Our server worked hard throughout the evening to ensure everything was smooth and that we had an excellent dining experience. The food was fantastic. A few of us ordered the 40 oz. Tomahawk steak with shrimp and two sides, and it was easily one of the best steaks I've had. While $120 is definitely an investment, it was well worth it, the meat was tender, flavorful, and cooked perfectly. The sauce on the side complemented it nicely, the sides were delicious, and the presentation really elevated the entire dish. It's also large enough to easily feed two people. Others at the table enjoyed a variety of dishes, including the surf and turf special (ribeye and shrimp for $40), a fish sandwich, and a ribeye steak and cheese. Everything that came out looked and tasted great. They also brought out complimentary bread with a homemade dipping sauce, which was a nice touch. You can tell they take pride in their food--we got the sense that much of it is made in-house. We also tried a few desserts, and they did not disappoint. The carrot cake, in particular, was one of the best I've had. Inside the restaurant was large and looked like they could host banquet and parties. We even had the opportunity to meet and talk with the owner, Tony, and were impressed by his background and passion for what he does. I ended up getting the corn beef hash platter, which came on a sizzling pan topped with a heaping portion of fried potatoes and corn beef and topped with eggs cooked to your preference. It also comes with a side of bread, I decided on a biscuit which was fantastic, buttery and fluffy. My breakfast partner ended up ordering off the lunch menu, getting a tuna sandwich, which also came with a heaping portion of tuna salad between two slices of buttered bread.
