We have been to this place at least 5 times now and every time we have horrible service. We have to wait forever before we even get water or our order taken no matter how busy or slow it is! This last time we decided to order out and pick up. WOW worst trip!! They got our order all wrong, I paid extra for sauces like avocado, cheese, etc that I never received as well as missed sauces on our burgers/sandwiches. Worst experience I have ever had at a chili's. Went with a group of 9 with advanced call in. Table was not ready upon arrival, which normally isn't a big deal but should have been a indication how the rest the visit was going to go. 3 sets of appetizers ordered which took incredibly long to come out. The quest dip was extremely runny and flavorless, which the manager made the excuse that this whole shipment of queso dip has had that problem and they are aware of it. Then why would they even continue to serve it?! And that also implies it is not a dish made fresh....does it come in a can?! As the entrees started arriving (not at the same time and after a very long delay) several of the dishes were not up to standard. Any chicken dish that elicits a response of "is this real chicken?" isn't anything I would want in my digestive system. My own order was the last to arrive (some members of our party were already done eating before mine arrived). But wait! There's more! The triple dipper I ordered as my meal was completely wrong. By that point I was not even interested in giving this establish any money. I told them not to worry about and to not bother firing up the correct order. And after all that, they still had the audacity of leaving my ice tea on the tab. Not complaining about how much the tea cost, it's the principal of it. read more

My wife and I stopped in here for a late lunch. We hadn't been to this Chili's for a few years. We ended up sitting at the bar as it was the only place that had a booth available. The hostess told us she would have to sit at a table as all the booths were dirty. This is not a very good impression to give your customers. The restaurant had many open tables and there were possibly 8-10 tables that were seated. The reason I am still giving five stars was our waitress/server. We recognized her from one of our previous visits (at least 3-4 years ago). She was absolutely wonderful. I am so sorry but I forgot her name. If we had not had her, I would most likely give only three stars due to the comment from the hostess. All she had to do was ask us to wait a couple of minutes and cleaned a booth. The food was great and again our waitress made the experience wonderful. Just don't ask for a booth on a Thursday afternoon around 3:00 pm. read more

As a chain restaurant that I use to frequent back in the day, after our visit this evening, we won't be going back. The service has gone downhill, or you just can't find a quality server, or one who really cares. The food : just okay, not as I remember. We ordered some wings; they came tossed in franks wing sauce with store bought blue cheese dressing. As I said before; nothing special with these. For the main course; we ordered burgers. The classic bacon and the smokehouse. Normally cooked medium unless you tell your server different. If you're really really hungry, you may have to order chips, because your food will take a long time to receive. If you order burgers, I sure hope you don't mind them messy. Either way, your burger will come out greasy. If you like your hamburger buns soaked, and very difficult to pick up, then these burgers are for you. Now lets go back to the server staff, as we were sitting at our table, I had a perfect view right into the kitchen. Two separate time I saw two servers eating right off of guests plates, and not washing their hands. Another one eating then running drinks from the bar to her guests. No hand washing done. I got up and spoke with the manager. His response was that " he has told them numerous times, that guests are watching them as they dine, and can see what they are doing. I told him it was disgusting and I hope he addresses it. He seemed very upset, so I hope he follows through. Either way; we won't be going back. read more

Sit in the bar area. This is the best way to get service quickly. The new kiosk station is awesome!! No more waiting for the check, no need to wait to order your next drink either!! Totally great. Service is okay, not a wow experience but not the worst out there either. Food was great. I had margarita chicken but substituted the black beans and rice for corn on the cob and cinnamon apples. Everything was yummy. Hubster had a chicken sandwich, he said it was " really good". Good luck out there!!! read more

All of our food was perfect! But the reason I wanted to write a review was because of our waiter, his name was Bryan... SERIOUSLY SOMEBODY GIVE THIS MAN A RAISE! Best waiter ever, so attentive and friendly, not just to us but to every table he was helping in the lounge. Terrible Takeout! I've ordered takeout various times from this location with poor results. They just cannot get it right! The last time I placed an order, I ordered two different salads with dressing on the side for both, simple right? Luckily I have become "take-out savy" and checked the order before leaving. They put the dressing for the opposite salads on each order and then put the correct dressings in side containers. What the?!?! I pointed this out to the waitress who seemed be have become annoyed at me because of this. She took the salads back to have them corrected. After about ten minutes she brought out one new salad and it had dressing on it also! Away it went. Five minutes after that, she brought out the other salad and it was the wrong salad. I again told her that this was incorrect. By this point it appeared that I really ruined her night. After the fourth failed attempt at two salads with dressing on the side, I simply and politely asked for a refund. The manager was called and my money refunded without explanation or appology. I'm not sure where the lack of communication takes place and why this happens often. There are many other places to eat in V.V. Sorry, but Chili's Takeout gets one star. read more

Started a little rough when they didn't have our table ready and told us the wait would be about 45 minutes after calling in ahead but the Manager Pat stepped up and got us seated ASAP! He even gave us (party of 15) free chips and salsa. Our waitress Erin was very patient with our multiple tabs, I was confused for her. But she was a true Rock Star and got all our orders right. Big time kudos!!! Now that's what you call excellent customer service. Let's talk food. Appetizers of Texas Cheese Fries and Fried Pickles were the perfect tummy teaser. I can only speak for my dinner, I had a sirloin with loaded mashed potatoes and broccoli. Steak was cooked just right, thank goodness. I'm one satisfied customer. My review is based on false and misleading advertising (not sure if this applies to the entire chain), their inability to seat 7 people comfortably, and the lack of attention to cleanliness of the restrooms and the floor of the dining area. The food was fine for a chain restaurant. We made a reservation for 7 people for dinner two days ago (Sunday). The restaurant was about 3/4's full. We were seated in very tight quarters. I didn't say anything initially because I didn't realize how tight it was until our food was delivered and we literally had to eat with our elbows pinned to our bodies; it was miserable. There wasn't enough room on the table for our beverages and plates - it was ridiculous! I asked the server if they always cramp people in like this, and she said, hmmm, I'm not sure why they didn't put two tables together. As for false or misleading advertising, I mentioned this was on a Sunday, and when I called to make the reservation, the advertising that was playing while I was on hold said happy hour was all day Sunday during football season. When the bill came, the house wine was charged at $6.50 per glass, and according to the website, happy hour house wine is supposed to be $1.99 per glass. We asked our server about this, and we were told it only applies in the bar. WHAT??? I have never been to a restaurant where the happy hour beverage prices only applied in the bar! As for cleanliness, the women's restroom was in dire need of attention - the waste cans were overflowing with paper towels, and toilet paper was strewn all over the floor. At our table, since we were so tight, there was no room for my purse to hang on the chair, so I had to put it on the floor below our table, and oh how gross that was. Before we decided to eat at this restaurant, my mom said, "I've never eaten at a Chili's" and after this experience, I doubt she ever will again. read more

We decided to give Chili's another try after many disappointing visits. We had a long wait to be seated when half the tables were empty. It took a long time before a server finally came to greet us. Again a long wait for our order to be served. The meals all came out without any of the sides. 15 minutes later we get the sides. The quality of the food was very poor and over salted. Needless to say this visit was beyond disappointing. I highly recommend finding another place to eat. read more

Had a great lunch today with my grandma here. We had their lunch special you get to choose from eather a $6. combo, a $7. combo or a $8. combo. Each combo includes a choice of half a sandwice, fries and eather soup or salad. Cant beat haveing luch for under twenty dollers for two. The service was great and everyone was very friendly. I don't normally eat at Chili's and now for sure I wont be eating there again. First off, it was not busy when we went in, we had to wait for ten minutes to be seated by a waitress that was just standing by the bar wall twiddling her thumbs. The bartender had to tell this blonde waitress to sit us at a table because she couldn't clearly think of doing it herself. Second, the food was awful. I ordered the avocado steak, yeah, don't do it! And please save yourself from the mash potatoes! Its a good thing I paid with a gift card and not had to pay with my own cash. There was still money left on the gift card and I just left it behind. Finally someone came we were first in line and they asked someone else how many they told them we were first and he told us to wait he was going to seat them first . Like wth we didnt just wait all that time to be ignored. I visited Chili's for a quick bite. They had a special going on $10 for 3. So I ordered. The ribs used a dry rubs which was great. I had salad and fries with the meal and the topper was dessert. It said a mini dessert but to me this was a full size dessert. It was very busy at this location but I still received personalized service. I plan to visit again. read more

Extremely disappointed with my dinning experience. Two other tables that were sat after us received there drinks and appetizer before we received our drinks. Almost 40 minutes after placing the food order, 2 of the 3 orders came to the table, one of which was missing a side and the other was served at room temperature. 10 minutes later they finally follow up but there is still no side and the third meal is "let me check on that". The side comes out another 10 minutes later but still the 3rd meal is "on its way". Finally, another 15 minutes later 3rd meal touches our table. Mind you the the third meal is an appetizer. Had a great experience here. My server was nice even though she was quite busy. She was very efficient, made sure we were offered everything we needed and made suggestions. Food came out on time and I like the organization of team work that was displayed. Food was great well seasoned I've never had food this good at a chili's until we tried this one. The only thing that was lacking was cleanliness of it. My table was not wiped down until we were sat and floor was sticky and looked liked it had not a good mop down in a while other than that I will be back for the food read more

They have bad customer service to start off. I went to chili's with a couple of friends and the whole time I was there it was constant complaints. When we got our drinks it was hair on my cup which is disgusting but not only that, when I was severed my food there was a roach...yes a ROACH on my food which is very unacceptable. This was the worse service I've ever had to experience! I'm not sure if it was because it was Black Friday or if that's how their employees treat their customers but it pissed me off to the max. At first we walked in and was seated then we asked nicely to be seated at the bar for the happy hour and they were really glad to seat us down. We then proceeded to order and everything was fine until our entrees started to come out. They had forgotten my mashed potatoes, my cousins as well, and my bf's plate! This African American lady ask "is there anything else?" And my BF mentioned his plate and she responded.."oh so you did have a plate." Seriously?! Our waitress had blonde hair didn't bother to remember her name but she was the worse waitress I've ever had! When we needed her she was no where to be found. She didn't bother to check up on us. We didn't have an napkins, and had to ask for some. Our drinks needed a refill and we had to asked for that too. There was a man in a stripped shirt not sure if he was the manager but he didn't bother to ask us how we were doing. He was just chit chatting and laughing with another employee and the location where we were seated, is a very small area. Overall this was the worse experience ever! Every time I've been to this Chili's it was a 4 star experience. But the last time I went there the police were collecting for the special Olympics. That's great, if you're a part of the special Olympics-good for you, but to come by someone's table while they're eating FOUR TIMES and ask them for money, that's just rude. Then they brought a special needs woman over who proceeded to ask us how much we were donating-again very rude! I felt EXTREMELY harassed, I wasn't allowed just to sit there and eat I had to listen to all this rhetoric and be asked for money. On top of that the service was terrible this trip and the food was very rubbery. One star. read more

The waitress who took our order failed to give said order to kitchen. Proceeded to disappear for 45 minutes. Waited at table for our food for 2 hours. Took so long that we had to get up and ask what on earth they were doing! People all around the restaurant who came in hours after us got their food ahead of us. Some even came in ate for an hour and still had time to get up and leave before we ever saw our food. We got tired of waiting and had to request that our food be made to go, because it was getting so late. We have little children that should not be forced to go for so long without eating. When we finally took our food home, we were horrified at the state and quality of our meal. Nothing was completely well done. The chicken looked like it had been cooked in a microwave. Lacked flavor and color. The beef was supposed to be well done, but was completely under cooked. The barbecue ribs were horrendous. Was messy and left much to be desired. Family wanted to go out for dinner Saturday night , thought we'd check out Rock N brews . 1 1/2 hour wait ! Ok , BJ's: 1 hour wait ! So we looked around and saw Chili's . Okay, haven't even left the table and there's nothing saving this experience. First off, our kids meals took a long time to get to the table. I was never given a refill on my drink. When our food came my wife's sirloin (ordered medium) was so well done it was gray. I got a servers attention and she went to the back to have it corrected. Now here's where I knew we were in trouble, the chef stuck his head out of the kitchen and gave my wife the stank eye while we were waiting for the remake. Can you guess what the next steak that hit the table looked like? Rare. Seared on the outside, uncooked goodness inside. Now I know ordering steak at chili's isn't the greatest of ideas, but if it's on your menu employ someone that can properly cook a steak. I could have written it off as, "oh the chef got busy and this one got overcooked as a result." but given the peeking out of the kitchen and super rare steak I'm led to believe that the chef has a horrible temper and took the matter as a personal affront to his amazing culinary skills. On top of all of this, the manager was made aware and rang up and comped another sirloin for inventory purposes, but never touched our table. No, hey how did it all turn out, or I'm sorry your whole family is finished eating and you're sitting here waiting for my chef to serve you something you'll find unappetizing. Stopped by here for lunch today. I had the Triple Dipper and I have to say the Chicken Crispers were probably the best I've had in a long time. Freshly fried and the meat was very moist. Their chicken enchilada soup is the best! The lunch combos are a good deal and so is the Unlimited soup and salad. Great deals for lunch, Monday thru Friday. The service was also great.
