A lot of recent bad reviews for some reason? I've gotten food here a few times in the past few months and had no issues personally. The prices are hard to beat at around $13 an Entree (comes with rice) and are large portions. I've tried the Mongolian beef, human beef, pad thai, and orange chicken and they were all good. I've personally only ever gotten food takeout here and it's definitely fast food chinese but I feel they are as good or better than similar establishments in town. read more

Last time I was here was about 2 yrs ago. Thought I'd return cuz I remembered their food was solidly good 2 yrs ago. It is still a little hole in the wall but they consistently had good amounts of people coming in to order. Their flavors are still on point with the beef chow fun. However their portions have decreased by half comparing to what I had 2 yrs ago. Granted their prices are the same as 2 yrs ago but now you only get half of what used to be for that price. It is still good, just smaller in portion. The beef chow fun was cooked perfectly: The beef was tender, the rice noodles hold their shapes and there weren't a lot of green onions (just how I like it!). To begin, the customer service, or lack there of, was horrible. They forgot items they clearly admitted to, but didn't care to even attempt to fix or make anything right. I used to go there at least once a month while back got a craving for Chinese food so I decided to have some food delivered from them. I put an explicit instructions on delivery to leave the food on my porch, I heard Bell I looked on my camera due to I couldn't get up and my dogs are right at the door I told the young lady to put the bag down for at least seven to 10 minutes then she finally hung it on my door after she was waving it in the air looking around speaking to me in Chinese. I finally went to the door she's back on my porch don't know why so I let my dogs bark at her and told her to get off my property. When I opened the food the sauce had spilt all over the place all over everything due to her swing it around. I called and they said I'm so sorry she doesn't speak English this is going to sound very bad but do you know what it took me not to say anything to that reaction no offer of a credit, could not cancel my tip for the driver then once I got the food it was mediocre compared to how it use to be, the prices have gone up and their service has gotten really bad and the food I don't think I'll ever go there again what a shame. read more

Supporting local business - we ordered from China One tonight. The food wasn't awful, but there are a couple of points that cost this location some stars. First, customer service - I understand that this is an uncertain time with messed up circumstances, but if we take the time to help support your business, the very least you can do is not be rude. Don't kiss tush or anything, but there was zero reason for the counter woman to act the way she did. Second - fried rice is extra in a $12 meal? Seriously? That just seems weirdly odd to me, as we've never run into this problem at the majority of take out places we frequent. ‍ We ordered orange chicken, sweet & sour chicken & honey walnut shrimp. Food was decent and came with crunchies (as my daughter calls them), but the rice was a little too crunchy for my tastes and while the flavor was good, there was way too much broccoli in the box. Overall - we spent more than we normally would and we definitely have leftovers, but we won't visit this business again. read more

Hi Everybody, I am not the type who posts a lot. What I went through on Wednesday, May 10, 2023 with my Grandmother who is 77 years old simply reminded me of the Kitchen Nightmares Episode that featured Gordon Ramsay who tried to save Amy's Baking Company somewhere in Arizona. I thought we had been to this place once before. Turns out we never have been there -- the place I was looking for was down the street a bit. So anyway, on with the Horror Story. We go in, and sit down at a table expecting someone to come over and offer us drinks and to take our order. WRONG... They did not even acknowledge our presence. I approached the counter and asked for menus, the female tending the counter just pointed at a sandwich board on the wall. We decide what we want and I had to go up to the counter, pay for it... I even said that we would be dining in and pointed to the table where my Grandmother was sat. After about 10 minutes, she shouts in broken English. I didn't even know she was talking to us. Then she points at me and yells "YOU" did not even have the common courtesy to bring the food to our table. I got Orange Beef while my Grandmother got Teriyaki Chicken. Portion sizes were abundant but after the first bite or two both of us had lost our appetite. We honestly ended up sitting there slowly drinking our beverages and just talking. We chatted for a while and when we got up to leave the woman again shouted, this time scolding us for not throwing away our trash in a bin that was tucked away in the corner. If anything ever resembled a "Greasy Spoon" this was it. Looked dated unkempt, So, our two drinks with meals we didn't consume ended up costing me $31.81. I have gone to the credit card company asking them to remove the charge. I will also be sending the owner a letter along with the receipt and a copy of this review. The reviews on here seem to be mixed, I hate to be with the naysayers but this is just one experience that we both wished we had passed on. Hope someone finds this useful. Thanks. The food is always good. I always get the vegetable fried rice that has big stalks of broccoli and plenty of vegetables. The BBQ Pork slices are great and the paper wrap chicken is delicious. I usually get it delivered and it's always under the Yelp time. Probably order from them 3 times a month and that's been for a year at least. read more

I call and speak with the same person, I verified that it should be 20 pieces -- and then when I tell her I only counted 16, she yells something in chinese to someone, then tells me, "The chef put 18, he said he counted." Okay. So you're telling me upfront you jipped me? You just said it should be 20. STICK TO YOUR WORD. You said it twice! And I'm telling you there are only 16! (When I insisted this, she told me I was counting wrong! lol) Well, no matter how I worded it, they were not willing to rectify the situation and they were not apologetic by any means. "THE CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT." Isn't that how the saying goes? Well, all I can do is vent about it here... and warn people about their poor customer service and false advertising. They are fast, the food is made fresh, it's not expensive, and they so nice there. I love the fact that the food tastes the same every time, and is fresh and hot. The Honey Cashew Shrimp is to die for. The String Beans are an excellent side dish, too. They recently stopped serving Almond Cookies. It isn't expensive and sometimes they randomly toss in a free item. YAY! They don't have Almond Cookies anymore, sadness. read more

I ordered delivery thru uber app, was estimated 60 minutes and extremely pleased when a knock on our door came after less than 30 minutes! Food was fantastic with huge portions! We ordered Orange Chicken, Combo platter, Teriyaki Chicken, BBQ pork Fried Rice and Sweet and Sour Pork. Also came with 3 containers of White Rice, fortune cookies and plenty of different sauces. The service was fine & the interior was clean with plenty of tables. I ordered chicken fried rice and crab rangoons. The rangoons were your typical deep friend wonton with cream cheese & "crab" in the middle. I don't eat seafood but I order these because you can't taste the crab. They were perfectly cooked & came with yummy sweet & sour sauce. The rice was freshly made & packed into a takeout container. It was a decent amount for the price.
