I want to preface by saying that we love Chili restaurants and will continue to be a patron in any city we visit! However, on this occasion, we were less than pleased. We were traveling back from Venice, CA to Las Vegas and it was nearly 9:30 pm. Understandably, it was late when we ordered our large takeout order and the man who assisted us was awesome and took our order (I believe it was about 20 minutes until closing). We would have absolutely understood if he would have said no and would have grabbed a quick drive-thru. However, he graciously checked with the kitchen staff and then took our order. When we got our food, the order was wrong and instead of the chicken pasta, we got fajitas. When he checked the order prior to placing into the bag, he noticed the error and I was good with it and no worries we would eat it. The rest of the food was correct. That night many of our family members got sick and/or did not eat it because of the following: 1. The boss burgers had so much grease they were inedible as if they had cooked it in all grease and threw it away after eating a few bites. 2. Wings and fajitas were cold and the wings were not thoroughly cooked as they should have been. 3. The sandwich ordered had so much mayonnaise on it, it killed the entire sandwich and threw it out. 4. mac and cheese (kids), was old and not fresh and could tell that it was sitting for a very long time (it's Kraft mac n cheese), so we did not feed it to my granddaughter. 5. Fries- cold needless to say, dinner was a bust and we were so tired from traveling that we said forget it and next morning, up, grabbed coffee, Tums and got home. This was truly disappointing because your restaurant normally produces good food. Service was great that night, but the food, the illness from whatever was used to cook it and the lack of freshness was an understatement. Hoping next time for a better experience. read more

I have been to this Chili's several times in the past six weeks. You can't beat their rewards or their specials. Where else can you get chips, saksa, guacamole, salad, fries, and an entree for $6 - $8. This, of course, is ordering from their lunch menu and using their rewards card, which is very generous. The food gas been good and plentiful. I'm not a french fries eater, but I enjoy Chili's fries. They are crispy and are sprinkled with a good seasoned salt. I also like their salsa and chips. Ok, so they are not the same as a good Mexican restaurant--they are rather gringo and meant for tender tongues--but the salsa has a very good, mild flavor to it and the chips are fresh and super thin. We love chili's but this location ruin it for us. We asked for guacamole and chips. They brought out chips and salsa. I asked our waitress about the guacamole and she replied " that's at a different window and you have to wait for it to be made. 20 mins went by and they finally brought out the guacamole and mind you my husband, daughter and I had already finished most of the chips without the guacamole and they didn't even offer us more chips. So the guacamole was a waste. Another 30 mins went by and the food finally came out. My daughter's chicken was dry and did not look appetizing at all. My husband brisket was thin and full of fat, chicken crispers was dry and both of our entrees were cold. Our waitress didn't even check up on us or give us our refills. My husband & I had a great experience tonight with Bree as our server. Her customer service was exceptional. Super friendly, understanding, quick, attentive, & her personality was FANTASTIC. She even went to check if they had Miller Lite for my hubby as Chili's is one of the only restaurants to carry it. Definitely would come back & would recommend others request her as their server. We were there around 2 pm. Service was so so. The food was horrible. We ordered 3 Shrimp & Beef Fajitas combos. It had no flavor. The steak was bland & the shrimp was covered with so much Cajun seasoning, you couldn't taste the shrimp. The rice was nasty, beans were so so, and we couldn't taste the avocados in the guacamole. There was so much cilantro covering the food, it took over 5 minutes to pick it out. And most of all, the food got cold really quick. Awesome service from our server Kimberly. Went on a Saturday night and the place didn't even have a line to go in and get seated. We went in for the 2 Eat for $22 Special and it wasn't too bad. The selections were fair and well-rounded. We started with the fried pickles, which were interesting. The dill flavor and pickle texture shined thru the crispy outer shell. Our drinks were refilled often and the server seemed to take pride in her work. In an era where people bicker about tipping, it's nice to find servers who deserve every dollar they get and then some. I have gone to chilis for years. Costumer service is usually great and the price is defidently worth it. But the last time my wife and i went, we found what looked to be a mouse turd fried onto a chip in our chips and salsa. We brought it to the manager on duty who said we were wrong, that it was not possible and he left it at that (terrible customer service). It was clearly a turd and you can clearly see it from the pictures I took of it. Not a good trip to Chili's this time. We ordered on the phone because we had already wasted 20 minutes on the website (it wasn't working) and we were told it would be ready in 25 minutes. We arrived at the restaurant in 20 minutes and waited 10 minutes for someone to check us in and another 15 minutes until we got our food. When we got home my meal was barely even warm, it had been sitting for a while. My wife ordered the Caribbean Chicken salad. It had zero pineapple and half of a small chicken breast. This place is filthy and the etiquette of staff is that as well. I can't remember who our server was but he was great. I think I was turned off right away when the hostess with the neck tattoo (not sure if they're red/pink bows or butterflies) dropped our straws on the floor and then picked them up and placed them on the table. I looked at her in the eyes and said I know you aren't going to give us these straws after they've been on the floor. She looked at me like she had no idea what the problem was. I said you know that's a major health code violation. She saiid oh like it was a major surprise and took the straws and brought back straws. Did I trust that they were new, no, do I think she gave us the same straws, yes. We ordered food but that was in the back of my mind the whole time because what else is going on in the kitchen. We got appetizers and each ordered our food. Everything was gross it just seemed so low quality. The wait time was less than 5 minutes which was great, however; the manager proceeds to sit me and my husband next to the kitchen (which is loud and irritating as you hear them yelling out table numbers and orders constantly. I feel like the last few times I've come in to this restaurant, it's really gone downhill. Every time we come in here, the servers aren't happy and our food is sub-par. We get fajitas a lot and the peppers are never cooked and the chicken is hard. We ordered online today to "skip the line" but when we checked the bags after driving a little ways, we noticed that they hadn't given us our rice and beans. This is my favorite chili's of all time. The service is awesome and the staff are like family. I've never had bad service here and the food is always great. There is easy parking with big spots. The bar has been remodeled and it's feels fresh and looks clean. I've eaten at 100's of Chili's across the country and I always return back to this one. This is the second time chilis has done me wrong. The waitress was not attentive. Two of our party guest didn't get there food until it was time to receive our check. Me and my wife had 2 for 25 never got our dessert after asking the waitress a couple of times. The food was cold, we waited 20 minutes and ended up leaving without our dessert and chips and salsa.
