Ohhh China Bros, you really did a number on me. I knew I wanted to lose some weight before summer, but I didn't mean it to all happen in 24 hours. I was dragged to this establishment by my boyfriend who says my food choices are too "bougie" and I should give local places a shot. We were given egg drop soup when we sat down, I took the most minuscule sip and decided I would gladly pass as it was cold and tasted like hot dog water. Then our rangoons came, my favorite! I took a bite and my smile turned upside down instantly. How the hell do you even mess up a Rangoon that bad? I should have stopped there. The main courses came and I sampled a little of everything. It was offensive. I started getting flashbacks day two room temperature panda express I used to eat when I was hung over in my twenties. My boyfriend was on a mission to prove this place was great so we smiled at each other and ate in silence. But we both knew, somethin ain't right. But he wasn't about to admit it and I wasn't about to say it first. Oh! Before I forget, a highlight for me was in the middle of our meal the kitchen decided to wheel out their massive garbage can full of food right by our table. Such a delight. Shortly after arriving home, my boyfriend started to notice some rumblings in his stomach. Multiple bathroom trips later I hear "Damn babe that Chinese food did a number on me!!" At this point, I was not concerned because he's a man, and I'm pretty sure this happens to him every day. I thought "ew". And continued on with my evening. Well boy was I wrong. China Bros was coming for me. It was several hours after we had eaten now. I decided to lay down. That's when the cold/hot flashes started. Then the intense stabbing pains of china bros ripping my stomach to pieces started coming in waves. "God help me" I thought. But it was too late, I was screwed. I then spent the next five hours fighting for my life. I felt like I was in the movie alien and a creature was about to explode from within me, and that creature was China Bros. What transpired from this point on should be documented in medical books. I was left a shell of a woman whimpering on the bathroom floor, edging death. My boyfriend described it as "watching an exorcism". Let's just say a carpet cleaner was rented after that day and honestly I'm forwarding the bill to china bros. The positive is I'm skinny now. We're so glad we discovered China Bros! The menu is diverse, with freshly cooked-to-order entrees and even dim sum options. The atmosphere is clean and bright, located in the newer strip of retail storefronts near the upcoming Springhill Suites at the intersection of Schleisman and Hamner. We ordered the Singapore Rice noodles and eggplant with tofu, as well as some dim sums: Pork dumplings, piggy steam buns, taro bunny buns, and chicken dumplings. Tried this place the first time. The restaurant was new; it just opened early this year. We took our food to go since we live just down the street. We ordered the Seasame Chicken, Crab Foo Young, Shrimp Honey Walnut, and Green bean with black bean sauce. The food was good and flavorful. Everything tasted fresh and well prepared. Our only critique was that the Shrimp breading was a little tough to bite. Also, we found the Crab Foo Young was made with artificial crab yet they charge a premium or the same price as the Shrimp Foo Young and more than the beef, chicken, or pork. We can see the fake crab chunks in the omelet. Someone should tell the restaurant that artificial crab is cheaper than chicken, beef, or pork at the grocery store and there is no need to charge more for fake crab! So, minus one star for the hard-crusted shrimp and the premium-price fake crab omelet! read more

Found this place by a Yelp search, and we decided to give it a try. They had a large Grand Opening sign out front. While there is a large menu board, you will be seated and provided menus at your table. We had a great lunch. Ordered the house chow mein, beef chow fun, walnut shrimp, sweet & sour pork, BBQ pork buns, and shrimp dumplings (Har gao). Everything was very tasty and fresh. My sister and sister in law enjoyed the walnut shrimp and sweet & sour pork. The only difference between the noodle dishes was the noodles. The flavors were the same (delicious), and the beef was perfectly velveted.. Note on any dim sum order, they steam them fresh, so it may take 10 to 15 minutes but totally worth it for my family. Best BBQ pork buns we have had in a minute. It was even compared to the buns from Hawaii, which is a HUGE compliment. Food all came out as they were completed and fresh as can be. China Bros has quickly become a family favorite for us! The pork dumplings are always a must, along with their chicken fried rice and chow mein. My favorite item is the honey walnut shrimp, it has the perfect amount of flavor a crunch. I also love that the shrimp are not tiny! Their orange chicken is also one of our go to's. Saw the excellent reviews and decided to order takeout for a family gathering at home for our daughter's birthday. We purchased two of the Family style B meals ( says feeds 4-5 people each) There were 12 of us eating and we still had enough leftovers for the next day. All of the food was tasty and fresh. Price was a great value too. Our family members thought we had purchased from a much pricier restaurant. We had a 25 minute wait but we had planned for that and did not feel that was unreasonable due to the amount of food we were ordering & how busy they were with in person dining when we arrived. Teriyaki Chicken: thin pieces of chicken that without the sauce, did not have much flavor. Together, it was good. Not saying anything negative, just mentioning taste it as a whole. Orange Chicken: not too crunchy when we got home. It was flavorful, and I would say either eat there or go in and order. I wouldn't mind waiting to get best product. Chicken/Green Beans was tasty andgood Chow Mein was flavorful and good. Seating looked ok when picking up. We were helped pretty quick. All said, I would definitely go back. I tried to compare to the go to Golden Chopstixx, but there are variables. Bros uses chicken breast, and no one will skip items because its dark meat. You can tell the food is cooked to order and fresh. Portions are good size for a couple of servings at least for each item. Chopstixx is quick, portions are great, price is good. You see them cranking out the trays so you get fresh food. I guess the big factor for me is do I want to eat now, or can I wait a bit? Glad another good spot has opened up in Eastvale. read more
