The house pan fried noodles were certainly interesting as the crispy egg noodles were in a separate container from the shrimp, calamari, chicken, pork and vegetables. Once you added the protein, veggies and gravy the noodles start to soften up. Loved that it came with more mushrooms but wished it had more taste. The broth was clean, rich, and full of flavor. The wontons were generously filled with shrimp and pork, along with bok choy, making every bite satisfying. I also had the shrimp balls, which arrived piping hot, were perfectly cooked, and weren't greasy at all. They were packed with flavor. Overall, another excellent dining experience.
