like 50) points after eating this meal. Needless to say, I didn't have popcorn at the movies. My body wouldn't have withstood more salt. read more

Worst experience. Worst service. Whoever is running this place needs to tighten the reigns!! Teresa is hands down the worst server I've ever encountered. We were seated by 10:18, we only planned on taking a few drinks and the first thing out of her mouth was "You guys ALL KNOW we close at ELEVEN??????" Yes. We knew and had no intention of staying even 30 minutes. She had the worst look on her face and was extremely rude. She didn't even ask half of us for our order. After sitting and waiting for her to ask what we wanted we decided to get a manager. The manager spoke with her in the back and then decided to come out and accuse us of calling her names. Despite her being rude we were all still happy and weren't rude in any way. Mind you, I'm sober this whole time and we have a police officer in our group as well, we know how to act. So Phil (the manager) took over for her because she started crying when he confronted about her attitude in the back. And we left. Right after 11pm. I know it sucks getting a table before close, however we weren't planning on staying or using the kitchen. Regardless, you take that table and still have a good attitude even if it's a front. That's what servers do but she obviously can't handle the job. It was a classic move for her to turn the tables on us, I've worked in the restaurant business and I've seen servers do the same when they're in the wrong. But for the manager to come out and openly accuse us of calling her names!? She handled it wrong, he handled it wrong and I will make sure everyone knows what kind of service they have here. They obviously hire anyone who applies, it's a joke. My tip to her: get a new attitude, fix your sour face, or get a new job in a better surrounding that you can handle. Just because you're miserable in your choice of employment doesn't mean you treat people like shit. read more

Shocked to see this place doesn't have many stars. Me and my other half go here ALL the time. We're big on To Go Ordering. Food is always good, Sometimes I have to go to the Bar to pay/pick up my order in which a bartender usually isn't there so I have to wait a few. I understand they're busy in the back somewhere which is fine. Normally when we go it's pretty slow at the Bar so that's totally understandable. I'm giving only 4 stars because unlike other Chili's they don't bring your food out to your car. That's kinda the whole reason for 'To Go' and this is the only Chili's that doesn't ask what you're driving and bring out your food. Which isn't a big deal and nothing to make a big stink about. read more

Used to be pretty good but now their cook is not good at all. Overcooks everything. My wife got a burger there and it was burnt. We got chicken there and it was overcooked and dry. I got a 6 ounce sirloin and sent it back twice. I asked for medium and both times got well done. Management was very apologetic, but it doesn't make up for a poor cook. Will find elsewhere to eat in the future. read more

Probably the worst Chili's experience I've ever had recently. Not the food- not the drinks (kinda hard to screw up opening a bottle of beer) This review's low rating is totally about the bartender. I met a friend at the bar who was running a little late. HHmmm--ok park at the bar and have a coldie ?? What a great idea-- evidently the bartender didn't think so. I'm not a 20-something girl with her tatas pushed up trailerpark style (Thank God !!) However - I waited and watched Rico Suave attempt to charm his way into the rest of the night with 6 or 7 girls (who arrived after me) instead of focus on his job as a server. My buddy got to the bar and was asked if he needed a minute to order. I was thinking - well-- ummm-- I've been here for almost 20 minutes and haven't had the opportunity to order anything!! I did get a beer and the steak quesadillas-- which were fine. I paid my tab -- which again I had to request twice due to his "Skills with the Ladies" Paid. left no tip. didn't really want to chat with his manager at the time-- I just wanted to get out of there. read more

The server staff at this location is fantastic. The General Manager is terrible though, and it really ruins the whole restaurant. He has chased almost all of the senior kitchen staff out of the restaurant for one reason or another, and he is extremely rude and condescending towards his employees. No leader should treat their people that way. Any GM knows that if you treat your staff like you actually care about them as human beings, they will go above and beyond for you. If you do the latter, you will get the latter. And that is exactly the experience you will get at this location; a great staff that feels terrible. It would affect anyone. Good luck. read more

Very disappointing! Slow disorganized service and this isn't the first time trying this location. Our server tried his best but seemed overwhelmed. Drinks were never refilled and it took 20 minutes to get chips and salsa! As I'm sitting here writing this review it's been an hour for a burger!! Was a bit hesitant to eat here based on some of the reviews, but it was getting late and I was hungry. Overall this was a great experience. The waiter was the best I have seen in a long time - never had to ask for refills and he always seemed to be there when we needed something, but wasn't in the way. The food was excellent. I just had the sampler trio, but it hit the spot with southwestern eggrolls, boneless buffalo wings, and sliders. Also we had the chips and salsa which is always good at Chilis. I am not a fan of their plastic glasses and would prefer glass, but everything else made up for it. read more
