We haven't been back to chilis in a bit, but went this week and it was so worth it! They've really turned things around. The service was some of the best we've had in Spring Hill. Our waitress was friendly and attentive. Our food came out hot and correct. It was really good. Everything we ordered tasted exactly as we expected. If you haven't been recently, give it a try. Wish we had looked at the reviews prior to ordering...we ordered wings through door dash and when they arrived they were raw and then we couldn't get ahold of the restaurant so then had to drive to town to talk to the manager and get our money back. The manager did refund our money and gave us a coupon to compensate for the door dash fee. read more

Arriving there we had to just stand there waiting bc nobody came to the front for awhile, same thing when we got to our table. We should have just left & took that as a sign of unforeseen events. My smokehouse combo was burnt, even the corn. Ribs, brisket quesadillas was way over cooked. My sons sliders were so charbroiled he couldn't even bite into them. My daughters cheese pizza & her side of pineapples was the only thing that managed to get eaten. So I go back & forth with my waitress & she tells me that's how the food comes. The manager did try to ask me to try other items & he said wow I had no idea they would send this out, but I declined to try anything else & before he got over there, he was rolling his eyes bc obviously he can't do his job either. Fire everybody & start from scratch. You're better off going to Kroger's freezer section & cooking. We won't be back. I should've spent them $64 on groceries. read more

We have ordered from Chili's twice in the last 2 weeks and had it delivered. Both times we requested avocado ranch, mustard and mayo on the side that our meals would have come with. Both times all of these were missing from our order. The food itself was very good even though the buns of the sliders were a little close to overcooked. The service made this entire visit excellent. Our waiter Anthony was kind and attentive. Sometime I can be needy as I drink tons of water and he never made me feel bad about my millions of refills. The food itself was solid and what you would expect from a Chilis. We had the chips and salsa which is a classic. Also tried the fried mozzarella which was actually delicious even though I typically am not a cheese stick person. The cheese itself was so good but we could each only eat one just because it is a lot of cheese. I had the skillet cookie which is one of my all time favorites. The cookie itself tastes so good you almost dont even need the ice cream. The fudge they put on it is actual hot fudge and not that chocolate sauce some places have. The restaurant itself was pretty clean. If you come, make sure you ask for Anthony! I wish I could have found a manager to brag on him while I was there. read more

Recently went there. It's been a while, so thought we'd give it a shot. Never again. Food literally looked and tasted like it came from a box. Definitely wasn't fresh. Service wasn't good at all. Really bad experience overall. Giving it a two star rather than 1, simply because they did at least provide food in exchange for money. But, it was twice as expensive as it should have been. Could have gone to the frozen pre-packaged dinner section at Publix, spent 1/3 of the money, and the food would have been better. read more

Good food and good atmosphere and waitress was fine. Only issue with the presto pay station on our table. Customers at another table paid our bill because the presto was assigned to the wrong table. Manager gave us the option to pay the bill of the customers who paid our bill but theirs bill was more. Why would we do that?!?! So they refigured our bill so we could pay it. Seems like a weird option to ask a customer to pay someone else's bill especially if it was more. read more

Hi everyone! The Chili's in Spring Hill is not bad, but I gave it two stars because of customer service. Today, when my brother and I went there to get something to eat, there was a young male waiter with brown hair that was at the door getting people's seats. For some reason, the young man was unfriendly to my brother and me. His behavior baffled me, and I couldn't understand why he was so rude to us. However, I watched him with the other people in the restaurant, and he was much nicer to them than he was to us. I will say, as I am an African-American, I don't know if it was racially motivated or not, but his behavior was rude and unacceptable. It is people like him. that can ruin an eating place for people. I absolutely love Chilis, but after today, I will not be returning to the one in Spring Hill. Unless management fires him and replaces him with someone more kind, I won't be going back. I do hope that whoever that young man is, someone can identify him and discuss his behavior. But they probably won't, but I can only hope. read more

We had Valentine's dinner here and decided to get some extra stuff. First of all, the new restaurant is beautiful. Our server was incredible. And oh my God, the food was incredible. My steak was perfectly cooked medium. My sweeties salmon was perfect. The salsa was even amazing. And the cheese bites were unbelievable. I know a new place has growing pains but wow. Tried take out 3x and all 3 have been horrible. Call take out and say pick up in 30. Arrive ... hour or more later you might get your food. Last night was same but this time, once I get home the black bean burger was real meat. Not good if one is a vegetarian. Call for refund and hold for manager. Finally just gave up waiting and figure $11 isn't worth the frustration. Unfair to associates in the position for people to get upset with them. Staff is nice and doing best that can which I applaud. It's been awhile since we've been to a Chili's but we were out doing errands and needing a place that stayed open past 9. Wish I had come sooner! The place was spotless, the Presidente margs were excellent, the service was exceptional! The kitchen got one of our orders wrong but they apologized sincerely and had the right order made quick and it all tasted so good!! The manager bought us desert because of the order mix up and was just so kind!!! It's so hard to find a place as attentive to their customers as this Chili's, especially now days. This was in the Spring Hill, TN location. Mind you I usually love chili's. From the moment we walked in, things were terrible. We waited 20 minutes and finally had to ask 2 different people for service. Once we ordered, took another 20 minutes just for drinks. Food came and they forgot an entire dish, and the "cole slaw" was literally a few pieces of shredded cabbage in a bowl. Took another 10 minutes to get utensils. The computer to pay was broken at our table which we had told them about in the beginning but didn't bother to fix. Apparently it takes 5 people to figure out how to pay without the table computer because that took another 25 minutes!!! We also had our two small children who were quickly losing patience. When we asked to speak to a manager, he came, AS WELL AS the corporate trainer. After explaining our frustration and experience all they said was sort we will try and do better. They did nothing to rectify the situation. Will not recommend! read more

I LOVE Chilis. Love it! That's why it hurts so bad that this location is the worst restaurant I've ever eaten in. We've been there a total of 4 times since they opened. First visit, over an hour wait for food that did not come out properly. It tasted decent and we chalked it up to it being a new business. 2nd visit they were adamant about us looking up the menu on our phones, which were dead or left in the car. We 4 had to share one menu. 3rd visit- son's 9th birthday... my fries were cold and stale. Last visit- our server got into a shouting match with a customer who was having a disagreement with another member of the staff. This happened right behind our table behind me and made me feel incredibly uncomfortable and unsafe. No one in the restaurant was offered an apology. I sadly said to my husband that I didn't think I wanted to go back. He agreed and said we hadn't had one single good experience there. I wish O'Charley's was still there. read more

This is our third visit to this location and I must say the service isn't getting any better. While the food is good, the overall service isn't getting better. Our visit today was at 2pm and less than a dozen customers in the restaurant. We were promptly seated, the server came to the table and took our drink order. Our drinks were brought to the table by a 'runner' that didn't stick around long enough for me to ask for the lemon I had requested for my tea. Our server finally returned to take our food order. The food took longer than I would have expected and again was delivered by the same 'runner' who again didn't wait around to see if we needed anything. I finally picked up a bottle of ketchup from another table. By this time we are getting low on drinks but our server has not returned to check on the accuracy of our food. Since we were sitting right by the hostess desk were all the servers seem to hang out and chat, I flagged down another server to ask for drink refills. She promptly told me she was NOT our server but did refill our drinks. Eventually our server did return to the table to see if everything was ok. Since we pay at the table, there was no additional interaction with the server. As we left, we were not thanked by the two hostesses at the desk for coming to restaurant. Why should I come back if the waitstaff could care less about treating the customer well? I'll take my business elsewhere where they treat their customers better. read more

When the waitress (bartender) came to take our drink order we ordered water with a bowl of lemons she brought our water and no lemons she took our food order and we asked again for lemons still didn't get them. We ordered the 2 for $25 margarita chicken and the steak we got the salads for the appetizer and were supposed to get a desert with it as well we ordered no tomatoes on the salads. We waited for 20 min after we ordered and still didn't have our lemons had to go to the bar to get them from a different waitress. Our food came and we still didn't have our salads so we asked the person who brought our food he said he would get them and never came back. The steak dinner was good but the margarita chicken was cold and had zero flavor. Another waitress came by about halfway thru the meal and asked if we needed anything and we told her we wanted our salads she said she would get them but never came back. Our waitress finally came back after we had finished eating and asked if we wanted dessert I told her our meal was supposed to come with one and she had to go check the menu to see she put our dessert order in and asked if we needed anything else asked for our salads again finally got them had to go get my own to go box and never once got a refill on our drinks. 0/10 would not recommend this restaurant. I could see forgetting stuff if you were busy but she had 2 tables and had plenty of time to be on her phone behind the bar. Will not be back again don't waist your time or money here! Corporate get off your ass and stop worrying about covid regulations and work on training your staff better! We came to ray for my sons birthday, informed the server, she never acknowledged him, never offered a dessert, or asked if we would like a dessert for him. After waiting 15 min for a table (which is understandable for dinner time on a holiday week) we were seated and promptly greeted by our waitress. She was attentive and we ordered chips and drinks, and our food. She put the kids in first, which I was appreciative of as they were hungry. They got their food in a reasonable amount of time, however my wife and I were still waiting. After patiently waiting for AN HOUR without receiving our food, my wife and I decided to cancel our orders as our kids were getting restless. We paid for what we ate and left. We received no apology from a manager, waitress, or anyone else. A simple apology would have gone a long way. Regardless, there are too many dining options locally, and we will not be returning to this Chili's location. read more

I had very high hopes for this new location. We went around 1pm and there 3 adults and 2 kids. We ordered 4 waters and waited about 15 minutes for them. When we finally got our waters, we weren't even asked to order. They were brought to us by a runner and we were told our server would be over to take our order shortly. We finally placed our order and got our food. The food was only okay. The chicken had a rubber like texture and the broccoli was more than overcooked. By the time we were finished with our entrees, we had two app plates, 8 empty glasses, and 4 entree plates on the table and 0 room to move. I asked the manager if he could clear some things from the table and as soon as he started, our server finally realized that clearing tables was part of her job. At this point... we were waiting for the check to be split appropriately so we could pay with cash. 45 minutes went by from the time we were finished eating to the time I walked a manager my cash and gift card and said I needed to leave to get our two kids down for a nap. He just handed off the cash and gift card to our server without explaining which payment went with which bill, she mixed them up and did not give appropriate change for either bill. When I told her it was incorrect, the manager took another 10-15 minutes to try to fix it and realized that there was nothing he could do. He brought back our cash and told us he would be sending us a gift card via email for the inconvenience and to replace the gift card we had tried to pay with. 2 1/2 hours later... my kids are cranky, I am cranky, and I still don't have a gift card in my email.
