Triple Dipper®, Buffalo Bone In Wings, Quesadilla Explosion Crispers® Salad

Nothing beats some good American food once in a while! I was craving for the fried mozzarella since I see it on my tiktok every so often. I went with a party of 5 around 1PM on a weekday and it wasn't busy. We were able to be seated right away. I also really enjoy the booth seating here. I ordered my triple dipper with the big mouth bites, honey chipotle fried mozzarella, and plain chicken crispers. It was all so good and so hot. Plus it came with three things of ranch which is perfect since the ranch they serve is really good! My group and I were also talking about how we saw this trend online where you order the cookie skillet and get the molten chocolate cake as well on top. Wow it was so good... The food and service in my experience has always been really good at this location!

First of all, the price we paid for the triple dipper was not cheap but I dont mind if the food was good Big mouth bites were overcooked and tasted like charcoal dried old charcoal. Eggrolls were okay, chicken crispers were the only reason I gave 2 stars

You know what, I'm going to give this place a 4 because it has improved a lot. I'll get straight to it though, parking is trash. At least parking that is close is trash. The set up of Waikele is absolutely horrible. The food was surprisingly good and is a huge improvement over the other locations that used to exist. I wanted to try more than just one thing so I got the Triple Dipper, Pasta, Burger and had some alcohol. The spring roll was different, it almost reminded me of a croissant. The staff is great. The waitress was very attentive and always checked on us. Couldn't have asked for better service. Thank you Kimi! The area where we sat was SUPER cold. Some people like that, but even a jacket wasn't doing it for me. Better cold than hot though. The place is clean, but you can tell that they may have been overstaffed. There was a wait even though a part of the restaurant had empty seats. The check it was quick though. They put you in with your phone number and you can see where you are in the queue. Overall, if you hated the Pearlridge Chilis and wanted to give them another try, you might be surprised.

Cheese pull!! Mozzarella Sticks tossed in Honey-Chipotle Sauce

Stopped into Chili's Waikele today with my Favorite Son and we're happy to find this location is still as good as we remembered! Thanks to recent Yelp reviews, we came prepared with winter wear - and wow, it was still freezing. Seriously, if you don't tolerate cold well, you may want to request a warmer table (if one exists). I felt like I was sitting in the grocery store freezer/cooler aisle, bomber jacket and all. On to the food! We both ordered the Triple Dipper and shared the ribs. The Triple Dippers were great - hot, fresh, and exactly what we hoped for. The mozzarella sticks delivered an impressive, extra-long cheese pull (the whole reason my son came haha!). He got the honey-chipotle and loved it. The ribs, unfortunately, were the letdown. Flavor was good, but they were very thin and tough like jerky - more bones with sauce than actual meat. Fries and broccoli were solid tho. If the ribs were like they used to be, this would've been a 5-star review. Service was fantastic. We interacted with several staff members during our visit, and every single one was friendly and attentive. Our server Lisa was amazing - efficient, warm, and clearly experienced. Big kudos to the whole team! Great service, solid flavors, but the ribs missed the mark. Four stars for now - hoping for meatier ribs next time! :)

    Chicken Bacon Ranch Nachos

We chose dine in for lunch. Table and cushioned seats were clean. Restrooms are located inside at far right of restaurant. Customer service exceeded our expectations. Our Server checked in on us a few times, asked how our food is tasting, brought extra napkins, if there's anything we need, ensured our beverages were refilled in a timely manner. Chicken Bacon Ranch Nachos: I wasn't fond of queso mixed with three types of shredded cheese. Tortilla chips with toppings and shredded cheese tasted fresh in comparison to queso.

Since when did Chili's decline to sit you if you have an outside drink? I came here for dinner and the hostess told me "I'm sorry but we don't allow outside drinks". There's no signs posted outside or on the doors. I just bought my drink and was not about to throw it away.. Especially since I've never had this issue before. We ended up leaving and eating at another nearby restaurant that allowed me to have my drink. Management, if you don't allow outside drinks, maybe it would be beneficial to post something on the doors or outside the establishment so customers are aware before walking into the restaurant and being denied seating until the beverage is gone. If you go to this Chili's location, make sure you don't have an outside beverage or you'll be refused service unless you throw it away or leave it in your car.

Came for lunch on a weekday with 3 coworkers. I was a little disappointed that they didn't have a lunch time special menu. But that's okay because I always enjoy their chicken crispers meal. It is consistently tasty! We also got chips & salsa + white skillet queso for an appetizer. The service was ok. I think it could have been a little better, being that it wasn't very crowded. It seemed like we waited a long time for the checks to come out as well as drink refills not being tended to. I could've understood the slow service if it was a busy time. But this is my reasoning for a 4 star rating. We were seated in the bar area so it was a little loud so we found ourselves kind of speaking loudly to each other so we could hear the conversations. If you'd like a more peaceful dinner time conversation, request to not be seated in the bar area. Parking for this restaurant is available but the shopping center does get very busy at peak times.

No line for dinner at 4:45. Mahalo.

I'm full. Our server was perfect. Nothing bad to say. Always awesome. Also we parked behind the restaurant. We usually park across the parking lot next to Lowe's. Mahalo..

Went on a Tuesday in the evening. Wasn't super busy at all! Our waitress was great and super attentive. We both got the triple dipper. I got the egg rolls, Nashville hot mozzarella sticks, and honey chipotle chicken tenders. They were great! Loved the ranch and the sauce that comes with the egg rolls. Overall I would return again when visiting the area and craving my favorite menu item, the triple dipper.

    6oz Classic Sirloin* - 6oz
    Jackie W.

Always great service at Chili's in Waikele. Our waitress was quick and attentive. Chips and salsa is always a must! I got the 6oz sirloin, it came with mash potatoes and broccoli. The dish was good but my only complaint is that the sirloin was overcooked- I asked for medium rare and got medium-well. Lots of parking. Open late.

My 90s inspired $10 margarita. Pretty and sweet.

We can deal with it being kinda in the ghetto of Waipahu but it was the very unhappy (clearly annoyed) counterperson who was taking our order - who SNAPPED AT MY MOM because she was confused with what comes with their plate lunch AND then the cook (assumedly - a different person than who took our order) annoyingly brought our items out to the table. She ordered the chop steak - I thought tasted ok, but it was seasoned heavier than my mom would like. Portion was right for the price. I got their signature Loco Moco burrito - SAD. It was $20, majority rice and mac salad, no meat. I needed a knife to cut the burrito in half, there was no counterperson or anyone available to ask for a knife, so I kind of looked around their register area and found a random one on the side, cut the burrito in half, DEFINITELY NOT how they showed it on TV, if the counterperson came back, I probably would have asked for them to swap it out. We were sitting for about 25 mins - nobody came back to the counter? If it wasn't for the counterpersons unfriendly attitude I was planning to buy their signature dessert to go, but I was turned off by the whole experience AND he didn't come back out anyways until literally I was throwing our containers away. He didn't greet us. Thank us. Ask how everything was. Or say anything when we were leaving. We saw the owners on TV and are happy and glad to support a local business BUT NOT when your employees are rude and unfriendly. $45 - 1 mini plate + 1 signature item and 2 cans of soda, I would SKIP this place

Fast Forward to this past weekend, the Husband and I wanted a simple breakfast after the gym and Rocky's had popped into my head. Definitely a staple in the Waipahu community, this cozy coffee shop sits on Waipahu Depot Street right outside of the Waipahu Festival Market. The area can get ridiculously busy so if you can, park on the street instead of in the Lot. You will have a hard time getting in and out once the surrounding Businesses open. I'm assuming where you're sitting will determine the type of Service you get. We sat at the Counter, and while we were very entertained with watching them cook orders, we were a bit neglected by the Staff, while the parties at the regular tables were presented with friendlier and more patient Servers. We waited over 15mins to get our order taken and since I guess they thought we were regulars they kept rushing to take our orders while we weren't given Menu's. We pulled the Menu up on Yelp lol. Food was standard. I really loved the fried rice! but the Hash was passable, it was too mushy for my liking. Also, our order of pancakes came 20mins after we finished eating, I wish i were kidding, We kept trying to flag down Aunty to cancel but she was very frazzled cooking, taking orders, and filling orders so we just waited. At the end we spent $60 including tip and left with a Hoo-Hum experience. Although I know for certain I just don't have the greatest of luck with this place, I am so happy they are still around and very much thriving! Places like this, that make Hawai'i so great are slowly shutting their doors so I do have a very great appreciation for their hard work and resilience through the many years.
