This is a jewel of a place to have dinner and drinks! Highly recommend making Reservations in Advance! Located on Main Street in Windsor we found it a very quaint place you would really enjoy taking your favorite people to. Have to say, my wife and I were pleasantly surprised. We had Steak, lobster bisque, bison tar-tar, Sea Bass and wine that was to died for...also with an intimate atmosphere, quality and not to frufru, it was perfect for welcoming us here from Tennessee and our new home! And we must not forget The employees who were absolutely the Best! Attentive, helpful and not pushy. The experience was the absolute best I've found in the NoCo area! Can't wait to go back and bring some friends!!!

Fantastic fine dining in Windsor, CO!!! If I could give 10 stars to Chimney Park, I would without hesitation! Initially, I came through 3 years ago, when I was working in Greeley, CO. Although I was only working for about 2 weeks, I came here at least 3 times, and brought my husband to enjoy their restuarant. This past summer I've been working in Fort Collins, CO, which, by it's own right has some great restaurants, but somehow I'm always drawn back to Chimney Park. Is it the phenomenal customer service? Is it the comprehensive wine list? is the consistent food menu? It is all of the above and more. I'm usually dining solo, so I opt for the bar area - and honestly, it holds the best seats in the house. You get to see all the action, although I kind of wish they had an open kitchen... But the staff interact well with each other, I see all the food passing by and watch the bartenders make delicious concoctions. On recent visits, I've had the pleasure of interacting with Chris (bartender), Ryan (wine specialist/sommolier), Kim (front of the house), among others who I didn't catch their names. You will not have a better more fluid team of staff. As for the food, I have never been dissappointed. They always give you a bite from the chef (a little something to wet your palate and lay the groundwork of what's to come). Yesterday, it was a hamachi ceviche with tobiko creme fresh, a delicate bite of fantastic flavors. Their house bread is also served with butter and some sea salt. Generally, I tend to opt for their rib-eye or bison, but I have had the duck breast in the past, which was done really well! I think you will find you cannot go wrong with any dishes from Chimney Park, from the appetizers/shareables to the desserts. I've been here before the pandemic and I will come here after, too!

To have a restaurant of this caliber anywhere near NOCO is a huge asset! In an unassuming location on Main Street, once inside, you can tell it's not just any local establishment. The entire staff works together, so the service is present but not intrusive. The real star of the show is the menu; whether there to order off the a la carte menu or the sumptuous 5 coarse tasting and wine pairing meals. Everything on the menu is exceptional, and yes, I've tasted most offerings. My favorites are the Spanish Octopus, the Lobster Bisque, and one of the many quality beef entrees. Don't wait for a holiday or birthday, we should celebrate this establishment daily!

Went here for a date night and was not disappointed. First off, ensure you have a reservation. We were greeted promptly by the hostess and didn't wait more than a few minutes for our table. They offered a set dinner (with two or so choices per course) or an ala carte menu. We chose the ala carte as the set would have been too much food. Each course was outstanding for quality and taste. They try and use local when possible. The wine options are good and make good recommendations for pairing if you wish. Overall it is a nice fine dining experience that makes for a wonderful adult only night out.

We dined at Chimney Park for a friends birthday and decided to do the wine pairing with our meal. We had a wonderful experience from the friendliness of the staff, to the taste and appearance of food and even the wine connoisseur who presented each wine to us and explained why it was paired with our individual meals. The environment was clean and set the tone for a high end restaurant. We will definitely come back for date night or a special occasion!

We loved everything about Chimney Park

What an amazing place to have dinner! If you haven't been to Chimney Park in Windsor, you should definitely change that and get your reservation on the books. A beautiful place with friendly people and excellent food. When making reservations, you are asked for your choice between high top or regular seating. The tables are nicely spaced and you don't feel like you are in the middle of the next table's conversation. The lighting is subtle as is the music. The decor is sophisticated without being snobby. We loved that we received an amuse bouche. A nice way for the chef to share their style even before dinner. They have excellent wine options and can even do a pairing with each course. The menu is adventurous with barramundi, bison and scallops, but also includes vegetarian options and beef ribeyes among others. A very memorable evening, indeed!

Tried to get staff attention without success so stepped into the men's room to grab wet and dry towels to clean up myself. Ugh. Samuel eventually appeared and we ordered drinks for ourselves while waiting for our son and daughter in law. Great beer choices for me - JuicyBits. Decent wine choices. Our daughter in law arrived, ordered a nice red, and she split a Reuben Sandwich with my wife. Both sandwich and fries were very good. I'd ordered the Penne Ala Vodka with shrimp. The Shrimp were very nicely done as they're frequently overcooked and tough. But the penne and sauce were only meh. Bit of a disappointment as I've definitely had (and personally made) better. Not too busy for a Friday nite and we were allowed to extend our conversation a bit ... unhurried. Pleasant evening.

Her veggie burger was bland and her fries were very greasy and soggy. Her strawberry margarita was quite delicious though. I had the Brussel sprouts with Hollandaise sauce. The sprouts were delicious...some of the best I have ever had. My only issue was the bland hollandaise sauce. It lacked the acidity and seasoning that I like...I also had the New England clam chowder which was meh...and it was luke warm. Clam chowder is generally made with cream and I am not sure if there was even dairy in it at all. It didn't taste like clam chowder to me and there was not much flavor to it. I also had the burrata caprese and that was quite nice. My husband had the Godfather pizza and that was delicious. The sauce was perfectly seasoned and the meats were delish and reminiscent of a real New York pizza. All in all, the service is good, the ambiance is nice but the food is meh. We would go again to try other things but, my daughter was so disappointed that she doesn't want to go again. Prices are decent for what you get. Not the best place we have been to since moving to Severance in March.

And the coveted Five Stars from Barry G. goes to…read more..... The Bottled Olive in Windsor! Here we go. This unassuming storefront appeared about 18 months ago in the strip of shops that are just across the parking lot and west of King Soopers. If I average 10 visits to King Soopers per month, that means I've driven by this place nearly 200 times while staring at the sign, wondering how a shop that sells bottled olives could survive, and just being too rushed to make time to stop in and check it out. There's also a dentist office over in that strip of shops - and I maintain a strict 100-foot rule when it comes to those places (except Dr. Owens....see my Yelp on Owen's Dentistry for more details). ANYWAY... So, why the big delay in visiting The Bottled Olive? Well, I guess, I expected olives. In bottles. I've got nothing against bottled olives. In fact, that's usually when olives look their most spiffy. But I drove close enough to the front a few days ago and saw that they offer infused olive oils and vinegars. Hmmmm...mental note, I thought.... So, today, we made a point of checking-off one of my many mental notes and stopped in to check it out. Two things became immediately clear. First, I'd made a giant mistake by not visiting this place way earlier. Second, this wasn't going to be a quick stop. Samples of dips, jams, mustards, spreads and even Bloody Mary mixes lined the walls before we even got to the showcase line-up of 30+ oils and vinegars at the rear of the store. Oil flavors included things like Blood Orange, Peppered Bacon, Avocado, Wild Rosemary, and Sweet Cream Butter. Next to the oils were a wide variety of vinegars such as Cucumber, Toasted Coconut, Mango, Summer Peach, and Spicy Sriracha - along with some more traditional balsamic options. It was nearly too much to process - so we jumped right into sampling! The flavors were incredible, and the staff offered great use suggestions. They also had printed materials with great ways to include their "O&V"s in healthy meals. The store offers all kinds of popcorn flavorings, lots of unique pastas (imported from Italy, no less), various coffees and teas, and some very cool gift ideas. If I wasn't already feeling terrible about assuming "bottled olives" (seriously?), owner Michelle showed us their kitchen and told us all about their cooking classes and their themed evenings where they prepare 5-course meals for attendees while providing insights on how to incorporate their products into a healthy and tasty lifestyle. We checked out their website and cooking schedule when we got home, and we've already booked the "Backyard Daddy's Grub" cooking event with our new friends at The Bottled Olive at the end of this month! A convenient location, reasonable prices, incredible flavors, friendly staff.... wait for it..... OLIVE this place!
